We stayed at Suha hotel for a week in February and really enjoyed our stay! The apartment was big and the rooms within it were all spacious. The beds and pillows super comfortable. The cleaning team did a superb job everyday! We had a couple of issues, like a small leakage from the dishwasher and one time the fire alarm went of due to heavy smoke while cooking, but both times in a couple of minutes the staff came to the apartment helping us with a smile on their faces - great service! The location is perfect with just a couple of minutes walk to the beach and the beautiful marina walk. There's a heated pool with nice sun beds and towels to use. They also provide beach towels which was great! The tram is just outside the hotel making it easy to connect to the metro. Suha hotel is not a luxury hotel but they provide big, clean and comfortable apartments which are really affordable considering to the location. And last but not least all the staff, from reception to cleaning and service team is all doing a great job to make your stay enjoyable. We would love to come back :).

We love Suha Hotel Apartments! We stayed in a 2 bedroom apartment for 3 weeks and we LOVED how spacious the apartment was. The kitchen is fully equipped and had lots of counter space. We loved having a washing machine and requested a drying rack for our balcony which made washing wet beach clothes a breeze. The location is perfect — super close to the beach and a ton of restaurants, the movie theater and Dubai Marina Mall. The staff, especially housekeeping were so gracious and amazing. They were respectful of our baby’s nap times and scheduled their cleanings around that at our request. They were always fast but incredibly thorough. We would definitely recommend Suha to anyone, especially to families for long stays.

Hotel in JBR complex with short walk to the beach on side and Dubai marina the other. We had a two bed apartment as originally four of us holidaying but only 3 of us in the end, one double bedroom and one twin room, free Wi-Fi, space to dry and baloney to sit out with table and chairs, iron and ironing board, hairdryer and safe. Spacious living/dining room with tv but we couldn’t get it to work and to be honest we didn’t need it, kitchen with fridge/freezer and tea coffee facilities. Bottled water supplied everyday, also washing machine and dishwasher. Breakfast included and was ok, could order fried, scramble eggs or omelettes, with self service buffet. Pool area was nice, not many beds but did have umbrellas and the pool was lovely and warm. Katrina the receptionist was a credit to the hotel and was friendly, helpful and professional. Other staff we came into contact with were also polite and helpful. The rooms were a bit tired in places, especially the bathrooms the showers had poor water pressures and the water never seemed to get hot, there is also not enough coat hangers only 8 for four women!!!!!! Whilst the location is great, the service and the facilities were not so great. Firstly, the apartment was advertised as ‘Premium One Bedroom with Balcony’. This should have been advertised as a tiny terrace.
We arrived at 10:30 am, and check in was at 14:00, the member of staff rudely told us we’re too early, if they were polite this would have been absolutely fine.
As soon as we finally got into the room, we were greeted with an awful musty/damp stench. This is not what I needed whilst travelling with a 3 month old baby. When bringing this to the staff members attention, they sorted it by doing something which got rid of the smell temporarily. The washing machine was mouldy too. The sofa had brown stains on it, and the design of the apartment was quite outdated.
We were looking forward to mornings in the pool after a nice breakfast. How disappointed were we, for the breakfast was very limited and greasy, and the pool was separate from the hotel.
The most inconvenient thing for us was the service. Even though we requested a travel cot when booking, we still had to ask for it 3-4 times after receiving the room. Resulted in me having to put my baby to sleep in the pram. I’m not sure if there was a towel shortage because they would only give 2 and take ages giving more if we needed them. Sometimes room would not be cleaned until the evening. On one occasion I had to ask them 4 times to have my room cleaned. Bed sheets were not changed, just neatened. All in all, the service was the worst thing for me.
To conclude, if you are looking for convenience and location only, this may be a good choice. But if you are after luxury, it most definitely won’t be.

All the staff is okay. The receptionist assist me all the way. It's just that when there's too many guest they are only few people to help her accommodate the others. The 3 bedroom is good for 6-8 pax but the sink drainage in the master bedroom and the bathroom outside is not working. so we have to use the kitchen sink to wash. Incomplete complimentary. I have to follow up with the slippers for the guest. They have to add perfume in the room because only the outside smells good. Washing machine is too old its makes a loud noise when you use it. Some of appliances needs to be change especially the microwave there's rust already. Overall staying there is okay if you want to stay for a short period.

We stayed in Suha JBR in April 2022. I was very impressed with the size of 2 bdr apartment. It had 3 washrooms and 2 balconies with a great view on Marina. Everything was comfortable and we had everything we needed. Hotel has a great location - Marina Drive from one side with lots of cafe outside and Marina walk on the other side with a great illumination in the evening. Hotel is not on the beach, but within a very short walk. There is a plaza with supermarket that works 24/7 and clinic if you need pcr test for traveling. Staff treated us with an utmost respect. We had my senior mom with us and everyone in Dubai treated her with exceptional respect. One thing was worth to mention - we arrived after midnight and I tried to call and email hotel to give a heads up, but no one ever replied. My friend in Dubai stopped by and talked to front desk and front desk assured that everything will be fine, not matter what time we will come. If I would not have a friend, I would be nervous and could make a reservation in a different hotel. If I ever come to Dubai, I will stay in Suha JBR again. Combination of price, location and amenities was awesome!

Suha JBR hotel is very nice place to live. I found the hotel clean with great aroma. Staff is very professional and cooperative. They always stand for you and stand by for your support. 1. I would like to suggest the management of this hotel to please add Room Service (could be with little menu). 2. Cancellation Policy. I was in great trouble to reschedule / cancel my booking but the hotel booking is not Flexible.

We just returned from a four night stay in a two bedroom apartment at the Suha Hotel and despite unseasonal weather what a good time we had. We got a lovely warm welcome on arrival from Ali on reception who was prepared for our late arrival. The apartment was very clean and larger than expected and the hotel is in a super location just off the JBR walk, beach and Marina area, also near the tram station. We had a fabulous stay in Dubai and would love to return. We would definitely stay in the Suha apartments again, given all the reasons above but especially due to the most pleasant and helpful staff, with a special mention to Naeem who went out of his way to help us and was a pleasure to interact with. All the staff on reception were very professional and helpful, especially Ali and also Aleen who helped out with our luggage and had a most engaging manner. Thanks to you all, we really enjoyed our stay.

I stayed at Suha Hotel Apartments from 19-23 Dec 2019 for 4 nights. I stayed in a 2 bedroom apartment with my family. From our arrival at the hotel, the reception staff were extremely helpful and friendly especially Jessica. The hotel is located near to JBR 1 tram station which was really handy with connecting to the metro. There is also a 24-hour supermarket next door which was very efficient. The Rayna tours representative at the reception was friendly and incredibly helpful with organising our tour to Abu Dhabi.
There were a few hiccups with bedding issues and a WiFi cut for a few hours. However, the staff rectified these issues as soon as they could.
Overall we had a pleasant stay at Suha Mondo Apartments.

Wat a nightmare! The smell, the dirty ness (see pictures), nothing worked well. The cranes are broken. The light weren’t working, no hot water, the unbearable smell of the apartments, but also the lack of interests in giving people the service they preach/lie about. The pool was outdated and was 1 meter deep. I have never saw something like this. They charged us 200 euro’s for two days and didn’t want to refund it. We stayed one day and left the next day in the morning.
Breakfast was shameful and tasteless. and there were a lot of flies. Luckly there are enough restaurants nearby.
Too bad we had to experience this because nobody deserves this on a holiday.
