I hate to say, but with such a high end location stained & dated rooms in the middle of the beautiful Dubai really anaceptable. look someplace else. No reason to waist your $$$ at this place. Brakfast room was Ok, nothing spectacular.

I enjoyed my stay at the Ramada downtown hotel. The hotel has a great location with amazing views. The apartments are well equipped and clean. The staff are very kind and definitely go the extra mile to make sure you are comfortable which really stood out for me. In particular I would like to thank Maricris from the reception that made my late check in seamless, Victor from concierge and Amwar from the restaurant. Your efforts to make me feel at home are very much appreciated. I will definitely be staying here again.

The stay was amazing, we had an amazing time. The staff was very helpful and friendly to us. Specially AKBAR who serves coffee to us. He makes very good coffee and help us in getting taxis. Very good service and the working staff are all friendly (Especially Akbar, gunjan, Imran, victor) Rooms are clean and the hotel close by dubai mall with a shuttle bus going to the mall 5 times a day. A supermarket and a pharmacy are very close by.

After spending days comparing hotels and asking friends who’ve been to Dubai, I picked hotel initially by price and location. Thee are no regrets at all! From the beginning to the end we have been treated extremely well! Our stay lasted a week and we will be glad to stay there again, special thanks to Mr. Shahzad Khan who went out of his way to provide us the best room he could find and Mr. Japvir Singh Vohra who treated us like family at daily breakfast.
