Great Hotel, Ideal Location, Food is brilliant, Reception Staff need to learn to be more friendly. Check in is a big problem as most rooms are not ready on time, become difficult of you have had an early morning arrival flight.

My "Deluxe" room was indeed a comfortable apartment, with large sitting room and bedroom, 2 bathrooms, and kitchen fully equipped with electrical appliances (I guess nobody using, staying few days in this kind of hotel). But furniture and curtains are rather basic, and sometimes worn out. For the guests arriving early in the morning, the early check-in should be managed...

We stayed for 6 nights- each and everyday we hated more and more of the stay there, frstly we were welcomed by a very rude receptionist Ms.Natalia, who is grumpy 24/7, followed by dissapoonting room service, overly crowded,no parking area very hard to get taxi, and now sometimes it's cold and windy, you don't get taxi at all in this area, very bad service,only...

We booked a 2 bedroom suite here during Arab Health and naturally paid a huge price for 4 nights stay. The suite can hardly be considered a suite by international standards. It's really just an apartment. Facilities are generally clean but old. Service has room for improvement, front desk reception staff lacked warmth and smiles. When we asked for help...

most of the staff are not that accomodating especially in the reception area, the female staff in particular were talking sarcastically when we asked some enquiries maybe due to workload but being new to the place we aren't very familiar with the place. this is the second time we visited dubai but the first hotel where we stayed before is...

In comparisation with other hotels in this quartier, one of the oldest and not to recommand. Needs urgently modernization and renovation, Rooms are big enough, maintenance is out of acceptance. Pool area dirty and windy. Restaurant and buffets (several tried in different times) are not 4* standarts, Service sometimes very nice sometimes "so lala".

We were extremely pleased with the professionalism displayed by Mildred Vilbar who made sure that we were happy & comfortable with all the tours organised by her. Mildred had always a beautiful smile & ever ready to help. I also should mention the name of the "short person" from South India (Pradhap ?) who was always kind & ready to...

Stayed in Dubai many times now and the Emirates Grand Hotel has to be the worst. My 3 year old daughter stood up from the coffee table which wasn't fixed down properly and the glass just about fell on to her legs. The light switch in the room my 7 year old son was sleeping in was coming of the...

This hotel is ideally situated on the main road and only meters from the metro. An ideal base for any visitor. The lifts are a little confusing and at time fustraiting, generally they do speed up the process over the conventional lift in high rise, it just doesnt seem that way all the time! The staff are all very helpful...
