The dirtiest hotel I’ve ever been to! I booked it as it looked great on photos but when I got there everything was filthy! Upon walking in, I was impressed by the size of the room but the dirtiest carpet known to man was first to greet me- it was so dirty it was revolting. The pillows had stains on them and the smell made me want to vomit. Towels also had stains too- orange and black- even if they were clean, why would you serve them to a guest? I tried using the bath and it spat out brown water!! The telephone had ketchup residue, the kettle looked so filthy that I didn’t dare make myself a hot drink, the TV was broken, the safe was broken too, the electric ‘do not disturb’ was not working so everytime they need something, they will knock and you have to personally attend to them. Not fun when you’re sleeping! There was also loud hammering at 8am for an hour which is beyond me- it was like the icing on the cake- I could not sleep. When I complained to the staff about this, all I got was “ah yeah”. REALLY?! Needs a serious revamp, deep clean and training of staff from cleaning to guest relations. Such a massive shame for what could be such a lovely hotel! There are better brands nearby like Aloft, similar in price and wish I didn’t make this mistake. Please choose somewhere else and don’t waste your money here.…
Good response and good quality...thank you for the amazing support and service. I would come back again. Very close to city centre and restuarants . Rooms needs little refurbishment rest all A class. I was here on a business trip next time would come with my family for little long vacation. Thank you all once gain fir great hospitality. Reception staff subtain, umar , Daisy & nazim very helpful.
The worst experience i ever had, very humiliating. The way the staff talk and their treatment is so rude and they are absolutely mo help i wouldnt advise any one to go this hotel. All of the staff are rude starting with receptionists
Very disappointing stay. We arrived, great location, close to airport. Metro 5/10 minutes walk, and some nice little restaurants nearby. When we arrived, we got upgraded to a bigger room for free - which was great. Nice little cheap hotel. Negatives - car park - very dark, outdated, smelly - reception - smells foisty, just like the bedrooms and corridors. - pool - very tiny, don’t get fooled by the pictures. Pool meant to be open from 7 am until 7pm as written in book in the bedroom, but we got kicked out at 4pm. We were just sunbathing, but not allowed to stay as pool area gets turned into bar in evening. The bar is meant to open at 8. So 4 hours early … when I checked in the evening, rooftop bar was empty. Attached are pictures of inside the pool ( cigarette ends inside, not very clean ) and the side of the pool with loads of glass, and building stuff. Taking a quite a bit of the space, and rather unsafe. When I spoke to reception asking to see a manager about being kicked out of pool, on two occasions / two days they were busy. When checking out I told them how disappointed I was , and that no one had contacted me to at least apologise or explain themselves about the issue, nobody did . I found that rather rude to be honest. - hotel needs some revamping as loads of issues - serious TLC/ updating needs doing . - breakfast choice rather poor too, and On the Saturday, yes it was busy, but I couldn’t even get a coffee as they were not refilling it enough. All together I would not recommend . Hope this was useful for you guys ! See pictures attached…

Thank you Ms Manju ♥️
Some of the rooms require a little maintenance. However, the staff are amazing. Especially Syed who who was very welcoming and helpful through our my stay. Always attended to my issues and addressed them immediately.
location was ok, close to the Deira City Center. About 10 minutes walk from Metro station. The condition of the hotel room is bad for its price. Need renovation for sure. Good thing is that the hotel is close to the airport.
Staying at The Leela Hotel. The staffs there are very humble. Breakfast is nice. Got a nice upgrade in room all thanks to the front office staffs. The rooms are very neat and clean. Looking to spend more time here.
See the window glass, (not cleaned) Blood marks on white towels Phones and table lamps were not working, Half of my food orders un delivered by waiters. Snacks shared with hair. To complaint these all, Manager not available What else for a new customer..... Shocking experience from such well-known hotel
