Amazing hotel, housekeeping is doing a great job. The room was very clean with all amenities you would find in a 5stars hotel. The bed was very comfortable with a welcome note (hand written) from housekeeping that made us feel very welcome. Hotel has very good prices for this area. The location is good: various places to eat around, Internet City metro station is in less than 10 minutes on foot. All stuff is very friendly and happy to help. Many guests note good housekeeping and I really liked it as well: Nazmul is very pleasant and polite, thanks for the service!

Ramee Rose is a hotel for those who don't want to pay a lot of money, but at the same time want to get quality service. General condition of room is pretty good, although interior cannot boast of freshness. Housekeeping service left very good impression, especially Nazmul from the 9th floor, who is always very attentive, polite and hospitable.
The only significant minus that we encountered through our stay is breakfast. Quality of food, as well as variety, is average.
Staff was trying to do their best to provide us with good service from the very beginning to the end of stay, but quality of breakfast is like a fly in the ointment.

We stayed here for 2 nights then when our guest arrived they are charging us 100aed per person. I have been to a lot of hotels and your guest can go to your room if its still early. The room costs 160aed so if you have 2 guests coming they advise to get 1 more room. If you have friends or family coming I do not recommend this hotel. Illogical rules just to get more money out of you. Room is fine but the person attending to your room has his mask on his pocket. Very nice.

It was the worst experience I have ever had. The staffs from the restaurant were rude and disrespectful. We complained about the food we ordered from the restaurant and delivered incomplete package and we were charged more than what was in the menu. We have raised the complaint immediately and ask if we can talk the Restaurant Manager, we were told he will be in during the second shift and will just inform us once he will be in. Unfortunately, no one came to see us! So disrespectful! We are being fooled. It’s not about the money but you should not deceive people! When I confronted the staff in the reception upon checkout, he just bailed on me — you see how rude and disrespectful they are? Staffs from different departments had a very bad attitude. Definitely will not recommend this! 👎🏻

10 years experience in UAE, I've not seen such a terrible hospitality since I stayed here. i booked a room for couple but my partner was not there to check in with me. And i informed receptionist that she gonna join me later till then i will be in the bar i said. So we were in the bar later and we went up to the room. i forgot to inform her also to check in too. The phone rang and I was asked to check the second person. I went down with her ID. And receptionist said i have to pay extra amount of money for my partner to stay with me. But i booked for a couple. My mistake I just forgot, even we were in the room just for 20min not couple of hours. I think their policy is not guest always right instead STAFF is always right THERE. Second I was going to order room service, 10min it was busy. I called reception to call me back for my order, my order was pizza and bottle of wine. Staff said they DONT accept card only cash, ok i said. After 10min i was trying to cancel wine, but as you know phone is always busy. Room service came with my order and i said i do not want wine and he said if you ordered you have to buy it. Common what kind of place is this. It is not about money, whole staying experience ruins your mode, plan and everything. Now I know not to suggest to anyone to visit there.

The location is barely a 10 mins walk to a metro station which makes commute easy. Rooms and nice and well maintained. Payal and her team were absolutely wonderful with their ever smiling service. The food from the restaurants was amazing too.

The best example of how the rude and bad staff can spoil the reputation of a hotel.
As a guest I been there Asperger’s our booking, and from the beginning the receptionist in the front office named KALAI seems like pretty upset ( like she working for free for the property, or may be she not getting the salary on time ) . She wanted to squeeze the money somehow. And she started to show her attitude all the time of her conversation with us, at a point of time we realized that there is no point of talking with her.
Then an other gentleman came called sandeep and I thought he make things better. But he was not even understand what we are trying to say.
So we decided not to stay there. I hope the price I book will go as an incentive to these people. However we successfully wasted our money and then we ask for the bill of the drinks we had. But that too for a Himalayan task for the gentleman. Until the time am writing the review it’s not been send to us.
Last and least if anyone have the concerns on this hotel, then sorry to say these are the worst situation we ever face in a hotel.
We never gonna come back to this property and if anyone planning to book this property then please be mindful of these scammers.

I stumbled upon the hotel while in search for a relaxing beverage in my vicinity after a long day. There is a club-like bar on the 1st floor with live music. Pretty good. I went down to the sports bar called Goodfellas, one floor down. Really good, with TV screens all over the place. Joyce there is outstanding! She is Very perceptive,friendly and accommodating. She is one of those ones that you would ask "what do you recommend?" And be assured that she will recommend honestly,based on your preference, not just recommend the most expensive.
