Used to be decent as a Holiday Inn , but now under new management and suggest that its avoided. Carpets are shabby, furniture needs upgrade , lobby and lifts smell of food from restaurent. Nobody available to assist with luggae and Room amenities are poor for a 4 star property. Dissapointing stay, next time will look for alternative hotel in Bur Juman area

Good hotel and in an excellent location. Lulu Mall is just at the front of the hotel. Metro is just a minute or two walk away. Only issue I faced is they charged 10 AED for providing the cutlery which is quiet high.

I stayed in the hotel for a week last month. Big positives- Metro was 5 mins walk and lulu hypermarket was opposite to the hotel. Food is one of the important thing while traveling. Breakfast buffet had wide varieties including delicious Indian dishes. Cheese omelette was my favourite. Chef Niranjan was always there welcoming the guests and taking care of everything. Will definitely stay here in my next visit too

The stay was okay. However, music from the clubs was too loud at night, making it difficult to sleep. Although I don't have any great demands when it comes to food, European preferences could have been catered for a little more and not almost exclusively Indian/Pakistani ones. The staff was excellent. From the reception to the room cleaning staff, very friendly, helpful staff. The employee Rakeeb who served me at Two Guineas Bar was extremely nice and hospitable. Conclusion: The hotel benefits from its good employees, which outweigh some other shortcomings.

I stayed in this hotel for 5 nights from 17th Oct - 21st Oct, it was a work cum pleasure trip. While the check-in process was smooth there was no help available to get the luggage to room. The moment we entered the room it was stinking with toilet water smell and unfortunately more or less this was the situation all the days we stayed there. The room is very small and the view outside the window is a dilapidated and abandoned building which is dusty and unhygienic. The complimentary breakfast was really bad, while the spread was bare minimal the basic stuff was also not good in taste, they dint even have a live counter for omelets or any other item. The taste of Indian breakfast items like paratha, upma etc, was way below average, even tea and coffee were bad. When we requested for one extra water bottle they said they would charge extra 20AED which I felt was ridiculous...absolutely no customer service or even customer empathy. This hotel is running because of travel agencies which are booking all Indian tourists into this hotel which I feel is a big scam in itself. Do proper research before booking.…

I had stay 27 to 2nd Oct 2023 in your hotel in room no 247 and pay tourist fee through my world travel card on 28th on reception , but on 2nd of October morning 8.34am 860.03AED fraudly deduct from my card by the hotel without my knowledge even i was in my room that time. I had complaint of this matter to Mr umer duty manager but he is not responding, very bad experience of dubai and the hotel how cheated there the tourist by the hotel. I have mailed to the hotel also but no response is there.

Not a very great experience at the time of check inn ! Checked in pretty late from India and upon arrival please make sure you carry your own luggage to the room otherwise it will be a very big task for you! I had to wait pretty long to get my luggage even after giving reminder the luggage was not delivered ! Had to personally again visit the reception at late night hrs to personally get the luggage here for 7 nights god only knows what all things will be lined up!
