...The minute we got there,the girl gave us a suite for the entire stay.she even said that we could use the restaurant for our breakfast (most Marriott hotels demand that you use the lounge only)...

I stayed at the Sheraton Mall of The Emirates for a couple of nights last February during a business trip in Dubai... The suite was specious with a living room including a desk, a bedroom with an open bathroom...

Very bad experience took money twice for the same booking from us and our visitors from Qatar and took more than ten days for refund and they did not refund the full amount , tried to contact them many times finally after 10 days they reply .. but still one room refund the other one was not refunded .. second thing other person bag was in our car .. stopped in the higher way with my little baby for them to come and collect the bag … the luggage guy told me to go down and he’ll bring my twin rocker. Chair and did not bring it and I was blamed that I’m the one who forgot the chairs in my room ...

While our family stayed at two different rooms, the service at each room was phenomenal. Housekeeping was great, as both rooms were cleaned very well... Especially Abed, one of the housekeeping staff members, provided fast and exceptional service... He always greeted us with a smile, and always asked us if we needed anything in our room...

...They always go an extra mile to ensure guest’s satisfaction and comfort. All of them, starting from the gentlemen in the ground floor (main entrance), 2nd floor (mall entrance), 5th floor (lobby), room service, still counting...

This hotel has everything a tourist can wish... The room was very comfortable too with a separate livingroom area and a huge bathroom that seemed to stretch the length of the room!... Loved the fact that there was numerous bottles of water in the room so you could keep yourself hydrated...

...Visible efforts have gone into keeping them so warm and hospitable. One word for the runner who didn’t let me enter my room without my key... Room lighting can be better but this is just poor designing and the high bathtub in the room is a hazard even for young people again poor architectural design...

I live in Dubai and wanted a nice relaxing staycation in a non smoking room. I was 'upgraded' however upon entering the room it stank of tobacco smoke... I visited the gym and went back to see the room still smelt badly, the air freshner masked it temporaryily... I have got asthma hence why i requested a non-smoking room... I did request a non smoking room and it should have been checked before as the previous guest was clearly smoking in the room...

...Room has fewer lights could be well lit... We found bed bugs in the rooms...

...One other mention must go to Fare (if I have spelt this incorrectly, I sincerely apologise), who serves the morning breakfast guests with a wonderfully positive spririt every day. What an asset Fare is to your organisation and you should be proud of her and in fact all of the restaurant staff, who prepare the most delicious dishes and breakfast treats that I have ever tasted... A tremendous thanks to you all....you are a crew that creates a culture of truly welcomed value to your guests, so please stick together and we will see you next time around...

Don't book here if there is any chance your trip schedule might change. My flight was cancelled, I notified the hotel and they still charged me for the first night... Fantastic stay at Sheraton MOE once again, probably our dozen-th time here. The entire team is spectacular from Faisal at Reception, to the lobby staff Mike from Uganda and the pleasant Indonesian lady (sorry I forgot your name dear) who always helped us warm up our baby's food when needed... Shikha the Restaurant F&B Manager at Breakfast times was like family to us, our 18 month old daughter took to her immediately and she and the Chefs Team would always go out of their way to prepare a special breakfast for her if off the menu due to dietary preferences, and also a small snack if required during the day to use for when we were in the mall shopping... She is a godsend and true asset to the operation... In fact everyone is and they genuinely care about guests, kudos to Management for training and holding such a strong Team together... Thanks to Arafat and Naeem at breakfast always for knowing our kids' needs and bringing a hot cup of Americano for myself every morning for the 9 mornings we stayed and ate there... Also Housekeeping was cleaning our Deluxe Suite impeccably and leaving us with fresh and extra towels daily to cater to our baby's high usage... Lijin, Shankar and Mohamed Shawan from Concierge were also very helpful with parcels and packages, having them delivered up to our room... We were pleasantly surprised with some of the staff here, notably Mary and Muruthi. Mary was a customer relations officer and she came off as incredibly polite and well-spoken, having a kind and pleasant disposition... She constantly checked up on us to ask about our itinerary and if we had enjoyed our experience thus far, while sharing her background and some of her personal stories as well which were pretty insightful... Muruthi on the other hand worked at the cooking station at the Besh cafe and attended to us of his own volition... He made sure that all of our needs were sufficiently met and presented himself in an amiable fashion, initiating conversations whenever we interacted... Overall, we were thoroughly satisfied with the service of the staff as they were inviting and welcoming...

I want to review the experience I had with our Housekeeper Jiwan at the hotel. He took the trouble to understand the name of his guest and that I was a Marriott Bonvoy Gold Elite member... He went on to write me a welcome note and left it on my bed and similarly left me a note on my last day wishing me safe travels... He did his job with a smile and believed in providing his guests with a superior level of customer experience... He is young , amazing and a asset to Sheraton Hotels...

Front desk provided the best hospitality as soon as we arrived to the hotel. Mrs. Mouna was really efficient and made us smile with an upgraded room and great assistance... Later she and other front desk staff helped us for everything during our stay... I am a mall walker who loves public transport and this hotel is just tailored to my preference as it’s located in the Mall of the Emirates which in-turn is connected to Dubai Metro - red line... They always go an extra mile to ensure guest’s satisfaction and comfort... All of them, starting from the gentlemen in the ground floor (main entrance), 2nd floor (mall entrance), 5th floor (lobby), room service, still counting... The management may just consider renovating the property and replacing the shower blind with something more private, otherwise everything is just perfect...

...We are only staying in Dubai for one day so our room was reserved on the 8th floor... Four people can fit on one bed!... The bathroom is exception and they provide various necessities from a toothbrush to chargers... I would not hesitate to recommend this hotel to anyone...

There are lounges next to the café and facilities to charge your devices... A very appealing hotel to stay in whilst visiting Dubai , either for business or pleasure...

The room was well equipped with the usual amenities and comes with bathroom that has a wash tub and shower... The plus point being the Mall of the Emirates which was attached to the hotel...

...Plus, everything is within 30 minutes by taxi and metro station is just a 5 mins completely air conditioned walk. The room size is good and very clean and the amenities are also very good... The breakfast was very good, with a large spread including continental indian and chinese food... You even got freshly prepared dosa and uttpam... Everyone did their best to ensure you were comfortable... Would especially like to call out Sami and Shikha for the great service they provided...

Besh Breakfast is highly recommended by friends so we tried to have a breakfast here. It was worth coming here as the food and the service is really amazing...

...Having stayed at various other hotels across Dubai on my previous visits I would highly recommend this hotel... The pool area is lovely, nice and quiet high above the street noise with some outstanding views... All in all a lovely stay, hope to visit again soon...

From the check-in to check out, services offered collectively by all staff members, most satisfactory... However, Breakfast service headed by Chef Hemantha and his crew, food and beverage staff, Mouna and rest at Reception, Shiromi at Sales, House keeping boys on floor 21, etc must be mentioned for all the care and service... Great choices (From East to West) and Spread on offer at Breakfast is vast and outstanding... The bar is cozy and reasonably priced... Gym, Pool and Spa too is brilliant...

...Shikha at the reception is welcoming everyone with a smile. Sheik and Tamanna are making sure that every guest gets what they need... He even started cleaning pancakes by himself so that other guests do not have to wait... My favourite part in the hotel is the lounge... Sumptuous food for the high tea and evening elite hours...
