IT was my 1st and last time to visit this hotel.. Biggest mistake I've ever did..1. Check in REALLY SLOW.. 2. as soon as I arrived to the room there was blood stain on the bed and some sort of disgusting hair.. they simply changed the sheets.. 3. I specifically asked for a quiet room away from family with kids,...

The hotel is in a good location, not far from the Dubai mall and Burj Khalifa.Transport links are very good with the metro being right next door and it's very easy to get a taxi. The hotel lobby looked nice as well as the room, but the bathroom wasn't very nice, didn't look 100 percent clean and it had a...

Just came back from a week s stay in Dubai and staying at the Emirates Grand Hotel. It was an amazing week so full of adventure. Loved our stay at this hotel. The staff were amazing. I cannot not give a special mention to the Foyer Hostess a young lady by the name of Abegail. Abegail was stunning always with...

The hotel is located within central location which was ideal. The roof top is very nice restaurant area is very clean. However the only issue I had was the rooms were extremely cold I had to request a heater which was a joke. The following day they did fix the issue and it was ok. The tiles in the bathroom...

Poor Service and not very clean. The whole experience was average and definitely not value for money. Concierge is also not updated with the latest market entries. Not recommended. Even though people are nice there are not up to the level for a 4* hotel. Room for improvement.

Negatives: Rooms are shabby, bathrooms need renovating. Instead of exchanging towels for fresh ones they were just removed one by one so on my last night i didnt have any other towel than the hand towel. The bathroom fittings are broken or loose. People at reception desk are rude and unhelpful. Positives: Got the best and friendliest service from the...

Spent a week at the Emirates Grand Hotel. Located on the busy Sheikh Zayed Road, but we were at the back of the hotel on the 32nd floor, very quiet location. Good views of the Burj Khalifa, and surrounding area from the room. The hotel is about 15 min walk from the Dubai Mall/Burj Khalifa, which is an easy walk...

I stayed at this hotel from 14th-23rd April 2016 for 10 nights to include B&B. This hotel is great if you want something near the city, however, for the price we paid, the hotel did not resemble a 4* and would not say this was of a 4*quality. The decor of the rooms were quite dated, I wasn't too pleased...
