I enjoyed my stay at this hotel! I arrived much earlier than the check in time (at 10 a.m instead of 2 p.m) but the girls at the reception promised me to check me in right at that moment free of charge. The room service was immaculate - I left my room early in the morning each day to go to the beach and I had a great pleasure in finding it perfectly clean in the afternoon upon my return. The location, by the way, was really convenient - I was able to get to any place I was interested in by metro or bus. I didn’t spend much time walking around just because it was too hot, but as far as I understood the walking distance to some main tourist sites and attractions was acceptable. Nearby I could find the huge Mall of Emirates, where one could go shopping (which I was not really interested in) or just buy any everyday necessities. I had a B&B at the hotel, and I should say that the continental breakfast that was served there left me satisfied - it didn’t show a surprising range of different dishes every day, but the ones that were served there was tasty and fresh. I would strongly recommend this place to anyone who is interested in the balance between price and quality.

Pros: The hotel has a wonderful location - close to the mall, transport stops, metro, 2 Day to Day stores with low prices, Lulu and Corfour in the mall where you can buy ready-made food. We saw all the sights by bus or metro. Nearby are exchange offices in a mall or supermarket. We were given a room on the first floor, but we were checked in before 2 p.m. It was during the New Year holidays that there were a lot of people moving in and out. In the room there is a kettle, tea, coffee, sugar, cream, 2 bottles of water - replenished when cleaning, a refrigerator, dental supplies in the bath. Wifi worked great. There is TV with some Russian channels, but if we turned on TV, it was an Arabic channel with music. We didn’t use the shuttle to the beach, I heard there were some difficulties there - everything in advance, you need to catch this shuttle. It’s easier to take the metrobus and not get up early in the morning and return whenever you want. Cleaned regularly, friendly reception
Cons: There are a lot of people in the restaurant at breakfast (we were at BB), there are queues and all the tables are occupied, there is a hall in the back, but it is not visible i.e. or run to look for a seat, grab a table, then stand in line and walk with your plates, hoping that it hasn’t been taken, or wander around with full plates, looking for a seat. We were there once for breakfast and didn't go again. There is a kettle of coffee in the room, quite enough for the morning. In general, there was a choice: porridge, cereals, pastries, omelettes, hot dishes, tea, coffee and delicious juices. There is no closet, only hangers at the entrance to the room. Convenient for jackets, jackets, trousers, T-shirts and underwear is not an option The water was poorly regulated, either cold or boiling water. And there was periodically an unpleasant smell of sewage in the bathroom

So it is time in November 2024 to write a review of the holiday in February 2024 in the citymax. We really liked the hotel. Of the cons, I will only note the robbery rate at the reception, the hotel requires a service fee upon arrival and if you do not have money exchanged for dirhams, the hotel will accept your dollars, but will do so at the best rate, so it is possible and will not accept dented bills. This hotel certainly has more merit. Perhaps I should note that at the reception the girls were not always talkative and friendly ... subjectively my opinion, but the extra blanket, the issues of departure time and transfer to the airport were decided for a very long time and even with some discontent. I'll go over the positive aspects of this hotel. Great rooms, great breakfasts, we had breakfast and dinner buffet included and we were never hungry. The location by the hotel is excellent, in walking distance Emirates Mall, the eponymous metro station, at which bus stops proceeding in the direction of Jumera Beach beach line. Availability of shops, cafes, outlets, famous discount store Day to day is also near the hotel. On the roof of the hotel is a nice swimming pool, with changing rooms and a nearby gym. The pool does not always have enough sunbeds, but the rescuers and hotel managers try to solve these issues and if possible replenish their number online. Of the package tours, this hotel is not the cheapest, but it is not in the category of comfort class. Therefore, with regard to price-quality, whether you book this hotel yourself or it is part of the tour package, the citymax certainly deserves high praise.

All the best)) honest review! At the moment, the three of us are relaxing at the Citymax All Barsha new hotel - me, my wife and my 12-year-old son. But everything is in order. We flew from Moscow on August 21, without delays, by Air Arabia. The plane is small, but quite comfortable. Meals could be ordered in advance for an additional fee, as well as pre-booking a seat on board. Free food included sandwiches and a small bottle of water. We arrived at Sharjah airport. Upon arrival, we were met by a Sanmar representative and escorted into a comfortable bus (which was very useful - in August the weather in Dubai is very hot, the temperature during the day is +40-44 and this is in the shade))) The drive to the hotel in Dubai is 40 minutes. We arrived at the hotel at 23-00. At the reception we were met by a charming young man who, without the slightest delay, completed all the documents and gave us the keys to the room. No paperwork, no filling out documents - everything is on the tablet - quickly and clearly. We immediately warned that dinner ended at 23-00, but they would bring us dinner to our room. The room on the 9th floor is simple, but clean. Literally 10 minutes later the food arrived - freshly cooked French fries, sandwiches, watermelon and melon. It was nice and tasty)) after another 5 minutes they called to make sure everything was ok. 5 points for service! We took HB meals - breakfast and a second meal of your choice - lunch or dinner. Moreover, you don’t need to warn anyone in advance - come, at the entrance to the restaurant (1st floor), give the room number and they will mark you. The food is delicious, breakfast and dinner are buffet, lunch is a la carte. The cook tries hard, the food is prepared with love ❤️ 5 points for that! For those who are particularly picky, there will be little choice, but everything suited us (and yes, this is not Turkey or Egypt with all-inclusive, if you are used to all-inclusive, this is not the place for you))) The hotel provides a transfer to the beach - there at 8, 9 or 10 in the morning , back at 12,13,14 days respectively. Make an appointment for the transfer the day before at the reception. I read the reviews before leaving that you need to sign up as early as 6 am the day before 😳 nothing like that, come at any time convenient for you and they will gladly sign you up. Just keep in mind that if you arrive at 8 pm there may not be room for 8 am. The beach is super clean, the sand is clear, the water is clear and there is a view of the famous Parus Hotel)) The hotel has another undeniable plus - its location - 3 minutes walk to the Emirates Mall. Public transport is just a stone's throw away. There are a lot of cafes around)) In general, we definitely recommend this hotel and we will be happy to come back here again👌

Wonderful hotel, the service is above all praise! Convenient location near the metro and Mall of the Emirates, pleasant staff at the reception will always help. I would also like to note the good quality of cleaning every day, the floors are washed, towels are changed, and the air conditioning is carefully turned on. The transfer to the beach is convenient, in February there was always enough space, they brought us and picked us up from Jumeirah beach. The food is good, there is always something to eat. In general, I recommend the hotel. With love from Russia!

This hotel is very nice during the seven days I stayed there. We bathed in hot water, where if you want cold or hot water, it's just a button away.
The room settings and various types of lights depend on your needs. For example, if you want to read or have normal lighting, there are buttons near both beds in each twin room.
Our belongings were well-protected, including doors with special locks that others couldn't open.
We ate buffet-style, and there were many different types of foods available.
When you enter their hotels, even a person with a disability wouldn't have any trouble.
Personally, I really enjoyed it.

Come to Citymax on 7/12/2024. In 2023, we vacationed at First Central, where we really enjoyed it. There's an apartment, quite comfortable. I also wanted to find a hotel in the middle to get all the way conveniently (Marina, Burj Khalifa) etc. We thought for a long time, read the reviews and decided for a long time because the reviews were mixed. By the way, at check-in there is a hotel tax, which is not refundable for 3 stars of this hotel we took 120 dirhams (change better part of the money at the airport to pay the dirhams, because here the rate is worse than at the airport). So I'm going to talk about the pros and cons in my opinion. The first plus is, of course, the location near the big mall, where you can eat, shop and just go to the grocery store. Second plus subway. It is in walking distance (on the street or through a passage through the tz). If you're going to drive a lot, you'd better buy a silver card and put more money in there right away.) There are quite a few shops and different cafes around, but we mostly ate at the mall or ordered delivery. The room is cleaned every day, there are towels, but there's no small one for the face, it's not that important to us, but for someone maybe. There's a refrigerator, tea, coffee, water, sugar. The bed is very comfortable. The room is quiet and peaceful. Ironing facilities can be requested at reception, brought to the room, then taken away. Cons. Probably only one is breakfast. Very little is the fact. We're not choosy at all, but there's really very little to eat and you can still eat, but without getting too high. That's probably the biggest and only downside for us. If anything money can be changed in the mall near the Emirates, there's a normal rate and close. If you want to eat more budget, the mall has a supermarket carrefour, there is also regular ready meals and all sorts of sandwiches/buns at very good prices, themselves took. Outcome: A reasonably budget and good hotel. If you go for a walk/photo/sightseeing/excursion, generally get high from the city, rather than lying in the hotel all day and looking for its cons, then the hotel will suit you exactly. Boldly take and rejoice:) About the beach, you drove to Kite, city - empty landscaped beach along the coast) If you want to rest as you like , do not hope for shuttles and all such, plan your rest yourself))

Were at a hotel with our teenage daughter in early January for a week. The hotel is great precisely for getting to know the city. I asked for a non-smoking room with two separate beds and no noise from the night bar. All the wishes were taken into account, the room was given on the 7th floor. I want to celebrate the cleaning of the rooms - excellent cleaning, the bed is snow white, changed every day, water and tea/coffee are replenished. Generally the staff is very responsive, any request is immediately responded to, thank you!!! The food is also good, delicious. There is not much diversity as in Turkey for example in 5 races. But we've always had a nice visit. The transfer to the beach was not used because it is still cold at 8-9-10am. Ran several times themselves on the 81 bus.

I recently stayed on the 7th floor and had a fantastic experience, largely thanks to the exceptional service from Md. Sabbir in housekeeping and Shashi at the front desk. Md. Sabbir made sure my room was spotless and comfortable, paying attention to every detail with a genuine smile. Shashi went above and beyond to ensure a smooth check-in and check-out process, accommodating all my special requests to make my stay more memorable. Their dedication truly enhanced my visit. I highly recommend this hotel for its outstanding staff and excellent service. I will definitely return. Kudos!

And regarding the metro tickets; in the Mall of the Emirates there is a station. Best is to buy a nol silver card, and charge it for a minimum of 30dh. The trips are cheaper when you use the silver card and traveling with the silver card is cheaper than buying one way /day passes or retour tickets.
There are more places to choose from in the Dubai area.
