Every member of staff at this hotel was just amazing, always a smile on their faces and nothing was to much trouble for them, the staff make this hotel and offer above 5* service, There are too many to mention them all but a big thank you to Housekeeping, Soikanth and shahin and Sen at the pool. Rojean, Puja ,Fharin, aldrin ,Fasha, Shiela, sushi and the delightful Bhumi. Thank you to the chefs, you always had a smile on your faces.
The bed and pillows were very comfortable, slight problems with shower as it leaked into the bathroom and toilet, rooms had coffee machine, kettle, fridge,hairdryer, iron and ironing board as standard. Good selection for breakfast. Evening meals were fine but as we stayed for ten days the choice on the menu became a little repetitive but quality good.
Would absolutely return just to see the wonderful staff. However, would not book a sea view room again as the noise from the beach is horrendous, I did not sleep through the night for one night, In the week, the noise goes on until 2 am in the morning and later on the weekends. This is not the hotels fault but a location issue, from the beach bars and clubs directly opposite hotel with blaring music.

We recently stayed at C Central for three days, although the hotel is located in a phenomenal location, unfortunately, our experience did not meet expectations.
First, the shower in our room was quite disappointing. I can totally understand there are different types of rooms which is closely linked to the amazing view or not. However, after being charged thousands of dirhams, you would expect basic amenities in your room. There was no space to place your cosmetics other than the sink (literally nothing more than a sick meaning every time you washed your hands or face everything got wet). To add to that, our bathroom had no shower screen! Without a shower screen, water splashed everywhere, making it a hassle to keep the bathroom tidy. This lack of basic amenities really detracted from the overall comfort of my stay.
The roof top bar has a wonderful view! However, I was surprised to find that the bar staff began gathering cushions and closing down the area well before the official closing time. It created an unwelcoming atmosphere, as guests were still enjoying their time. It felt rushed and somewhat inconsiderate. It took about 15 minutes to gather all the cushions which could have been done once the bar was closed or guests weren’t around. Allowing guests to order food and drinks than gathering all cushions in big black bags which were left in visible sight wasn’t meeting with the expectations of a hotel located on the Palm.
Lastly, the buffet had a great selection of salad, cheese and fruits but the food selection was the most limited I had come across in the UAE.
Overall, while the hotel had potential, these issues significantly impacted my stay. I hope the management takes note and makes improvements for future guests

The hotel is selling rooms with a construction site view, we called them up to ensure there was no building work the day before booking as it was an offer. They said no its just a seasonal offer, no work taking place. In fact it was facing the sea (not palm) with a building site in between. We had to pay for an upgade to have the view that was promised. It's a total scam (many people having the same argument). Plus while we were there and emergency came up and we needed to vacate the hotel, Booking dot com agreed to refund us the remaining days but the hotel point blank refused. Booking com said there was nothing in the contract to say non refundable. We were really disappointed with the attitude of the staff on this and had to forfeit the rest of our stay.
Other things is this is a 3 star at max not 5*, 2 mins up the road there are real 5 star hotels for same or less price than this place and they are proper resorts. This hotel has broken wiry sunbeds, one small patch of beach to lie, fridge that did not keep cold, hairs in shower etc Average restaurant. I have never given a bad review in 25 years of travelling, so I am not the type to complain. I would just say don't waste your hard earned cash on this hotel, many people travelled across the world to be misold a construction site view for their delux room with a sea view.

Amazing service. I went for 5 nights and the staff were really professional and helpful. The room was alway kept SPOTLESS by Keshav!! He is a true asset to C Central. He provided anything I needed and made my whole experience so great.
People often forget the little things but this is something I personally value. Integrity, hard work and honesty. Well done!
Recommends for family and couples. Great food options.

We arrived in the early morning of 12/25/24, and were very well received beyond the hour. Even with a welcome drink, while we waited for them to prepare the room, as I had requested with 3 separate beds. Although the room was small but very modern and comfortable, it had all the necessary services and amenities to spare. With a comfortable balcony and side views, both to the private beach and the front facing the coast. Breakfast abundant and for all tastes, with permanent replacement due to high concurrence. Despite this there were no drawbacks to getting place both inside the salon and outside. It has a nice Roof Top on the 8th floor, with very good views and drinks bar. Excellent location, close to the impressive Hotel Atlantis which could be reached by walking and from there take the monorail at very low cost, which allowed us to approach different points. Can only review what we experienced and, unfortunately, we had a poor stay. Upon checking in there was a strong unpleasant smell in the room, so much so that we asked to be moved. The replacement room had obviously just been decorated and smelled strongly of fresh paint. It was quite late when we eventually settled into the third room that was offered to us. We only stayed for one night; in fairness, the hotel offered what seemed to be good value for the location but I wouldn't stay again I'm afraid.
