Stayed here on several occasions and never disappointed. Returned December 21 for a 7 week trip to visit Expo 2020. Whilst it can be argued that the decor is perhaps a little dated there can be no disputing the value for money one gets & I would argue that this would be very difficult to beat. Rooms are cleaned daily upon request and offer adequate comfort and facilities. We’re loathe to try another establishment in case it doesn’t live up to the standards offered by Rose Garden considering the price requested. Have already booked a further stay for Christmas 23.

+ve Very helpful staff. Fast response for any need and always smiling and welcoming Excellent location .Walking distance to Mall of the Emirates. Very close to so many services ex mashreq metro station ,food, supermarkets, pharmacies etc Spacious parking for cars Quiet hotel/rooms therefore one sleeps deeply during the night. A small pool for a quick dip Good amneties in the room Clean ,decent hotel and Family oriented. Very good value for money -ve the gym needs more attention because not all machines work and there is no one to ask for assistance. And if there is he is more of a housekeeper than a specialized person . We have been staying in the hotel for years and will definitely be coming again.

I have been here in Studio 115 for nearly a month now – keep extending every week cause my office is on a budget. Let me talk about this property in positives and negatives: Positive: 1. Location: Located less than 5 mins walk from Mashreq metro station, this place is in the middle of things. There are hundreds of restaurants (Pakistani, local, Indian, Chinese you name it) nearby with too many neighborhood stores, supermarket and shady SPAs. There are many hotels nearby and hence within a kilometer there are at least 10 pubs. 2. Rooms: Apartments are very nice and has everything one needs. Beds are comfortable but has two small ones put together – I am sure there must be other rooms with King/Queen ones. AC works. Most fittings also work. Problem is with number of charging points, with water pressure in shower (even on first floor) that is very low, room lighting that is hardly enough. Fridge is large, microwave is good and there is a working kettle, an induction oven, a washing machine etc. There is a large working desk that is very helpful, a bar counter opening into the kitchen, three bar stools and sufficient storage units. Overall well appointed for a studio. 3. Staff: Staff is mostly from India – some from Bangladesh, Pakistan and Philippines. They are very well behaved and are eager to help. 4. Parking: There is a good parking area available and there is security all the time – nice !!! 5. Internet: The best thing about the place is if you are working from here, they have a WiFi router in the room – although the speed is moderate, it is more than sufficient for most office work and is something many places don’t have. So thank you !!! Negative: 1. Service: Service is horrendous here. This maybe because of management cutting corners. Housekeeping, as I witnessed many times, is basic. They will not do housekeeping if you have not put a card outside saying clean my room. Normally, unless a DND board is hanging every place does housekeeping automatically – not here !!! Cheap money saving tactics. Even when you put the board up, they may not come for 6-7 hours unless you keep calling and requesting them. This is the first time in my last 15-20 years experience where I may have stayed in over 200 hotels across the globe !!! Today I requested 3 times and after 2.5 hours (7 hours from when I put the clean my room card), lost hope and asked them not to come. When they do come, it shows they are cutting corners. They don’t clean the microwave unless told, they normally don’t wipe the working desk or side tables, spray the room with fresheners only when they whimsically decide or asked to do etc. 2. Room Consumables: This is another area – toiletries are of quality you may not want to use. Second, even when they see something consumed, they don’t replace. Funniest thing is housekeeping guys told me management has asked them not to put a 1 litre water bottle everyday unless a guest asks – it is just for first day !!! 1.5 Dhs for a bottle !!! You understand the focus of management. I am saying all this where I have never used their toiletries excepting the bath gel that I use to wash my mask. Still that bottle has not been replaced !!! This owner needs some government grants for sure 😊 My room curtains got some issue on day 3 - nobody came to check it for 3 weeks - its still broken !!! 3. Others: They apparently have a policy not to allow guests to the rooms. I had two of my male friends coming in the afternoon – both in senior management positions in global MNCs. I was told I cant have them in my room. And then I see people bringing in escorts daily !!! We understand the rules but there are things called profiling your customer – you know who is what and treat them accordingly. All this screams the fact that this place just wants to cater to low end customers on a budget. Excepting that at 400 to 500 AED, this doesn’t look like a budget option !!! Another thing is since I have been staying for over 3 weeks now, I told the manager can you give me a better room – to which his response was no sir its running full. Its clear that this place is not about any customized service – just focusing on doing what is most convenient and cheapest. Now comes my recommendations. I recommend this to people on a very tight budget and those who have things to do around the place. Also, people who want to visit shady massage parlors can camp here - at least a 60 within 5 mins walking distance. Rose Garden is well located with good rooms not complemented by commensurate service. Anyone who is well traveled, has experienced service in different places and professionals coming here at work – please avoid this place if you can. They reek of austerity measures that may put much smaller hotels to shame. They can bask in the glory of Expo and December but reality may hit them soon !!!

it was my birthday weekend and i was surprised as the room was decorated with balloons (requested by my friends, and it's free) the bedrooms were big and have comfy vibes! i had a long quiet sleep at last 🤗 the kitchen is complete with all our cooking needs, seems like we're on our own home, 😊 the living room is my favorite, we watched a horror movie and it feels like were in a real VIP cinema, oh i love the swimming pool too overall. we had a great time! thank you ❤️
