Everything qbout this hotel is amazing. This is our 3rd visit here and will definitely return. The pool is amazing, Anwar is the best, he helped us with everything. The hotel is very well placed, close to Dubai Mall, metro station supermarket right next to it.

LEVA Hotel is a great family friendly hotel. It is centrally located (very close to Metro station, shopping center and great landmarks like Dubai Mall and Burj Khalifa). The price is very reasonable. The hotel has great amenities like kitchen with utensils (on request) in room, heated swimming pool, gym, restaurant, parking, transportation to airport and other nearby cities and so on. The rooms are quite big and kids stay free here. I saw lots of couples and families staying in this hotel. The hotel staff including the front desk, concierge, cleaning staff) are awesome. They can speak in multiple languages, are very friendly and always ready to help the guests to make their stay very comfortable. I had issues with my hotel booking. The manager and staff helped me to sort out my booking issue. I originally booked just one room, but I realized that I should have booked two rooms for 4 adults and a kid. The manager provided me an additional room at a cheaper rate than my original booking rate on the spot during the busiest time of the year (December 25 to January 1). The concierge staff were great (especially Noushad and Meher). I used their transportation service to go to Abu Dhabi and Noushad dropped drove us there. The transportation vehicle was quite big and the price was reasonable and we had a comfortable ride. We also ate in their restaurant. They have menu from different countries and the food taste was great. Overall, we had a very wonderful stay in this hotel. I will be going to Dubai again next year and will book my stay here only.

LEVA is truly my second home in Dubai. I am staying here since March'20. They have beautiful and cozy rooms at a highly competitive price with an in-house J's kitchen, which serves reasonably good food (food taste varies from person to person, though). The staff members from the reception to house-keeping and the restaurant are very warm and helpful. On top of all this, they have an excellent location. It is located in between two prominent metro stations - Dubai Mall Metro and Business Bay Metro. You will find a supermarket and a pharmacy within 5 minutes walking distance. You get to enjoy the lovely view of Burj Khalifa and other towers in the evening.

The good: First off, I would say we had an overall good stay at Leva. The bed was comfortable (not the sofa/extra bed), pillows were soft, shower pressure also good. If you’re looking for the basic necessities then they most probably got that covered, but for the price, not quite.
The bad: I booked this property mainly because it says it was close to the metro and Dubai Mall, the walk is great for young people, but it took us 20mins straight of fast-walking to reach Dubai Mall (that’s quite far and tiring!) We only did that once as thinking about walking all the way back didn’t sit well with any of us and we are all in our 20’s. Taking a cab was 20-25 AED, so better consider that if, like me, you thought you can walk to Dubai Mall and save on transpo.
Breakfast was bad, tried it one morning and never went back again. So skip it.
We booked for a triple room, I was expecting that when we arrived (which was already 8pm) that the rooms will already be set up. But no. Good thing we opted to have dinner first, but the bad part was, when we came back, I was greeted by their “sofa bed” that was shorter than average people. I mean why??? Who would even fit here aside from kids? I specifically booked for 3 adults, and paid for 3 adults. Then this is the bed I got. They only put a cover on top of the chair to make it seem like a bed. But you can still feel the gap while you slept the whole night, I had one of the worst sleep that night. They couldn’t do anything about it on the first night as all rooms were apparently booked. While my other siblings’ room didn’t have this sofa bed, they in turn had a normal but rock hard bed for the extra person. You can feel all the springs on the futon. This was a real disappointment.

Basically if you were just two people, then maybe all this wouldn’t be an issue and you would enjoy your stay (sans breakfast) But in case you booked for a triple then I suggest you message the hotel before you arrive to make the right arrangements.
They did change our bed eventually the next night, so thank you for that, but it would’ve been better if the hotel was prepared for your arrival already.
Overall, staff was really helpful throughout our stay.

Stayed here for 5 days, joy & salama from the hotel has assisted us during the stay and they were super friendly staff fulfilled all our requirements by giving us a early check in. I would recommend this hotel to every one coming to dubai for the first time from India as this is at the centre of the city and accessable to metro and all the malls and sight seeing close enough. The room was really hygienic and had a kichente were we could make our own food. Totally an amazing Stay at LEVA

From the moment upon my arrival I was greeted by 4 members of staff who looked genuinely happy to see me, no pretending, they let me check in an hour early, so they were already getting off to a good start in my books. They also had a lovely gentleman bring my bags upto my room which was great.
Next I went into my room which I paid an extra £10 for a view of the city ( including the burj khalifa!!!) The room was huge and all the amenities in this room were so great I was really surprised for the price I paid! After 5 mins in my room, a lady at reception called up to ask if I was happy with my room and if I needed anything else?
This location is dreamy, and everyone you come into contact with in the hotel really wants to help you. The pool is stunning, again with a great view of the city 🏙 and the lifeguard, I think his name was ‘Sandak’ was so great and had a great personality from what I could tell I wanted to know how to get over the road towards the centre, (there’s a big main road there so you can’t cross as normal) I asked the man at reception and he didn’t just explain how I can get over, he walked with me outside the hotel and guided me as to how I should get over, everyone at this hot goes above and beyond. I could NOT recommend it enough. Thank you LEVA hotels for a dreamy stay.

We wanted a location close to a metro station and downtown. We had plans to visit different areas of Dubai so just needed a nice clean room. This hotel fitted the bill and was reasonably priced. We stayed for a week and was overall happy with the service.
Our room faced the shopping complex courtyard with no balcony, meaning there was little natural sunlight coming into the room. Again given we were out during the day, it wasn’t a big issue but would have been nice to wake up to some natural light. The gym was a total disappointment, it was small already and due to covid only 2 people are allowed in at any time. The desk in the room was very wobbly, felt like it couldn’t take much weight. We couldn’t connect our devices to the tv to finish our Netflix binge in the evening to wind down.
The hotel offered onsite covid test for 200dhs which was more experience than other places but it was convenient and had the right requirement for our destination.
Overall, decent hotel, can’t complain.

Leva scores a 5/5 due to their excellent amenities and customer service. Our flight arrived in early morning and we were provided an early check in (thanks to Salam at front desk). This helped us get much needed rest and start our trip right. The location of the hotel was excellent and we could walk to metro in about 10 mins. The housekeeping services (thanks to Kalyan for taking care of our heavy luggages) were prompt and addressed our needs. Our only wish was that the bathroom had a separate shower and some shelf place. Overall, great stay and will definitely recommend.

This Hotel sits in an excellent location, which was well placed for Dubai Mall/City Walk which has plenty of eateries, the Burj Khalifa.
Unfortunately for me this was as far as my positives on this hotel can go.
Breakfast was very poor. Staff greeting me, then waiting for me to commence serving myself before asking for my room number. The selection was very limited in terms of fruit, toasts, one type of herbal tea. We tried this twice and started to eat breakfast out. On one occasion, the table was not set with cutlery, so I asked for it and was pointed in the direction of cutlery laid out on a table. I would have expected this to have been brought to me. I would also expect tea and coffee service at the table rather than self serve.
We ordered room service on arrival, as we landed late, however this was not much better, so we skipped eating at the hotel altogether after these cases.
I noticed during my stay that the hotel staff use the guest lifts, which I find rather odd. On once occasion my partner and I were waiting for the lift only for the lift to arrive and for the staff to enter ahead of us. As paying guests, I would expect the staff to have let us in first. The hotel does not appear to have service lifts.
Housekeeping was very on and off. We would leave our room with the sign to clean this in the morning only to come back and find it hadn’t been cleaned, which was far from ideal when we’d come in from a day out and needed fresh towels.
Would I return to this hotel next time in Dubai? No.
