Nestled in a prime spot near Dubai Mall and Burj Khalifa, the Armani Hotel is lauded for its luxurious atmosphere and breathtaking views. Travelers have experienced exceptional service with a touch of personal care, though a few report slow service. The rooms are celebrated for their spaciousness and modern amenities, while the hotel's cleanliness is consistently commended.
Opinions on value are mixed, with some guests feeling the luxury justifies the cost, whereas others aren't convinced, particularly when service lags. Amenities like the spa and pool are generally admired, albeit with some minor critiques.

Stayed the fourth time the last few years as a family of 5. What we love about it is the location, the welcoming service (the team, especially Gracer, makes you feel like you are coming back home), the smell, feel and looks of the entire interior (we love the Armani style, the comfort of the rooms and the technical standards of the rooms), and amongst all the convenience. Our kids (12-18y) just love the Mediterraneo restaurant, as there is always something on the buffet they love. Exec Chef Fabienne, Chef Suraj, Chef Bong (world class truffles risotto), service team or F&B head Remus always go the extra mile. This is just an outstanding place in all regards.

From the start of our journey arriving at the hotel, Sonia ensured all of our expectations were met, and she explained of the services available.
The room was exceptional, with a Fountain view, spacious and well equipped. We stayed there as our company had an event at the ballroom the same evening, so we wanted to immerse ourselves with the full Armani experience.
The interactive iPad allows you to control most functions in the room, and allows you to order room service. The food was delivered to the room promptly and served professionally.
When we returned from our function the room had been cleaned and tidied, and made ready for us to sleep. The attention to detail throughout has been exactly what I’d expect of a 5 star hotel, and exceeds anything I’ve experienced in Dubai previously.
The spa was a pleasure to use, swimming pool, steam room etc. my wife and I also booked facials, and I was very satisfied with the calming and refreshing treatment.
I would definitely recommend anyone wanting a more refined experience compared to the Address hotels to book in to the Armani Hotel.

Armani hotel is ideally located within Burj Khalifa, and conveniently connected to Dubai Mall through a private door.
Excellent service from Ashraf (Armani hotel Concierge) who was very kind and efficient in organizing an afternoon trip to the Desert, tailored to our needs (ask for Nishan, who drives exceptionnally well, and will teach you a lot about EAU)
Tip : The location is great for Photographers, but if you wish to take pictures of Burj Khalifa with a Camera, even from the hotel premises, you need to ask for special authorization (only pictures with mobile phones are allowed) Mr Pramod Kumar (Senior Lifestyle Manager) has been very helpful in that respect
Many thanks to Ashraf and to Pramod Kumar for making our stay enjoyable

They lost a woman's dress, they say they didn't take it. They carry water for half an hour. The food is so-so, no sausages, poor quality juices, cleaning does not bring accessories, the staff are terrible types and do not know the language at all. Cleaning is poor and takes a long time; everything in the hotel’s room is old and can be seen for many years. It's time to change everything and do repairs urgently. The staff is also not very good, before it was better, there were Russian-speaking people, now there are none at all, the service has dropped like in many hotels. They are raking in money, offering to upgrade the room for crazy money, although through the operator it is 2 times cheaper. Don't fall for this scam. The food is bad for such an oil, there are not enough sausages, not much fruit, the timing is too good, as if they are saving money for everyone. there are a lot of people at breakfast.

This place is 5-star but it's not for everyone. I had a fountain suite which was spacious but on a lower floor (the higher floors are smaller) and there is a terrace between you and the views, and you cannot use the terrace. The room decor is OK but not great and the curve all over the place are a bit disorienting. The bathroom was pretty large; I didn't like the fact that the body wash came in a 150 ML bottle which meant you couldn't take it home in a carry-on bag. The corner suite had good views but the view from the Palace Downtown across the lake was much better and i had a balcony and a view of the Burj Khalifa. At least the windows were quiet and the shows stop at 11. The gym was good and there is a small outdoor pool (but no indoor pool), but the pool and spa close at 10, which was not a thrill because if you arrive in the evening you want to be able to use those things into the night. The Bulgari hotel facilities stay open till 11. Breakfast buffet is very large and of good quality. That was a high point in my visit. The property is not the easiest to make your way around. There is a path to the mall but it is a long and meandering walk and I kept getting lost. The advantage is that you are in a hotel next to the big mall. Unless you realize better, the 5 minute walk to the metro can take over half an hour at a brisk pace. I thought it would be convenient for going to the Expo but just take the taxi and forget about it. The hallways in the hotel that lead to rooms felt more like gilded cellblocks in a jail. You either like it or you don't. Also, I found that anytime I went to the front desk for anything (ie: checkin, get my luggage that was in storage, get some change for smaller bills) it took longer than I expected. One drawback here is that there is a lot of traffic around this mall so getting in and out of this hotel in a taxi is not always quick, especially in the evenings. Unless you want to be taking shopping bags from the mall to your hotel room, I'd avoid this part of town.

A hotel that lives up to its name. Everything is luxurious and elegant. The water in the room is Acqua Panna and they gave some Armani chocolates which tasted really nice.
Extra bed was provided upon request. Everything can be controlled via the tablets provided, including changing TV channels.
Only level 5 to 8 and 18 to 19 are under Armani Hotel. There is a direct link to Dubai Mall, about 5 minutes walk.
Breakfast is fabulous with a wide spread. Unfortunately, my kids are too young to use the pool. Access to At the Top (viewing deck on Burj Khalifa) is easy.
Special mention to bellboy, Kasoon, for helping us take nice photos before we depart.

My third visit this year. It’s still a great hotel and has generally excellent service. Excellent facilities and a great gym with good pool and rooms.
The breakfast is amazing. Especially Ali. He really takes the time to proved great service. The food is excellent. Service fantastic.
I’ve been coming here for years. Over this time I have noticed some changes for the worse. Like new cheap pump soap dispensers in the bathrooms dispensing body wash where previously there were better bottles. Removal of conditioner bottles for a sachet of conditioner. All seems a bit cheap. I hope this trend doesn’t continue or will slide away from a luxury hotel to more average experience.
Had a bad experience on check in where someone tried to upsell me when all I wanted to do was check in. Not a great experience nor very luxurious feeling.
I love that there are very few kids in this place. More adult feel. Much appreciated.

Hotel is amazing and linked with Dubai mall. We had fountain fee room so enjoyed it for the room. Service is amazing and they have provided unlimited amount of drinking water. Breakfast was amazing and attention to details was great. Even when we used the pool they had people there to serve water , ice cream and provided towels.

The venue is truly stunning, a perfect setting for a delightful dinner with my family. The picturesque fountain view added a touch of elegance to the experience, and the staff was indeed warm and welcoming. However, if I were to suggest an improvement, it would undeniably be the speed of service. It was quite disappointing to wait a whole 40 minutes for my pizza and pasta to arrive, especially after the starters came out in a prompt 20 minutes. The prolonged wait for the main course somewhat dampened an otherwise enjoyable evening.

We have been visiting Dubai for the last 15 years almost every year but we never had this disappointing experience from a hotel before. The service is terrible, during check in you are lucky if you find a person in the counter, I noticed that people were literally queuing to get serviced and employees were called to come in front from the back office. Not to say that when we arrived, the room was booked for 3 people and the employee insisted that we will not fit and tried to sell us a bigger room with better view to the fountains. The booked room was supposed to be a fountain suite 80sqm, however when we arrived nothing felt like 80sqm(note that our business is property development). Additional to that after 1 day we were informed that there will be no fountains due to national mourning, so we never saw the fountains and of course never experienced the fountains room view that we paid for. Next morning and the buffet at the breakfast restaurant was somewhat poor according to the experience of a 5 star hotel. Sterilized food exactly like the decoration of the Armani Hotel in whole. Many inexperienced waiters around trying to help and serve the breakfast which was rightfully personalized due to covid. The most important drawback though for the hotel was the fact that nobody knew how to help us about covid testing for our return flight that was in 5 days. Asking at the counter the employees told us we should visit the Hospital and wait for three days for the result! After pressing for more help, the lady at the counter asked for my number in order to search what she can do, and let me know. I received a call at night 22:00 during my dinner, saying that she had found one clinic that can visit the room next day and the results would be sent within 7-8 hours. Ok, that was sorted out but my dissatisfaction is on how can a hotel such Armani could not know this Clinic from the beginning? Where we the first guests that requested covid test? No matter the high price and all the stress we did the test and everything was ok. Additional disadvantages of the hotel is the very small and hidden swimming pool, the complexity of exiting the hotel to Dubai Mall through a tunnel and the literally non existent lighting of the hotel lobby making you feel depressed.

Dear Guest, Thank you for choosing to Stay with Armani. I am deeply disappointed to read that you were not satisfied with your suite, the interiors of the hotel and the Dubai Fountains which were not running due to the mourning period. Rest assured, your constructive feedback has been shared with our leadership team for improvement. We have also partnered with local hospitals to provide our guests access to efficient testing facilities to enable travel around and out of the UAE. We appreciate your constructive feedback and hope that you will provide us another opportunity to restore your confidence in our service. Kind regards, Thomas Peruzzo Armani Hotel Dubai
