Bukhara Restaurant offers an exceptional dining experience with a menu that showcases authentic Indian cuisine. The highlight is their signature dishes, particularly the kebabs, which are perfectly marinated and grilled to perfection. The naan is fluffy and pairs beautifully with the rich curries. Each dish bursts with flavor, making it a must-visit for any food lover.

The ambience at Bukhara is warm and inviting, featuring traditional decor that reflects Indian heritage. The lighting is soft, creating a cozy atmosphere ideal for both intimate dinners and celebratory gatherings. The layout provides a sense of privacy, allowing guests to enjoy their meals without distraction.

The service at Bukhara is commendable. The staff Biwash was attentive and knowledgeable, ready to recommend dishes based on personal preferences. They ensure that dining is a seamless experience, with timely service that doesn’t feel rushed. Overall, the combination of friendly service and a welcoming environment enhances the overall experience.

Bukhara Restaurant in Dubai stands out for its delicious food, charming ambience, and excellent service. It’s a perfect spot for anyone looking to enjoy authentic Indian cuisine in a sophisticated setting. Highly recommended!

While it might not be in one of the most popular areas this hotel is a short five minute walk from the nearest metro station so is still a great choice for a visit to the city. On my early arrival the reception staff gave a great welcome and were superb in helping with all requests. There’s some good seating in the lobby area if you need to hang around there for any length of time and it feels clean and modern. My room was on the top accommodation floor and very impressive - it was really spacious and with loads of storage would have been fine for a long stay.

There were good lighting options and electric sockets next to both sides of the bed, which itself was large and very comfortable. Air-conditioning was effective and the TV a great size for the room. There was also some useful information on the facilities in the hotel present.

The bathroom was equally a good size and although there was no bath the huge shower with window into the bedroom was a good touch. All the amenities you’d expect were present and again everywhere was clean and modern.

There’s a small but pleasant pool on the roof of the hotel, along with the spa. There was lots of marketing material throughout the hotel about there being a pool side bar, but this didn’t actually exist and the language barrier with the desk staff up there was tough. Ultimately the ground floor bar was willing to bring drinks up though following a phone call. The views might not be the best from a pool in the city, but the loungers were comfortable and it was a relaxing enough space.

The bar on the ground floor was a nice spot with plenty of screens for keeping up with sport and friendly staff. Prices were reasonable and there was a good mix of cosy seating whether you were in a large group or couples. I’ve left a separate review of the Indian restaurant on the first floor but overall the dining options were adequate bearing in mind there are a decent number of alternative choices in the area.

Overall I was very impressed with my short stay here and for a shorter break when you don’t need all the frills of the city I’ll be considering it again.

The attitude of the hotel staff is related to the style of hotel management and direction.

At the Grayton, the team and all its members have the same operational personality and “Yes we can and will do” attitude.

Being an ex hotelier myself I appreciate the overall attitude of the staff and hotel management.

Shiv Singh, Utappa and Amina are exceptional in F&B and they constantly go above and beyond with a smile at all times. Thank you!

Michelle and Rimas at the front desk are constantly looking for ways to keep their guests happy as they realize that they are the immediate first impression of the hotel. Guys your attitude and efforts are very much noticed and appreciated.

Audesh on the 4th floor housekeeping team is amongst the hardest working housekeepers I’ve come across is a few years. This young man continues to perform his duties with a smile and attitude of care for his guests and their rooms.

Thank you!
I will be coming back to Dubai and will definitely stay at the Grayton Hotel in Mankool, Bur Dubai, UAE.

Wishing you well and continued success.

We had very bad welcome during check IN as the staff and even the manager was very rude the way they spoke to me, nowhere while booking or in their website or anywhere it was mentioned that refundable security deposit is needed but they were adamant on it. Didn't have any empathy or showed any decency. For a 4 star hotel I expect them to show some respect and loyalty towards customer.

The atmosphere of the restaurant is cozy and relaxing, ideal for a pleasant evening. The menu offers a variety of delicious dishes, prepared with fresh, high-quality ingredients. The presentation of the dishes is treated in detail, a real pleasure for the eyes. The service is impeccable, the staff is attentive and helpful. An unforgettable dining experience, to be recommended absolutely.
The quality of the ingredients is perceived in every bite, a sign of genuine and high-class cuisine. Where you can also eat exquisite Indian dishes.
It is a pleasure to see such passion and dedication in creating such a special experience.
Special thanks go to Manager Nitesh Patil.

Our recent stay at Grayton Hotel on June 07 was absolutely perfect from start to finish. The check-in process was smooth, and every staff member was incredibly friendly and helpful. A special thank you to Manager Soukaina for kindly upgrading our room, which made our experience even more enjoyable.

The room was clean, comfortable, and well-appointed with everything we needed. The hotel facilities were excellent, and the location was convenient for exploring the area.

One highlight of our stay was the breakfast - it was delicious! The turkey ham and sausage were particularly tasty, and there was a good variety of options to choose from.

Overall, I highly recommend Grayton Hotel and will definitely book here again for my next visit. Thank you to the entire team for making our stay so memorable!"

Everything was great! The stuff is very friendly and helpful. The double room was very big and very clean. The stuff cleaned the room every single day. The food was very delicious, but my note is that we were waiting very long for our dishes..One day we had to go to Safari and we needed to be ready at 14:30,because the car was already infront of the hotel. The problem was that our food wasn't ready and we only managed to have one salad. The other dishes weren't ready and we must go for the Safari. We ordered the food before 45 minutes and we stayed a little bit hungry. But the next day the lady from the reception told us that we can have lunch for free, because the previous day we could't have our food ( we had only breakfast and dinner included in the price). The hotel is for 10-15 minutes (with taxi) from Burj Khalifa and about 20-25 from the Marina Port. Close to the hotel there are 2 Supermarkets.

I stayed at this hotel for 4nights, its just the hype which has been created about this hotel, costly also in comparison to other hotels in bur Dubai, the location of this hotel is quite far from any public transportation like metro, bus, or boat services, you need to walk a lot to take these, since taxi/cab is very expensive, so there is no option other than to walk. Although its a new hotel, very clean rooms, but problem is they serve same Indian breakfast options everyday, no variants of Indian breakfast, although breakfast was in Indian restaurant Bukhara, but they didnt had much option to serve for Indians, taste was okay,
But special thanks Ms Anjali from India and Mr Mohammed from Egypt have done their best to serve us, they were amazing in their behaviour & services, they were the best. Staff was also cooperative many times, but the view from our room was so bad, overlooking parking area. They can be better in their services, food options, taste and price effective too. They need to work upon all these things.

Poor experience. They're very rigid at the time of check in and I was made to wait for a couple of hours as the lady at reception was rude and unfriendly refusing to accommodate early check in. I was with my family and my wife and kids were inconvenienced due to unyielding conduct of the receptionist. I have traveled world wide and have seldom experienced such customer unfriendly conduct. The hotel room and quality were impeccable though but spoiled by the way I suffered. Eventually I had to pay to have early check in as we had traveled through the night and were tired.

Dear Guest, Thank you for taking the time and sharing your feedback with us. it is disappointing to note that the arrival experience did not meet your expectation. I would like to inform you that the guaranteed check-in time is 15:00 pm and we have the same information available on all the booking platforms to void guest disappointment. Due to high occupancy on the night before unfortunately, my team member was not able to assist you at 5:30 am in the morning, the time of your arrival at the hotel. Amazing Service and Amazing food.
Visited Bukhara with my family as I am a Big fan Indian cuisine.

From arrival to the departure I was treated with utmost respect and professionalism.

The service provided by Ehtisham was second to none. Chef Ballwinder was amazing too, coming out of the kitchen talking to guest was making it more lively and building trust in people .

Been to Bukhara in Delhi and Ajman and found the same taste and better service at Grayson ,will definitely come back soon.

Shiv singh even came to meet me after his duty hours, this is the passion what we are missing in todays generation. Shiv toy are training your team well and leading by example. Good job Keep it up .
