Room is nice and the housekeeping department. However, when we took the breakfast, first upon arrival in the restaurant the staff and the manager didn't even greet us... While in the table, the waiter told us infront of everyone that the third person should pay for the price of breakfast... In that situation we got insulted in everyone, even the manager went to our table asking our table in a rude way... It's our first experience to treat like this as we always stay in hotels... Guests should not be treated in a rude way whatever they wear or race... These staff should be train properly in customer service...

The small supermarket on the first floor has proven to be very helpful... Also the small café with the very nice staff from Kenya and the very good sandwiches and yogurts met my interests... I found the service of the staff particularly pleasant, outstanding here I would like to mention the attentive House Keeping service (Bayu) and his omnipresent supervisor as well as the lovely reception staff (Gilbert and his nice smile)... The pool is especially pleasant in the early morning due to the sun, unfortunately in the afternoon you have to go behind the house to see a sun... In the house there is a very nice Indian restaurant and a shisha bar... The small supermarket on the first floor has proven to be very helpful...
