Been on this hotel for a few times and their service is exceptional. The hotel staff were very accommodating especially the Filipina girl in the reception, Ms. Chiqui. She granted all our requests and was very kind to allow us for late check-out when we requested on the next day. Free parking was also one of the reasons why we keep coming back to this hotel. Also, the location is very accessible to restaurants and supermarkets. Overall experience was great, you definitely get what you pay for.

Rooms are average. Buffet is very limited and cold. Super unenthusiatic staff. Rooms have AC problems. There are 5 pubs in the hotel which are open till 4 am so the noise is nonstop. Only 2 restaurants both out of which one is only for room service and the other is a so-called South Indian restaurant which is more like a pub and has no food options. The waiter messed up our order and was arrogant. We were asked to switch rooms on the second day citing AC problem. All bathrooms have tub baths making it difficult for senior citizens to use. Words are falling short to describe our experience. It boasts as a four star hotel but is not worth even one star. The location also sucks and there are no restaurants where you can have a decent lunch or dinner. Just Pathetic and Totally Disappointing.

It was a good and comfortable stay. Good food at breakfast with everything in the menu with really good options if you are Indian and really good service by the staff. The cleaning department also did a fine job while cleaning the room everyday.
Should have bigger bathrooms, this was a main concern. Can provide better mattresses that are more fluffy and soft like ones in most hotels.

we booked room # 204 Fortune Grand Deira for two nights but the from 3 to 4th july 2021. We have very bad experience for the first night as we did not sleep well because there washroom flush water leaked and all the night water leaking was making noise and the most worst experience was when we complain there guy came and said this water leakage have no solution it is 7/24 leak. There were two lift and the one lift was damage or may b some fault there it was not working all the day till night. every time if we came from outside the key will be not working for the room and we need to go back to reception for complain of lock. we checked out next day and not complete our 2nd night there. such a worst experience we have with this hotel.
