Since I arrived to the hotel on the 25th of March the receptionist Jeff welcomed us in smiley face and accommodate our rooms request accordingly. And during the stay all went well value for money and highly recommended . Hotel's Favorite
The hotel is in a great location, very close in the Mall of the Emirates. It is a great base for getting about Dubai as the metro is close and taxis are relatively cheap. We had booked a double suite but were fortunate to get upgraded to a family suite which gave us a bit more space. The suite had 2 bathrooms & one separate toilet. It was very comfortable and the bed was great for a good nights sleep. Breakfast was plentiful and varied to suit all nationalities tastes. We loved the courtyard area for having our post breakfast tea/coffee. There is a nice pool area on the roof which never gets too crowed. I really enjoyed my late afternoon swim and always got a shaded area to read my book. The hotel is connected to the Ibis Hotel and shares some of its amenities. There is a pleasant sports bar at the Ibis Hotel. All staff in both hotels are professional, kind & courteous.…

We stayed 5 nights at the Novotel hotel MOE. Our flight was pretty late in the evening and we needed some flexibility with the checkout timing. Had a great interaction with Miss Pari at the reception and got a lot of help on the checkout timing and luggage storage. This helped us a lot with managing our 6th day in Dubai. Would recommend anyone for a stay.

Stayed for one night first time but won’t be the last, very welcoming staff Mr. Mena was very helpful offered us to join the hotel loyalty program and give us discounted rate for the room and vouchers for buffet, very patient and show us different rooms before check in Specious room and clean wash room, mattress is very comfortable Food in the restaurant is really good and there is variety with affordable prices, also terrace area is a nice place Swimming pool on the roof is very cool and the view is amazing, there a gym as well I didn’t try it but it’s available 24/7 Over all great experience , highly recommended and sure will back again
