Left my girlfriend alone and 2 am one intruder opened the room and tried to get inside but fortunately the door chain was on , he left the door open after she yelled and screamed... Day after we brought the matter to the hotel and after few hours they admitted that this happened but it was engineer workers that came to your room by mistake in 2 am ...

The TV was not working in one of the rooms (this was fixed promptly though)... Even more, we had forgotten an item in the room and when we called they said that they didn't find it... The Hush bar at the pool offers great food for reasonable prices, but the soft drinks are expensive in my opinion... But it is possible to take the shuttle bus to Emirates Mall and take the metro from there to Dubai Mall as the Metro is very cheap (only 4EUR/4DOL/16AED)...

...I would avoid a sea view room... Don’t use the hotel taxi as it is typically 20% more expensive than Dubai taxi or Uber...

Gaurav has given us an amazing service at the pool bar all the time, coming after us and checking on how we are treated... We got so annoyed by the service with the payment method though, for anything they would ask us how are you going to pay cash or card:/...

...Breakfast- advice that you bring your own cutlery cup, glass, and even sometime plates as these were rarities especially after 9am... I advise that you place your order a day in advance to have a chance to receive a drink before you die of thirst... It’s the first bar I have met where only one staff member in the whole down stairs area had a bottle opener... At one point i actually opened the wine and advised how to make a gin and tonic...

On my b’day, I was surprised with a very tasty b’day cake on the table in my room when I came back in the afternoon...
