Very noisy air condition, kitchen utensils are rusty and dusty, molds and damaged fridges! The cupboard are dirty and rusty also! It seems management are sleeping! Bacteria is all over the place! Not worthy at all. DTCM inspector should check this property as it is not fair to guest like us to be treated this way!

Good location (for me). Very friendly stall (all). No street noise at night. Shop over the road 30 second walk. Affordable. Some rooms in my view need a make over but still just about OK. I would happily re-book for another visit.

Foul smell in the room, no clear guidance in room on how to connect to wifi and no clear guidance on how to dial room service and no body to answer calls at the front desk or even restaurant from room, food can after 2 hours that too after I personally can down to collect, poor variety in breakfast.

The location was good, but the conditions were average. The window had the handle broken and it couldn't be closed. On our third night, the people from the next room were listening to very loud music at 2 am and we called the reception in order to get this solved but in one hour everything was the same so we called again. They were quite for another 30 min tops. The kitchen was not that well equipped either. At least the cleaning services were alright.

hotel staff Dipak doesn't know how to talk to guests. upon reminding that the eletric induction stove is broken and non functional, he will straightaway deny and accuse of lying. so many things not working in the room that one will be fed up calling again and again or petty and basic hygiene stuff not provided or working. a guest's stay will be runied when he finds out at the time of preparing breakast that ridge and stove are not working and the hotel staff not even acknowledging the problem, let alone fix it. the person booking a hotel or a group will be criticized heavily by fellow guests for booking such a pathetic hotel/apartment

Location is perfect. rooms are ok. close to station. Some work going on on near by place and that noisy at times. safe place. they need to nice to their clients. no matter where they come from. i felt they vary their behaviour from country to country clients.

First time I be in the Middle East UAE DUBAI Nice room quite big room and maintain clean Everyday I been here for 6 nite first time staying in apartment is like own house and just very convenient to metro station Al fahidi a lot u can explore near by shops,restaurants,many shopping mall, supermarket walk until u will get tired 😂😂thank you

It is a well maintained place of stay for couples, families as well as business people. Courteous staff, well maintained property, timely room service as well as housekeeping, morning breakfast can be included which is a good treat for most vegetarians from India. There might be issues regarding housekeeping at times but it can be passed by considering the good experience we had during our stay. They have rooms as well as one & two bedroom apartments which are very spacious. Lighting is a bit dim in apartments but that won't matter as long as you do not plan to stay indoors all day. To conclude, it is good place for tourists looking for reasonably rated apartment.

Room was big with nice bed and all appliances , Location is not easy to reach as it is backwards of main road Staff was nice Check in & check out was smooth. Both metro station are nearby Fahidi & Burjuman
