The reception girls seriously need a hospitality lecture on how to treat and behave with their customers. One of the most arrogant and rude receptionists I have ever ever seen. I highly doubt if they really fit for this job. The only person who was absolutely amazing was Abdo. The hotel is classy and had a pleasant stay but lacks some basic amenities like there is no dedicated iron box in every room and no emergency first aid kits. I called the reception to arrange an iron box, but I was told I would be given one in the morning. I waited in the morning but no one turned up. I called the reception again, and the lady picked up and said it will be in my room shortly. No one came. I called again to the reception, the lady said "why don't you call the housekeeping yourself?" I then started complaining about being unprofessional, she disconnected the call!!!!!! come on, I haven't heard or seen this arrogance before. No smile, no greeting when someone goes to the reception. I was supposed to extend my stay for 1 more month but then I thought this place is awful in terms of people. Guys! learn to treat your customers well or you don't fit for this job. 5 stars to Abdo, 4 stars to the hotel and 0 stars to the girls in the reception. I only remember one name: Chahinez or something.

I was due to land in Dubai at 8am but hotel policy says check in allowed from 2pm so I tried emailing the hotel several times before I arrived to see if they could arrange an early check in. They didn’t respond so I turned up around 8.30 on the first day of my stay hoping for the best. The staff were very welcoming and warm, they agreed very kindly to let us check in at 10.30 albeit a smoking room, and then change to a non smoking room once available after 2pm. They were kind enough to let us leave our bags there at 8.30 until check in whilst we went out For a wander. The concierge was so lovely and helpful, an absolute pleasure. The staff overall were very lovely and would rush and be forthcoming to help. Great security there too. The reception area was very pleasant too but the queues got rather long due to there only being two staff members behind the desk, and constant phone calls coming in. However I did notice that the staff when checking in didn’t inform us nor give us any information about anything such as where we would find the swimming pool, where we should go for breakfast, shuttles etc. I had to ask about this. We discovered and used the shuttles available to Jumeira beach and bluewaters. The room didn’t have a bathrobe or slippers as listed. The view for us sadly was awful as we faced another building. The internet also was intermittent and the light switch on one side of the bed didn’t work. The hotel provided me with an ironing board and iron when requested. The Bed was super comfy and I had excellent nights sleep whilst I was there. It was super quiet. The hotel staff were all very lovely. I used the tea/ coffee facilities in the room and although this was obvious as staff would replace the used mug, they did not replace the teabags/ coffee and sugar sachets. They did however give us fresh bottles of water everyday. We weren’t told but the towels only get changed if you leave them on the floor (not hung up), we weren’t aware until the end of our stay. Location is great as it is right by the metro station which using the red line takes you to all the main spots, it’s also close to the mall of the Emirates. There are loads of 24h shops, restaurants nearby aswell as loads of spas, taxis etc. I didn’t use room service so can’t comment on that. On the rooftop there is the gym, swimming pool, hot tub, spa and restaurant which turns into a sheesha bar at night. The swimming pool and hot tub closes at 8 and so we sadly didn’t get a chance to use it due to being out and about. We did try out the sheesha bar though which is open until 3am. I went to the spa to look into getting a massage but the prices were very high in comparison to local spas. The room itself was very spacious and clean although the furniture seemed a little outdated. Breakfast was also okay, there was a decent selection of food however it seemed to be the same everyday. The staff at breakfast were super helpful and would go out of their way to assist, even bringing tea/ coffee to our table. There was fruit however I noticed lots of fruit flies swarming it so I’d advise you stay away from the fruit. Overall a good stay, the staff and especially the concierge really provided an excellent service however I feel that the hotel is at most a 3*, not a 4.

The staff here is either underpayed or do not take their jobs seriously. The room keys are the worst, you have to go down to reception each time you want to re-enter your apartment because the cards require constant re-magnitization huge waste of time and very frustrating!! Wifi was terrible you make a request to fix it, but they never do anything about it. Cleaning staff enter your room without knocking, I had to tell them to knock several times before barging in.

This hotel has a good location beside al mashreq metro station. Has a good parking area - garage. The security issue is very good in the hotel. People is friendly and run to help and understand your issue. Rooms are clean and wide. The rooms are very good with balcony … do not choose the ones with windows and looks inside the hotel… really bad view like a prison. Choose the ones with balcony and view on metro station. Some times they have a wonderful offers as rooms only , try to catch it.

I booked this hotel for my honeymoon on 2nd of October. I went Dubai from Abudhabi with my wife. I reached this hotel at 11:45. They saw my booking and they said your booking is 2pm so please wait till 2 pm. At 2pm I asked for the room then they asked for Emirates ID. I gave them my Emirates ID. Then they said give me your wife's ID Which they didn't mentioned in policies. I said she is on visit. I have pictures of visit visa and passport. And you guys didn't mentioned in your policies. I read all policies and in your policies you guys said we need the ID card of booking holder. Receptionist said sorry we can't do any thing. I called the manager. And he was very very rude with me. He said with loud and roughly behavior ( hello. We can't accept your booking. Go. Go.). First time in my life I saw this kind of human. Politely I said please, Tell me the solution. He said we don't know the solution. Seriously very very bad experience. And I saw toooo many guests are waiting for their rooms since long. It's my suggestion. Don't book this hotel.

Even if you changed your sign outside, you need to be more attentive whats going on inside your hotel and specially your cleaver employees that try to make money as the open a black market inside the hotel. I dont want to write the details of what happened yesterday night but what i would say is please contact me 052-2414834 if you care because tomorrow i will be sharing the details so people can be aware where are they going.

100 legit scammers. Makes run in circles in processing refunds. Ask you to go back and forth. They ask you for the name of the contact person from the hotel so they can speak with them. But they never did any calls. No extra mile for customer service. They put you on hold for a very long time on the phone.
