Places to stay are graded on a 0-100 scale. The higher the grade, the easier it is for travelers to find restaurants and things to do within walking distance.
I was quite scared at first, considering the room price (around 20 usd) and terrifying reviews. It did not seem to be true at the end, considering hotel type and grade.
Rooms are over the bar, had room in first floor, did not hear any noise.
Room was clean, normal (some tv, fridge... etc)
Internet was good.
Staff was friendly.
Hotel is about 8km from the airport, easily reachable by taxi. I think is good for overlay stay. No idea about food there:)

Good value for money nice rooms little noise preferred for single and friends family is not like the crowd of evening food is good and easy to reache from all locations. you get 7 bar club in one hotel different language and community

The place is a bit of a dump. It is in an area where the pavements are littered with calling cards for massage call girls. Rooms appear to be all smoking and the one we had was dirty. Buffet dinner not served till 9pm.

I like this hotel and all staff they are all frankly and helpfull i enjoy in this hotel.i feel like my own home they treat me as a family member. Once more i thank to housekeeping staff they make my day .i remember this hotel until.......

Housekeeping and reception staff was very good. The hotel is very close to the bus stop and the union metro station. it's good for me and my family thank you to everyone delmon boutique hotel I will back soon

Best hotel for layover between your flights. I stayed 1 night only but I was satisfied. Special mention has to go to Syed front desk ,all over everyone is helpful,closer to bus stop & metro station . For a long stay or family holidays its good hotel along with good location.

not good service and room not clean, the staff is not friendly. The beds are not comfortable, The rooms are not fine, Some furniture items in the room are old and bad smell a bit . The wifi signal is a very weak. The water pressure in the shower also is quite weak.

Bad experience, very cheap hotel, bad service. Rooms were congested n small. Asked us to eat from the left over food in he breakfast as we arrived late in the morning. Asked for 50AED extra during be checkout bcoz my hair color stained the towel. It was very light but they said we damaged the hotel property. Night club music disturbs you in the night. I think prostitution also practice here. Staffs behavior and attitude is very bad. WiFi sucks. In nutshell nothing is good in this hotel for family people.

Very rude receptionist i asked only about where's the ATM machine and he said just go out and ask anyone!!!!!!!!!! What a reaction from such a guy really he disappointed me cz this not a way how to treat costumers
