Honestly, the staff did not make me feel any shortcomings .. My requests from the reception, Dina made sure to implement and follow them up ... They made me feel like the owner ... Thank you from the heart because you are the best hotel in the world and not just in Dubai
Service is very superb from our check in until we checked out Anwesh and Pramod was there to assist us in all our needs. I give it a 5 for good quality of service and assistance we’ll definitely come back to Armani again thank you for the wonderful Experience ❤️
My wife and I was staying at the palm. We decided to move down town and having stayed at the 7 star Burj, we chose the BURJ Khalifa this time. Our view at the Armani Hotel. Nice plush rooms with ample space. Staff were nice and attention to detail, spot one. One or two items in the room didn't work but that's with any hotel. I highlighted these and Justin the LIFESTYLE manager was on the case. We were given a choice of 2 other rooms and we chose the 7th floor not the 39th. This had a balcony and again the point was to take videos of the fountain. Justin and the staff made you feel very comfortable, house keeping nothing but excellent. Every hotel has something and these where minor items but it was atterdude of the whole staff experience. Their boxes of nuts and fruits again presentation is outstanding. The restaurant, atmosphere was also great, expensive but you pay for the experience and food.. and to photos. They were great also. The building itself you will lose yourself in. Getting to know the lifts and ways to the mall, is a puzzle and changing. However worth the walk. Taking in where your staying and the views alone with the photos/videos. Its all worth it. We will return soon I am sure. On this occasion our thanks to Justin and his team for a wonderful stay. We cannot post videos but they came out fantastic. The ARMANI hotel represents the principal of the brand itself - sophistication and quality! Everything was thinking to the detail. The attention to the client is always there. Definitely a choice to future visits to Dubai!
I have been travelling to different countries, I seldom write reviews, but I do want to share my experience at Armani Dubai. Actually, all the staff I encountered were polite and helpful. Ashraf from concierge had a lot of good suggestions on your needs and was very patient even though he needed to change my bookings. Indera, front desk was proactive. Asa Liu was helpful. Last but not least, the Lifestlye Manager, Justin Valencia, went the extra extra mile. There was a little hiccup when we checked in the room and he rectified it quickly by sending us gifts, extended late check out to midnight and much more. It was an unforgettable experience and the best service I have experienced from any hotel.
Me and my friends went Armani Hotel lobby lounge. We were 3 pax and from the beginning service team they are taking care of us and giving outstanding service. All thanks to Aneesha, Aadithya and Sanjib for their hospitality. Food was amazing which was prepared by chef Maria and Rizvi .. Nice place to visit Armani hotel dubai … See u again
Customer service is extremely bad in Armani hotel. We left the hotel feeling misled and cheated. Initially booked 5 nights for the price of 850 Eur (+tax). We changed the booking to 3 nights (had to donit over the phone as web wasn’t working and haven’t got any confirmation or verbal warning there will be a change in price). On checking in we were told the price is going to be 1400 Eur per night!! We complained, of course, and didn’t want to check in but we were told to do the check in and rest assured they are going to resolve the problem and let us now soon, after contacting the manager. Manager called himself after a few hours, with no solution, he just wanted to hear about the problem. Again “rest assure I’l get back to you soon with the solution”. Haven’t heard from him again. Next day I went to reception again. Nobody knew anything, all over again. After some time other manager is coming (in the manner of doing me a special favour of even coming to the reception) and concludes they can not do anything about it!! And at this point I can’t even cancel the hotel! They ended up giving me some peanuts discount, price for the night 1300 Eur! And I checked that same day how much would it be on their web site, it was even cheaper than mu initial booking, 780! Unbelievable experience and extremely awful customer service. Upon everything, that hotel is far away from being worth of money. It is old, unorganised with questionable cleanliness. The only 5 star things are the location and the price! Do not spend your money there.…
A service of the highest class. Very friendly and experienced staff. Luxurious equipment of the room furnishing. The view and location was great. The interior and design are simply exceptional. Armani like - incomparable
We reserved a suite & were initially impressed with the large size living room & bedroom. Large bathroom, 2 closets & even a small 2nd bathroom. However the thermostat was not working & no matter what we did we were freezing. After 3 calls to engineering 2 space heaters were deposited in our room!! Space heaters!! One of the maintenance men admitted that they know of the problem. And even so, they rent out the suite. We were finally moved to another suite. It was considerably smaller but at least not freezing. All in all I found the hotel overrated. Would not recommend
Whilst the detailed and sophisticated atmposphere, it is the staff that works hard to meet all our desires that deserves the 5 stars. We did not have reservations for anything, dinner, attractions and they managed to get all reserved.
