Spacious parking for cars Quiet hotel/rooms therefore one sleeps deeply during the night. A small pool for a quick dip Good amneties in the room Clean ,decent hotel and Family oriented. Very good value for money

Good strategic location to stay in, very close to Mashreq metro station and restaurants. Jabal al Noor opposite the hotel has good food for reasonable prices. Chai Bay opposite the hotel has good karak tea for 1.50 dirhams. The location is ideal for visiting both North and South Dubai within 20-50 minutes by metro. One stop away from Mall of the Emirates. There's a small supermarket right opposite the hotel for buying bread, water, groceries etc. The hotel gives a bottle of water and tea/ coffee sachets and creamers only on the day of check in so it's good to carry your own or buy for the rest of your stay. Housekeeping needs to improve but the rooms are cosy and nice. Studios have a window but not really a view of the outside, only the inner side of the building with other rooms' windows. They good good sunshine. On the other hand, the apartments have balconies but they're facing the road so it might be a bit noisy. Kitchen is minimally equipped but manageable. There's a refrigerator and a washing machine. They hadn't kept any detergent out dish washing soap though. No oil for cooking either. We bought butter and used that for cooking instead of buying a whole bottle of oil. Bathrooms have bath tubs with shower. Pillows are a bit on the bigger side so it might give a neck pain. Room is partially carpeted. If there's a late night check in nearby or above the room, or loud neighbours, you'd hear it. But this happened only once out of 11 nights' stay so it was okay. Found people of all cultures among the residents of the hotel. Inclusive. Didn't try the food at their restaurant cuz we found it a bit pricy. All in all, a good stay. Would we go back? Yes, definitely.

The room was spacious, clean, and well-appointed. The bed was extremely comfortable, and I slept very soundly each night. The bathroom was also spotless and had excellent water pressure in the shower. I appreciated the high-quality toiletries provided.
The hotel staff was friendly and accommodating. The front desk was helpful in providing restaurant recommendations and directions. The housekeeping staff did an impeccable job keeping my room tidy.
I took advantage of the hotel's fitness center, which had a good selection of cardio and strength training equipment. It was never too crowded, and I was able to get in a great workout each morning.

Were with her husband in late October 2024. Very enjoyed, apartment studio , king size bed, mattress soft , sheets and towels snow white, every day cleaning of the room and change of bed linen! Our room served Mustafa, very neat, always in the room order and beauty, like in a Turkish hotel, from hotel to hotel made us swans on the bed! The staff is very polite. There is a Gym, sauna and swimming pool . An advantageous location. Metro near , Around many restaurants and rental cars, branded Outlets. I'll take note of that so I can stay here again. Stayed here on several occasions and never disappointed. Returned December 21 for a 7 week trip to visit Expo 2020. Whilst it can be argued that the decor is perhaps a little dated there can be no disputing the value for money one gets & I would argue that this would be very difficult to beat. Rooms are cleaned daily upon request and offer adequate comfort and facilities. We’re loathe to try another establishment in case it doesn’t live up to the standards offered by Rose Garden considering the price requested. Have already booked a further stay for Christmas 23.

This hotel apartment is dated , however, very clean rooms and premises. The rooms are spacious and have all the amenities necessary for an apartment too. Toiletries, teas/coffees, toothbrushes, sewing kit, shaving kits etc all provided. I couldn’t really fault the establishment. The staff are helpful and friendly. I must say that the staff member who cleaned our rooms daily, Tufayel Ahmed, was exceptional and is an asset to this hotel apartments establishment. The gym is spacious too and has adequate equipment, although I think some of it is now in disrepair and needs to be fixed or replaced. Otherwise, a great stay as the hotel is only about 100m from Mashreq metro station and close to the mosque and lots of shops ( pharmacies, supermarkets, cafes, restaurants) and even the popular ‘Day to Day’ shop close by about 700m walking distance on Al Barsha1 road.

The Hotel Apartment are clean organized and large space, in a quite and youthful area, 2 min from Al-Mashreq Metro Station, 1 min to Bus Station close to Super Markets , Restaurants ( Egyptian, Turkish, Pakistan Cuisines) Coffee Shops, 5 min walk to Barbershop/ Women Hair Saloon, Massage Shops and Pharmacies.

I’m sure they can get a fold up extra beds but will be a bit congested. The apartments are great and even kids sleeping on the sofas is no issue. The sofas are big enough. I stayed in a two bed room apartment and that was very spacious.
