Usman and Avadhut were amazing with their service and the cleaning was 10/10, they come and make sure you have everything you need even after they are done and they are lovely people to make conversation with. Everything about the hotel was 5 star, will definitely be back!

The staff at the hotel are fantastic and the quality and range of food at breakfast was outstanding. The Pool area is poor as the sun only covers the majority of the beds between 10am and 12noon. Only a small number of beds next to the Kids pool get longer exposure to the sun and despite what other reviews say beds were reserved every day we were there! It is not what you would expect from a hotel with this star rating in my opinion. Although we upgraded to a suite on the 30th floor the road traffic below can still be plainly heard at night and storage for clothes in the room, despite the floor space, was very limited. Breakfast, despite my earlier comments on quality of the food, is extremely chaotic and is not helped by the breakfast reception desk being opposite the lifts and by the main walkway through the restaurant. Location good but not a 5 star hotel. Pool area small and in need of an upgrade. Room was okay but bathroom tired looking. Shower takes a while to heat up then makes a noise. Breakfast a bit hectic and food not hot. Hotel provides a free shuttle mini bus to beach and marina but it does not have many seats so no guarantee you will be able to get on it. It’s not too far to walk to either though.

Stayed here for a week and thoroughly enjoyed it. Hotel is ideally situated for the beach and marina which are both 10 minutes away, Hotel does offer a regular shuttle bus to both which we used in the evening down to the marina mall as we preferred the restaurants there. Our room was lovely and clean with a bathroom with plentiful Toiletries and other items of vanity to make your stay comfortable. My only gripe would be no airer in the bathroom to dry swimwear. Breakfast was plentiful but like all hotels repetitive gets busy at 9am. Its worth checking out Leonardo Italian restaurant food and service is fabulous. Bars the orphic on the ground floor was the best as staff there very cheerful and helpful with extra thanks to the younger man whose name began with I who showed us how the metro line worked etc. We went up to the top floor once and found the staff slightly aloof so didn't go again plus they don't have the same Happy hours as downstairs. Pool area was lovely and clean with towels provided and even better no reservation of beds allowed apart from choosing a bed after breakfast and coming back in 15 minutes later. Anyone who left their bed for more than 1 hour had their towels removed so other guests could use them! We had a problem 1 night where we were woken just after 3am where next door were playing music on the TV loud. We phoned reception and security were straight up and when they turned it back on 15 minutes later security came back up and this time it stopped! Our room was 13th floor and road noise wasn't too bad. Would we stay again YES we would.…

Despite how hectic and busy the toilet was, the hospitality was spot on. Really appreciated how friendly the stay were throughout our stay. From checking in to breakfast to housekeeping to checking out. Fantastic. Great hotel, great location and lovely views! We were upgraded to a suite with a view of the marina which was incredible, thank you to the blonde lady on reception who was very good at her job and efficient! Aravind was our cleaner and the suite was spotless every day without fail. Constantly checking we were good, the room was all okay and if we needed anything else. Fantastic service all round and would definitely recommend ☺️
