Very good experience, clean hotel and good services. Mohammed in the reception was very polite and helpful. The location of the hotel is good and quite place. The good thing is in the hotel that has parking place because I usually travel by car so parking is very important.

The location is very convenient, Bigger room and a comfy atmosphere. The staff was all accommodating especially the receptionist Farid and the housekeeping staff they used to wear a welcoming smile to every guest. Great job! God bless the work of your hands and more clients to come.

Family suite was spacious and well equipped (2 TVs, dining table, music station). Beds were very comfortable and we slept well.
There's a shisha joint at the ground floor with great shisha flavors and plays good music.
The breakfast had variety with fresh food being refilled at regular intervals.
All in all it was a very comfortable family stay at a veru nominal price

We stayed at this hotel twice in November, on our way to Australia and on the way back. We booked a premium room as they are supposed to be bigger but because they had no room for us when we got there we apparently got an upgrade with a balcony. The balcony was overlooking a huge street and locked. Later when they had a room for us it was the exact same size, just with a double bed. And when I asked the guy said all the rooms have the same size. The huge street I mentioned before is super loud. I was worried about noise from the airplanes, but you couldn't hear them. Only the cars. In case you ever book here request a room on the other side. I tried to do that for our return trip cause we mainly wanted to sleep and recover from / prepare for the long flight. They told me they can't do that and I should send them an email a few days before. I used to work in a hotel and when a guest had a room request we could do that right away. oookay. So I did that, eveything I asked for was confirmed, even our extra bed. The day of our departure (no is ever stressed getting ready, especially with a little kid) I got an email that we have to pay the extra bed. I got really upset cause a few days before they confirmed everything. I did send them a very unhappy email, also to Emirates cause we booked the 24 hour Hotel option with them, to take care of it. And I must say, it seemed like a totally different hotel when we arrived. We got 4 bottles of free water each day. The trip before we had 2 bottles in three days. And only because it was better the secont time I am giving three stars. OH, and the most important thing. If you travel like us and book a hotel cause it has a pool for your little kid(s). Kids under 5 are not allowed! The guy even argued with me that my boy isn't five yet. Really argued until I told him to go and check with reception. That's just rude! The location of the hotel is very close to the airport but really far away to every kind of sightseeing attraction you would want to see. Our taxi driver said that it's not a nice area and apparently the hotels closer treat their guests better. I hope this helps.

A budget hotel located at a very convenient location. Their premier rooms are not that big but fits into the budget and perfect for short stays for a couple. Staff are very accommodating from reception to the restaurant everyone was very kind and courteous. Not to forget to mention the gentlemen at the front desk Mr nimesh such a wonderful person went out of his ways to make our stay comfortable he was really helpful. Kudos to the whole team thumbs up 👍👍👍

I stayed in City Seasons Hotel during October first week and Hotel was nice but the water tap has leakage in the bathroom. Rest are fine.
It is very close and adjacent to the Burjuman Mall. Sim Cards are available in this mall (both Duo and Virgin). A lot of Restaurants are available in the mall and surrounding the hotel.
A small kiosk store located in the lobby is providing PCR test for 175 AED.

The stay was amazing, staff were very nice and helpful. Rooms were very spacious, atmosphere was very nice. And you never had to ask for anything, the staff already refilled the water bottles and shower gels everyday. 10/10 stay.

We had a long self transfer so we booked the room on the day itself for a stay from 7am - 3pm via DayUse.com website.
Even the standard room is spacious with a king bed and bathtub. Reasonably priced considering that we got the opportunity to rest and recharge before the next flight. Sadik went above and beyond by giving us a cold face towel and orange juice upon arrival while we wait for the check in. Muhammad was very helpful given that we were checking in at 7am.

I am always curious about this hotel since the price is affordable and i saw a lot of good feedback from online. So i planned to spend our eid holidays here in the hotel and was really surprised coz i dont feel like you are in a 4 star hotel. The staff are not pleasant and welcoming especially in the reception “Melik”(not sure if i pronounce and spell it right). At the time of checked in i thought it is okay maybe its just 1 staff.. but i feel like all staff attitude are like this. People are not smiling. Except for “Rina” from the restaurant. Sorry but i dont think this is a place that we will be coming back again because of this experience. The room is okay but the main thing we always go to hotel is to feel relax and unfortunately this is not the place for our family.. i think the management should train the staff on being pleasant to guests.

I had booked the place for my aged parents, at first when i was calling the hotel for inquiring, i was answered rudely unfortunately at that point i couldn't cancel their booking. The breakfast wasn't so pleasant compared to the rating of being a 4star hotel, service wasn't good at all. They had an early morning flight and had requested at the reception for an early breakfast but when they asked at the reception, at 6 am, they were told it wasn't arranged. They had to leave for the airport without any breakfast in spite of paying for it. I sent the hotel an email regarding the same but no response, i also wrote through booking.com but again in vain. Never accommodating anyone else in this hotel.
