Good things about Hotel:
Location as you get number of restaurants. Mall of emirates is 20 mins walk away. Plus point is the metro mashriq station, its 5 mins walk away.
Only bad thing is their service. You keep dialing laundry, room service and etc but they never pick the call.
Operators are good and facilitates almost eveything.

We stayed in Cassells Al Barsha Hotel in few occasions, the hotel is quite good, very quiet and private. The room is very spacious to the fact that we can play soccer inside.. (just kidding) nothing will trouble you, everything is up to expectations apart from the furnitures which is already worn out, overused and old.. the AC temp also is quite uncontrollable, only 2 options are there on the AC, it’s either very cold or freezing cold.. overall is good and surely will be back soon.

I had a pleasant 4-night stay at MD Hotel Al Barsha. The hotel was clean and comfortable, and the rooms were very spacious. The location is fantastic—just a few steps away from the Mashriq Metro Station, making it easy to explore the city. There are also plenty of great restaurants and stores nearby, adding to the convenience. The staff was friendly and helpful throughout my stay. I would definitely choose to stay here again if I visit Dubai in the future.

I checked-in in your hotel on the 10th of March and my booking was through the booking.com , i called the reservation before my arrival to confirm that i need a high floor and a smoking room, but the person who answered my call was not helpful and said that i have to inform the reception during the check-in instead of him.
When i arrived to do my check in the person who was there at that time “RAMY” was not hospitable at all even i didnt appreciate his way of talking, and the worse thing he couldnt find my reservation in the OPERA, i mentioned to him the timing of the reservation and that it was paid directly through “booking.com” and he said ok ok have a sit in the lobby i will check , but before i informed him about my request and left. What i didnt appreciate that when i was sitting in the lobby instead of checking my reservation he was chitachating with his colleagues in there and after 10 mins he called me and started talking in a loud voice “Ms. Sara i find your reservation and u said that u need a smooking room and high floor” i was i real shock because normally he need to inform me those things in the reception desk not kn this way . Even he charged me for 15 AED extra and didnt explain to me the reason of this additional fee, another thing when i was asking him the outlets u have he ignored me and went to print the RC. As well when he gave me back my EID, CC and Room Key he just throw it in the desk which i find it not professional at all from his side.
I didnt appreciate at all his behavior this person need a real training in the hospitality because this not the right way to treat the guests. I like the hotel, its location and everything but this person ruin my day with his behavior.
I hope that the management will take an action with this person
I dont think that i will comeback in the future .

Dear valued guest, Greetings from Cassells Al Barsha Hotel By IGH! Thank you for sharing your feedback with us. We really appreciate your great comments about hotel location and all facilities. With regards to your check-in process, we sincerely apologize for any unintentional inconvenience caused to you. In view of your important opinion about your latest experience at Cassells ,we just wanted to explain that your on -line reservation had been made through Booking.com (Basic), which was subsequently received through HotelBeds Website (pre-paid booking) except the tourism Dirhams fees to be paid upon arrival. Only five (5) minutes time- lapse was recorded between receiving your booking via reservations system and your check-in process. Nevertheless, we really appreciate your comprehensive feedback and always wish you and family very pleasant stays with us. Best Regards,

The staff here is either underpayed or do not take their jobs seriously.
The room keys are the worst, you have to go down to reception each time you want to re-enter your apartment because the cards require constant re-magnitization huge waste of time and very frustrating!!
Wifi was terrible you make a request to fix it, but they never do anything about it.
Cleaning staff enter your room without knocking, I had to tell them to knock several times before barging in.

We had a vacation from 27 Nov to 4 Dec in Cassels al Barsha hotel. This time we came with my mom and daughter 1 year and 4 months. I chose already this hotel second time for vacation, unfortunately first time was not totally pleasant but they tried to make everything good in the end. But second time was excellent. First of all I appreciate Mr. Saravan and all front office staff to let us having a room with early arrival. Everyone can understand how it is difficult to wait for your room with a small kid after long flight. Mr. Saravan gave us even upgrade to a very big room with kitchen and living area, so our staying was wonderful and we felt ourselves as at home. All front office team always was friendly and said hi to my small daughter even. Now she tries to say hi everyone out of home🤣🤣🤣 Also we are thankful to Abdul ruf and all housekeeping staff, who made our room very clean, even when our baby poured water after taking bath almost every day. Thanks to their patience 😉
Thanks also to engineering department, sorry that I don't remember the name of that man, but he could work also in IT department as he fixed our internet connection! He made a comfortable temperature in the room and we were very happy! We shall say a very big appreciation to F&B department, to chefs who prepared sometimes a cereal for our small baby who couldnt chew because of pain in teeth; to our waiters Younis, Satya, Naida and all others, who made everything for us and baby! They tried to make all our requests done!

We lived (survived) in this hotel at the beginning of March 2024. We booked a deluxe room with a balcony. We checked into a “wonderful” 231 room. We were terrified!
There is mold on the walls, the wallpaper is peeling off and covered in insects. The furniture is all old and worn out (except for the beds, there are no questions about them). The closet doors did not open at all. Didn't work: kettle, floor lamp, occasional toilet, no water pressure in the shower and only boiling water. It was simply unrealistic to wash your hair in such a “wonderful” shower. And most importantly, the supposedly non-smoking 2nd floor is smoky through and through. In the room, the smell of tobacco comes from the wallpaper, furniture, curtains, in short, from everything. Very damp and dank. The air conditioning does not regulate the temperature; the only thing that saved us was the presence of a balcony and warm air from the street. There was no furniture on the balcony, meaning there was simply nothing to sit on in the evening. There is no contact in the socket - it sparks! It is better to have your own adapter for local sockets with you, since the reception can give you a battered adapter, but a maximum of 1 per room. We had to create a schedule to charge our devices.
Service: this is a separate story. After checking in, we were shocked and for several days we contacted the reception with a request to change the room to ANY other one, even without a balcony, as long as it was on a higher floor and not in such a terrible condition. In response to our repeated requests, they only smiled at us and did nothing. Contacting the tour operator (ANEXTOUR) did not help.
There were no towels in the room upon check-in. After the journey (it took us 24 hours to get there), there was no way to simply take a shower. They brought towels only an hour later.
Upon check-in, we were told that if we needed anything (an iron, extra towels, etc.), we needed to call the reception from our room, and they would “immediately” bring us what we needed. This “immediately” means at least an hour later and after 3 reminders about yourself or after a personal visit to the reception.
Food: we are not picky, so we were quite satisfied. Of course, there wasn't much variety, but we didn't go hungry.
Location: we were satisfied. Very close to the metro station and many shops.
Of course, it doesn’t smell like four stars, maximum 2. I don’t want to go back there at all.

I visited the Cassells Al Barsha Hotel Dubai with my husband and I booked it through Antilog Vacations. It is really a wonderful place to stay during a Vacation. The check in was hassle free and the manager and the waiters ensured we got a nice room. The whole staffs were great and very helpful. We had wanted a private quiet place and we got a room in the second floor near the corridor and we were not disappointed. The room was of decent size around 400 square feet. It had a nice bathroom with telephone shower and all. The room was nice, with beds being large and comfortable with other amenities like safe, refrigerator also present. The TV present in the area had the alternative choice of plugging in my notebook through the HDMI, something which I personally appreciated.
There was a nice pool present on the rooftop with an attached Jacuzzi. The pool is not huge by any stretch of imagination but had a nice feel to it. The hotel is located in a busy area, with the Sharaf metro and the Mall of the Emirates located quite close. Other stuff like car hotels, restaurants and bars are also present nearby. Overall I would give thumbs up to the Cassells Al Barsha hotel and this a place worth checking out.

This is just a terrible hotel. He doesn't deserve 4* at all! We were excited about the laudatory reviews... but here we are now at the hotel and the service here is simply zero. We have breakfast - and some run-down 4 in Egypt feeds much better! One type of cheese (palm), one repeated on omelettes and scrambled eggs, no very fresh fruit, only weathered watermelon in small slices. Vegetables - only tomatoes and cucumbers - also finely chopped. Very limited selection of baked goods (3 types and a loaf of toasted bread). One toaster. Queues at the entrance to the dining room.
Now about the room - the water drains very poorly. We had a family two-room suite, the plumbing was in very poor condition. Towels are “tired”. The room was dusty upon arrival. Women's hair on the table from previous guests. During the week they didn't change the linen even once. You can't ask the reception for slippers. The employee Angela at the reception pretends that she doesn’t hear you if you don’t leave a tip.
There was a kitchen in the room, but it was completely empty, not even any cutlery or dishes. The refrigerator is leaking. There is absolutely NOTHING for children. The pool is closed for renovation, they are sending it to a neighboring hotel, which has its own guests and 15 sun loungers in total, there are no places there. There is a hammam and a sauna, but they do not work. What kind of renovation they did, it’s not clear how they got 4*, it’s completely unclear. I strongly do not recommend this hotel to you.

Incompetent hotel staff
Bad service
I contacted the reception with a question about whether a washing machine could be provided in a double room costing 800 AED, to which I was given a positive answer.
I waited a day, they sent workers several times to fix problems with the washing machine. The manager found an excuse, they only give me a washing machine for one month!!!
Why reassure and promise the client something that you cannot provide!!!
I don't recommend it!!!
