Currently i am staying in room 907 i called operator and asked for samsung charger. Mr. ADIL from operator said that i will get back to u. After waiting for one hours i called back and he simply denied saying that we dont have type c samsung charger which mentioned that i have a zoom meeting After 30 min. He was even so rude over the phone that he doesn't know how to respond to the customer. I want senior management to contact me asap. Room A907 Suman gelal
very good place and very nice people to deal with specially restaurant crew from the manager Mr Rohan till the last person in his crew , Ms Jean ,Ms Kristine ,Mr aloysius , Ms Cindy , Ms Esthor . Thank you all for that beautiful time that i have spent in this great place.
I love the place and our room. It’s quiet and comfortable except the egyptian (i dont know exactly the nationality) receptionist, at first he doesn’t allow my sister to come over he just gave her a one hour to stay which I dissapointed. I went so many hotels and they are allowing visitors in our room. That day was my wife birthday and we just want to celebrate and rest in our room. And the pool was open till 4 pm only and it’ll close every wednesday. We didn’t enjoy that much while staying here. Their restaurant is nice at the GF where we ate our breakfast, the foods are great and the staff is friendly. The place is just 5 minutes walk to metro station and deira city center.
Treating customers based on racial profiling has never been the best approach especially when you work for a hospitable firm. My worst experience with hotels in the UAE was yesterday Saturday 27 March 2021 where a staff for city season hotel Deira Dubai , so unprofessional and rude in his poor manners of speech racially profiled me and denied me of checking into a room which i had reserved and paid for Via Booking.com. I had come in from Abu Dhabi that evening to spend the night in Dubai in order to commute to the Emirates Post office to pick up my RENEWED EID( Emirates ID ) and passport which i sent earlier for visa stamping etc. i explained to this so called receptionist Ahmed by name who probably was doing a lone shift that faithful evening. i presented scanned paper for my newly stamped valid visa / passport together with a confirmation text from Emirates post to collect my new EID, he gave deaf ears to all my explanations and talked back so rude and loud at me in the presence of other guest who were on cue waiting to check in. All i needed was just a place to lay my head till dawn and i finally got this worst experience of my life. Such a person must probably have got lots of personal issues and can't manage them with work ethics. Worst thing is, i requested to see his duty manager and he told me to instead call the police if i wish. Like how did my checking in relate to police is what i still do not understand. Such poor and unethical behavior should be criticized especially in a country where a lot of tourist come in to have fun. Crooked people such as this stunt head Ahmed could really cause a massive loss for organizations. He is a total failure to his shameless self. i wasted over 3hrs trying to cancel my booking and getting a new accommodation.…
Location is in the middle of the city is near in everything around the area. The rooms is spacious, neat, cleaned and comfortable. All the staff are all approachable, well acknowledged and professionalism. Im very much satisfied and favourite hotel in abu dhabi.
