Ravi keeps pool area clean and tidy at all times and is very polite to guests It's a shame more people don't use the pool as it's one of the few that has sun all day! The music is very chilled as well There are always clean towels available The toilets are also clean 😉

Excellent facility and service. Staff is very good and polite. Location is easy accessible and connected to attractions. Special thanks to Mr. Faiz for Co-ordination. All requests were supported well. Best part is free service of shuttle to Dubai Mall. Indian menu in buffet breakfast was more than expected.
