...We checked in at 1PM and as Diamond members got upgraded from the basic room we originally booked to a Deluxe Suite... We initially were allocated suite 3025, but as the a/c wasn’t working properly there, we moved to an identical suite next to the Club Lounge – suite 2416... There was also a small storage room attached to the kitchenette... The bedroom consisted of 2 queen beds, a TV, a vanity mirror, 2 armchairs with a coffee table and 2 cute Conrad camels... A small flower set decorated the sitting area of the room... The curtains were all electric (as were the ones in the living room)...

Arrived by taxi, warmly welcomed and accompanied to the executive lounge to checkin. Checkin in the lounge was friendly, efficient and comfortable... The main stand-out for me was the staff who were consistently professional and friendly from the Executive lounge team, main restaurant team and the pool, gym and housekeeping staff I had brief interactions with... The Executive lounge team welcomed me when entering the lounge and I was quickly offered drinks and top-ups and plates were cleared timely... The lounge was not that busy with plenty of seats available which may have meant service was unusually good... Again the staff were friendly and professional with coffee arriving quickly and with a decent selection of food options to choose from... During my stay I used the gym and the pool area...

...We also had the use of the executive lounge which had a nice breakfast (limited selections from the buffet) and an excellent happy hour with cocktails and heavy apps... Room was comfy and spacious, service was great (as expected)... The breakfast was excellent, and even had a pork station (separate plates and utensils) if a guest wanted... We cabbed from DXB to the hotel due to the late hour, and it was <10 minutes... I had a very good stay at the hotel, we felt taken care of. Specifically, the team at the lower ground (Mr. Junaid and Mr. Pervaiz)... Every time we would call down for our vehicle, it was always read and waiting for us, and the team was very friendly... Junaid also helped me find my vehicle when I lost my vehicle tag... He would not release my vehicle without first obtaining my valet ticket which made me very impressed with their security and seriousness of their work... Great stay with an amazing team...

Spa facilities were excellent with Sauna, steam room and Jacuzzi available with appointment which meant it wasn't too busy... It was really nice of the front of house team to provide early check in after coming on the overnight flight and late checkout... The service was really good, had a slight issue with the dry cleaning of my suit but that was handling promptly and professionally which was appreciated... Taxis could be a challenge at times but best to use Careem /Uber rather than wait for one to come to the hotel...

We spent 4 wonderful nights at the hotel under the Impresario rate (which at the time gave us 4for3 nights, breakfast, a possible room upgrade and a USD100 f&b credit)... We checked in at 1PM and as Diamond members got upgraded from the basic room we originally booked to a Deluxe Suite... Our suite featured a lobby, a kitchenette with a microwave and plenty of utensils and cutleries... Our welcome gift awaited on the dining room table – chocolates, dates and a letter from the management... There was a lovely flower set on the table in the living room... It was cramped, featured a shower with a strong water pressure, a single sink, a toilet and a hose bidet... The Club Lounge was available for us as Hilton Diamond members and it was incredible... The concierge department at the lobby level was particularly helpful and friendly and got us cabs quickly, whenever we needed them... Due to our late flight, we received an extra late check out at 6PM and waited at the lounge until 9PM... Bottom line – this is a wonderful hotel, conveniently located with a fantastic staff and a superb treatment of Hilton Diamond members...

This was honestly just an amazing stay from start to finish... The front desk staff were beyond friendly and made us feel so welcome after our 11 hour flight where admittedly we weren't looking our best 😉 They immediately gave us an upgraded room with an incredible view... Throughout the whole stay everybody was incredibly kind and really made sure we were taken care of and having a great time... The door attendant was amazing and gave us so many tips on the neighborhood... Another high point was the KIMPO bar in the lobby... She offered very delicious cookies for us) made it a point to immediately start talking to us and went out of her way multiple times to give us a great experience... Lovely Executive room, very comfortable bed and it had a lovely bathroom with everything provided. We treated ourselves to a couple’s massage in the spa and that was a treat with one of the best deep tissue massages we have had, perfect after our long flight!... Everything was immaculately clean: the poolside, the changing rooms and bathrooms, everything... The concierge team arranged so much for us and we’re so helpful recommending local restaurants and places to shop, besides the malls...

Stayed at this hotel for 7 nights with my sister... We liked everything: since we arrived early in the morning, at our request, we were settled and given a room with a king-size bed... Reception staff: friendly and ready to help with any question, I would especially like to mention Yasemin... Room on the 31st floor with a king-size bed, with panoramic windows and a view of Sheikh Zayed Road... The room has all the amenities: coffee machine, kettle, iron, TV... Every day the room was cleaned, towels and bathroom accessories were updated... The breakfast is delicious and varied, fresh fruits and juices, teas and coffees... The pool is gorgeous, the water temperature is 31 degrees... We would also like to say special thanks to the doormen, especially Felix for the good mood... Thanks to all the staff at the hotel for a great stay...

...The hospitality of everyone was excellent and the staff went above and beyond to make us feel special with surprise gifts, personalized live performances, etc. The restaurants are amazing and the ambience was spa themed throughout... It was nice to relax in the outdoor pavilion amidst the sounds of birds, and water flowing, with greenery around... Thanks to Salim valet driver, Ramesh housekeeper and Gamze from Anasa Greek restaurant and many others we cannot name who made our days feel extra special...

Arrived by taxi, warmly welcomed and accompanied to the executive lounge to checkin. Checkin in the lounge was friendly, efficient and comfortable... Whilst decorated a little too traditionally for my taste the room was spacious, very clean and everything functioned as required... The Executive lounge team welcomed me when entering the lounge and I was quickly offered drinks and top-ups and plates were cleared timely... The lounge was not that busy with plenty of seats available which may have meant service was unusually good... Food was tasty, hot meal options changed each evening over my 3 day stay and the afternoon tea scones were the best I have had in Dubai... I took breakfast in the main restaurant... Again the staff were friendly and professional with coffee arriving quickly and with a decent selection of food options to choose from... During my stay I used the gym and the pool area... The pool area was a highlight, it felt secluded and relatively peaceful, better than I was expecting in a downtown business hotel...

...Reception and Concierge did a great and fast job. The room made a somewhat older impression but was absolutely clean and enjoyable... As I am a HH Gold Member I got an upgrade to a Deluxe Sea View room and had to pay an extra of about 150 AED for Lounge-Access per night (it was definitely worth it)... The view from the room and the Lounge were great... Food an drinks in the evening at the Lounge were also great... I especially want to mention Rita for here perfect service at the lounge... The breakfast had a large selection and was of good quality... Staff there was also good and I can recommend the outside seatings...

...The location was very convenient and close to the metro, which made it easy to travel around. The room was very nice, the facilities were on a very high level and the cleanliness was top!... Super comfortable beds and great service... (Just as a side note, it would be nice to have caffeine free teas in the room)... The breakfast was so far the best we have experienced in hotels in Dubai!... The amazing staff and chefs did an excellent job providing us everything we need aligned with our needs (food allergies, kosher)... Special thanks to Daud from the concierge who went above and beyond to assist in every way possible, George from Security, who showed us around upon our arrival and Fareed from the front desk with his excellent service...

...Great pool area with palmtrees and flowers etc. Spacious 100m2 suite was amazing with 2 toilets... Lounge was included: breakfast 6.30-11 am, afternoon tea 2-4 pm and especially delicious supper and alcohol service!... ...As a Diamond, we had an upgrade to a nice high corner room. We also had the use of the executive lounge which had a nice breakfast (limited selections from the buffet) and an excellent happy hour with cocktails and heavy apps... The lounge alone made our stay awesome... Room was comfy and spacious, service was great (as expected)... For a more intimate experience, enjoy the lounge; for more food, go downstairs... The breakfast was excellent, and even had a pork station (separate plates and utensils) if a guest wanted... The location is very convenient, the WTC Metro stop is literally in front of the building (good for telling cabbies where to go) and the Metro runs most of the day... They were also good about holding bags for us on our departure day, so we had a smooth experience catching our midnight flight... I would absolutely stay here again...great experience!...

The Conrad Dubai Hotel is amazing. Accessibility is good because of the metro is within walking distance... Staff, especially Roshni in the executive lounge is very welcoming and provide one of the best customer service... Me and my colleague thoroughly enjoyed our stay and looking forward to be back soon...

Staff were extremely friendly and always visable around the hotel willing to help with anything we needed... ...It faces the sea and has good views... The front counter staff are very friendly and even make an effort to remember my name... The serving staff are extremely friendly and helpful, especially Sandy who is highly initiative... She remembers my beverage preferences and serves me enthusiastically... After checking in, the hotel staff found out about it and gave us a delicious chocolate cake that I love... The housekeeping room attendants are hardworking and keep my room spick and span, especially Jayambhu, Nishal and Jakir... Jayambhu & Nishal, even made a big effort to decorate our bed with roses, besides keeping our room clean and organized... The lounge has a good variety of food and beverages including alcohol... The lounge staff especially Menbere, serves me enthusiastically and very helpful... I am glad I have chosen Conrad Dubai for my current stay... I will not hesitate to stay in this hotel again in future...

The Conrad Dubai has now become my go to place when in town. We stayed here for 2 nights in September and wish now we had stayed more as it offers a perfect balance for both leisure and business travelers alike... From the moment we checked, we were greeted, recognized and thanked for being a Diamond member and for choosing to stay at the Conrad Dubai... We were upgraded to an executive room with amazing views of downtown Dubai... The room was spacious with a luxurious feel and the bed was extremely comfy too... In fact the whole ambience felt grown up luxurious with the people who worked there making up the rest of the vibe... The staff the we encountered were all amazing, from the front desk, to the restaurant staff at breakfast to the housekeeping who kept our room perfect... But most of all, the staff in the executive lounge were truly amazing!!!!!... They were very attentive, polite, welcoming, always knew what you needed before you knew it yourself and I would like to personally say a huge THANK YOU to Roshni and Francis for looking after us whilst we were in the lounge... However, the breakfast in the morning was an amazing spread of food that will cater for different tastes, one of the best breakfast buffets I’ve seen and tasted of late... If you do decide to stay there, go for the executive rooms (if you don’t have HH status) the executive lounge is well worth the extra cost especially if you are lucky enough to meet Roshni or Francis or both as I’m sure they will make your stay even more enjoyable...

...Wonderful facilities from restaurants to pool ares. The rooms are spacious and very comfortable, including little personal touches from the housekeeping team who were constantly checking everything was OK, including a nightly turn town service... OK, the hotel is not a resort, but for business travellers is located centrally with everything needed on site... This includes the wonderful Executive lounge overlooking the Dubai skyline, where breakfast can be enjoyed and private meetings held...

...Breakfast buffet was nice and fresh with a variety of things available with breakfast staff welcoming and professional with Aneela in particular attentive. Spa facilities were excellent with Sauna, steam room and Jacuzzi available with appointment which meant it wasn't too busy... Pool area is also quite nice with a friendly vibe and waterfall feature... Rooms were spacious, I was kindly upgraded to a deluxe room, with a clean and cosy look... It was really nice of the front of house team to provide early check in after coming on the overnight flight and late checkout... It is convenient for the DIFC and sightseeing around Dubai...

...We spent 4 wonderful nights at the hotel under the Impresario rate (which at the time gave us 4for3 nights, breakfast, a possible room upgrade and a USD100 f&b credit). The hotel is conveniently located next to the World Trade Centre Metro station... We checked in at 1PM and as Diamond members got upgraded from the basic room we originally booked to a Deluxe Suite... Our suite featured a lobby, a kitchenette with a microwave and plenty of utensils and cutleries... There was also a small storage room attached to the kitchenette... The living room consisted of 2 sofas, a table, a TV, Nespresso machine, minibar, a dining room table with 4 chairs and a Bose sound system with a BluRay player... Our welcome gift awaited on the dining room table – chocolates, dates and a letter from the management... There was a lovely flower set on the table in the living room... A corridor led to a connecting door (which was locked, thankfully) and to the guests’ toilets... The bedroom consisted of 2 queen beds, a TV, a vanity mirror, 2 armchairs with a coffee table and 2 cute Conrad camels... A small flower set decorated the sitting area of the room... The curtains were all electric (as were the ones in the living room)... It was cramped, featured a shower with a strong water pressure, a single sink, a toilet and a hose bidet... The toiletries were by Byredo of the Mojabe Ghost series... The hotel featured a lovely pool with ample loungers around it... We had 4 breakfasts and 3 dinners at the Ballaro restaurant at the hotel, which were all excellent (see separate review)... The Club Lounge was available for us as Hilton Diamond members and it was incredible... Located on the 24th floor, it featured an all day cookies and drinks, an afternoon tea with sandwiches, cookies and scones and a fantastic evening buffet with 2-3 hot dishes to choose from, in addition to numerous salads, desserts, cheese, cold cuts and alcoholic drinks... The concierge department at the lobby level was particularly helpful and friendly and got us cabs quickly, whenever we needed them... Due to our late flight, we received an extra late check out at 6PM and waited at the lounge until 9PM... Bottom line – this is a wonderful hotel, conveniently located with a fantastic staff and a superb treatment of Hilton Diamond members...
