Very good experience, clean hotel and good services. Mohammed in the reception was very polite and helpful. The location of the hotel is good and quite place. The good thing is in the hotel that has parking place because I usually travel by car so parking is very important.

I am staying in this hotel now. During the years of traveling and staying in different hotels in the world, this hotel has the lowest quality level. In terms of location and access, the hotel is good, but considering that the hotel is four stars, it is very ordinary. The breakfast of the hotel is very poor. The furniture of the hotel is worn out and compared to the grade of hotels in Dubai, it is below the level of a four-star hotel. Hotel staff behavior is good. Anyway,I don’t recommend it.

The room is clean and location is convenient, just next to the shipping mall and Burjuman train. There are a lot of food and restaurants around. Amaan is very helpful and helped me with the transport arrangement to Airport. Thumbs up to Amaan.

The hotel and the room were awful. The bed that we got was king but it was half of a real king bed. We saw bugs there. All the furnitures were old. Room service was a nightmare. I even asked them to bring room service and again they did it reluctantly and even in half of the service. I will never visit there again! They were also painting the wall and the smell was killing.

We stayed at this hotel twice in November, on our way to Australia and on the way back. We booked a premium room as they are supposed to be bigger but because they had no room for us when we got there we apparently got an upgrade with a balcony. The balcony was overlooking a huge street and locked. Later when they had a room for us it was the exact same size, just with a double bed. And when I asked the guy said all the rooms have the same size. The huge street I mentioned before is super loud. I was worried about noise from the airplanes, but you couldn't hear them. Only the cars. In case you ever book here request a room on the other side. I tried to do that for our return trip cause we mainly wanted to sleep and recover from / prepare for the long flight. They told me they can't do that and I should send them an email a few days before. I used to work in a hotel and when a guest had a room request we could do that right away. oookay. So I did that, eveything I asked for was confirmed, even our extra bed. The day of our departure (no is ever stressed getting ready, especially with a little kid) I got an email that we have to pay the extra bed. I got really upset cause a few days before they confirmed everything. I did send them a very unhappy email, also to Emirates cause we booked the 24 hour Hotel option with them, to take care of it. And I must say, it seemed like a totally different hotel when we arrived. We got 4 bottles of free water each day. The trip before we had 2 bottles in three days. And only because it was better the secont time I am giving three stars. OH, and the most important thing. If you travel like us and book a hotel cause it has a pool for your little kid(s). Kids under 5 are not allowed! The guy even argued with me that my boy isn't five yet. Really argued until I told him to go and check with reception. That's just rude! The location of the hotel is very close to the airport but really far away to every kind of sightseeing attraction you would want to see. Our taxi driver said that it's not a nice area and apparently the hotels closer treat their guests better. I hope this helps. …

It was very good time in here because this place is very appropriate for business people because it's just near metro shopping mall an all . I would special recommend this hotel because everything is amazing here the food the people and pool on higher floor. I would specially than to Mr Khwan and Mr. Luthfut for there assistance. It is 2nd time i had booked this hotel and my mistake is to trust them adain. First time i booked and got confirmed in city season tower but they book in city season hotel by mistake and did nothing and i had no choice to stay in city season and take taxi to go to US embassy every day. Second time i booked city season hotel in deira i have meeting in this part of city but they confirmed Disable room without previous notice , refregrator is not working , lamp power is not turnd off i had to open it . I do not suggest this hotels never ever . They should work on their reservation team to learn book right and notice little but important things. But they just know Money and say its done we got money any thing happen to passenger is not important
