We stayed at Rose Rayhaan by Rotana Dubai for 11 nights and it is not an overstatement when I say the people and the service were spotless. You are welcomed by very nice and polite people at the reception who help you with no matter what question you might have during your stay. Our room was on the 48th floor and every day it was cleaned impeccably and we received a bottle of water, coffee and tea, milk and sugar. Great view, the windows could use a bit of cleaning but considering the size of the building it is understandable. Since our stay was in the summer of covid, there was no buffet, each meal was à la carte, so you got to order what you wanted and the chef would make it for you. The food was delicious, with options that catered to all taste, but what really marked us was how incredibly kind and welcoming the servers were. Extremely polite and always at your service, they definitely made our stay feel extra special and warm. The names that stuck most with us were: Angelica, Helene, Remedius, Diana, Kervin, although everyone was incredible. Needles to say, they all wore masks and gloves and desinfected each table. Other than the wonderful staff, the hotel is also very close to the Financial Center Metro Station (1 station away from Dubai Mall), some shops, a Starbucks and about a ten minute drive away from La Mer Beach. We definitely had an amazing time at this hotel and would strongly recommend!

Warm welcome. Great location, apx. 20-30 min. walk from Burj Khalifa. Helpful staff. No words to describe the view from our 60th floor room- breathtaking. No problem with waiting for elevator. Heated pool. The hotel is located near metro stop, Starbucks, cafes, in one of them we had delicious local menue lunch for only 39AED

The 50th floor offers a stunning view of the Burj and the sea. The check in staff and the Belldesk staff are super friendly. The house cleaning staff are good. Room was super clean. Breakfast was not that good, mainly because of the crowd and not too many “hot” items. Even if you book for a long stay like nine nights, you don’t get something complimentary. And if three people stay in one room you have to keep asking for that extra towel. But the staff are so good you can ignore these managerial issues. I would recommend a stay here only for the good staff.

Out of advantages we found an excellent location just next to the metro, rather big rooms, comfortable beds, all necessary things in and even a kitchen with a big fridge and a microwave. Bathroom is stuffed with toiletries and a bathtub. Breakfasts are pretty sufficient. The staff is very responsive and polite. Still there are several disadvantages that were pretty disappointing. The lobby has not enough sitting area. Breakfast area is extremely small for such a big hotel. Even having two floors for it, people had to wait till the table gets freed. Lifts are a separate story. Sometimes we had to wait for 5-7 minutes to get a ride. Room cleaning is rather late. It happened that we returned in the hotel after 5pm and our room still wasn’t done. Towels put on the floor for changing could be found put back on the shelf. So there are things to be improved for sure but in general we are happy with our stay. Thank you dear Rose Rayhaan team! I’d recommend staying here for sure.

We enjoyed great time in this hotel. Our room was spacious, nicely furnished with a kitchenette. It was at 44 floor so it had great view. Breakfast buffet was excellent. Pool had a very nice view and in the evening atmosphere was nice. Wather temperature was very pleasent so kids could spend a lot of time in pool(although it was end of December) Location was great;metro station very close, Burj Khalifa just one station away(location is specially good for New Year's eve as everyone who wishes to see the fireworks from upclose has to walk, no taxi or metro) You can also watch the fireworks from your room (as we did) if your room is on higher floors All the staff are very kind and professional, always there to help. I would like to thank Mr. Fonchia from reception for being so kind to give us the room with great view. Big thanks to Mr Pitysh for his kindness and lovely towel art.

The employees are far from being Helpful’and smiling. You don’t feel welcomed at the arrival. They have 5 elevators to go to the rooms and you still have to wait almost 5 to 7 minutes at anytime of the day of the night.
We asked several times to clean up our room and even with a reminder at the reception NOTHiNG was done !
No facilities or service at the pool or really expensive just for a simple drink (soft drink).
Some installations were not working well in the room (iron, plumbing, …).
We also had to justify ourself more than 10 minutes just after asking for a simple glass at the restaurant.
We are more than disappointed by this hotel and for the first time in Dubai it gave us a strange feeling.

I have been visiting this hotel for last 8 years now. I am a very satisfied customer. The location is perfect with Metro station just 100m away. Alot of food outlets, convenience stores, coffee shops etc are within 200m radius. Mall of Dubai, La Mer Beach and the city walk are just 5 mins drive away. The rooms are very nicely designed with no noise or disturbance from outside. Bed and pillows are very comfortable. Swimming pool and gym were recently renovated. My room this time was on the 49th floor with great view of Dubai Skyline. On arrival Mr. Osama on the front greeted warmly and made sure the smooth check in. I would like to appreciate Anvarali from room service who did a wonderful makeover continously for 7 days during my stay. I am definitely going to return again soon. Rose Rayhaan so far never disappointed me.

We stayed at the hotel 7 nights,it’s not the first time I’m visiting Dubai, had the worst hotel , the room wasn’t cleaned properly, the towels didn’t get changed, the room was stinking of food everyday, the air conditioner didn’t work properly. The breakfast was the same everyday. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel, I couldn’t see the night view, because their window is so dirty which needs to be cleaned now and then. The hall/ receptionist area is extremely small.

The hotel was a very good choice for me , the location is very good , its near to the metro station and there are restaurants and cafe shops near the hotel . The front desk employees were very helpful , also the house keeping were very kind and helpfull , they took good care of the room and always keep it clean . The room was also good .
