Excellent hospitality by Nisath, honey , Kundan. Great venue ,delicious food, good ambiance & the view was down to the earth..We really enjoyed our time and hope to be there soon again . Thank you so much .
My family and I have recently returned from our short stay at the Armani Hotel Dubai and all I can say is that the whole experience at this property was first class from the moment we arrived at valet until we departed. We were lucky enough to be greeted by Sonia who we had met on our previous visit and Sonia was great as always and took us to our room and reminded us all of the workings with the SMART technology which basically controls the whole room/suite functionality. The Suite was awesome and again, very lucky to have the fountain views which my 5 year old daughter absolutely loved. The easy access tunnel to Dubai Mall and all its attractions was hassle free and well needed in the hotter Dubai months. The room was spotless and has everything you need and great to have a meal inside due to the table and chairs. The bathroom and its amenities, again, first class and the best bath and shower you will find anywhere. The service is what separates this property away from the rest and Thomas, the GM here along with Deniz who heads up the Lifestyle department really do take pride in what they do and this goes down throughout the whole front of house team. It was great to see Gracer again as we checked-out as Gracer was our dedicated lifestyle manager on our previous visit. We remember everyone and they remember you so kudos on that. Breakfast in Mediterraneo has everything you need and more and the service for the eggs, drinks and anything else that you may require is second to none. All the staff were great with our kids as we have a young 18 month year old and a highly active 5 year old and the staff went out of their way to ensure they were kept busy and entertained throughout the stay. The hotel has amazing restaurants, with Hashi and Amal being our favourites. We actually haven't tried the Italiant, Ristorante, so we will need to go back for a visit soon. A big thank you to all the team at Armani Dubai and we are just looking at when we can go again for another family visit as it ticks all boxes with what it caters for inside along with what is on offer in close proximity! In closing, I wouldn't hesitate recommending this hotel whatever nature of your stay is, whether that business, Solo or Family as you will be looked after no matter what.…
It was a great experience, must try!! You will definitely enjoy not only the food but the excellent service from the team there. Sashi, Asmar and bond made it really special (I hope I spelled the names properly). This is definitely a place to visit more often and enjoy great food with relaxing set up and perfect service.
Staff were amazing and took care of us from the minute we walked into restaurant. Prem Tamang was so professional, friendly and looked after us so well. The food was fantastic. Would high recommend this restaurant to anyone who is looking for a dining experience. In addition, the Armani hotel was superb and attended to our every need in a timely manner.
The restaurant had absolutely stellar food and the staff were very attentive to detail and fantastic service. In particular Chef Suraj was immensely helpful with my nut allergy and guided me through foods that were safe and those that weren't safe. If you have an allergy or an appetite this is a must visit and a safe and memorable one too. Thank you Chef Suraj for your 10/10 service and class!
Spent a lovely evening with my daughter on her bday at Mediterraneo. Everything was splendid- ambience, food and service. Must thank the waiting team especially Ali for going out of their way to make our evening special.
We had a lovely evening on the terrace at Armani/ Ristorante, being wonderfully taken care of by the incredible Maria, and her attentive, but far from intrusive, staff. The service and food/drinks were outstanding. An extensive drinks menu is available, and all the food items on the restaurant menu looked amazing. I wish that we could have sampled them all. By the time we got to dessert we didn't think that we could fit anything in but we were enticed by, and thoroughly enjoyed, the wonderfully light and tasty choices recommended to us. The setting overlooking the light show at the Burj Khalifa and the constantly changing and mesmerizing Dubai Dancing Fountains was just perfect as dusk settled in. A wonderful place for a relaxing drink or a delicious and highly memorable meal. Highly recommended.…
The view is amazing and customer service is even better. Suraj is an amazing chef, he is great with his recommendations, he bought the lava cake straight to my table!Best lava cake you will ever have!
Ali gave us excellent service. He assisted us during the entire time. He is fast and easy to be approached. He gave us what we need. The food is excellent as well and has lots of varieties. Perfect place to dine in!!
I was offered an upgrade to a suite overlooking the fountains, and I decided to take it up. The room was impeccably designed - chic, sophisticated and minimalistic. The lack of clutter in the room was in a large part due to the use of IoTs where one can control the room totally on an iPad. A little over half a day after checking in, the IoTs were disconnected, and remained disconnected for a day and a half. Couldn't control the room, had to rely on manual switches to close the blinds / blackouts, couldn't turn on the TVs as there was no 'fall back' remotes. When the IoTs were back in play, I tried my hand on the iPad in calling for laundry pick up. After a period of no response, I called reception the old fashioned way instead. Same thing happened when I prompted for laundry return. Used the iPad, no response, so I called instead. Similar thing happened when I called for assistance with my bags on the morning of check out. Ipad, no response, used the telephone instead. I also tried to settle my bill the night before check out - thought it would be easier instead of the morning itself. The reception said it was ok, but had to send someone to clear out the minibar after I settled my bill. Whilst I understand the rationale of that, I was kind of shocked to hear that. Given that I spent in excess of USD 7K for total for 3 nights, I thought they would extend, at least, a level of trust. It's not that I have been consuming from the minibar anyway in the nights prior. I did a similar thing at the Ritz Carlton at Ras Al Khaimah (Wadi desert) and it went on without a hitch, nothing petty whatsoever. It was easy and very, very courteous. Overall, Armani was an immaculate, aesthetically pleasing hotel. The location is great as it is adjacent to the Dubai Mall. Mall access was kind of convoluted from the hotel - you have to access multiple doors and escalators / lifts along way - but it was something that I can overlook and tolerate. But the service quality leaves much to be desired. The service lacks attention to detail, courtesy that befits the amount that you pay, and the responsiveness that one would expect from such a premium establishment. As a fairly seasoned traveller, I have had better service from premium hotels in 'lesser developed' cities. It was disappointing and I certainly hope that the service level can come to par with the aesthetics, location and brand of the hotel.…
