Hotel was neat and clean . Hotel staff was good . Rooms were big. Only thing I have been charged extra Rs.12600/= even after i have paid the entire amount at the time of booking. The room was in the center and access to shopping malls. Kitchen was equipped well for cooking. Balcony was facing road site therefore was not clean. No place for drying clothes . Washing Machine was there but no soap.

I stayed here for 5 nights with family and the staff is very good, polite. Service provided is decent and want to thank you the receptionist for his kind gesture for upgrading the room himself considering there were 2 kids with us and taking care of the requirements well.

Very bad experience. Smelly room, dirty bathroom, poor room service, only 1 litre of drinking water per day for the whole family are some points to describe the hotel. moreover they don't do anything after complaining.

Recently stayed three nights in this hotel, reception services is good rest services are very bed when every you asked for glass of water they are asking for money, you can not fill up water bottle even from restaurant,restaurant services are too bed, and food is also not up to the mark, no varieties in breakfast and Dinner, have asked my Indian agent to black list this hotel, and they have, requesting all guest not to stay in this hotel as they are not providing enough water bottle, room has not proper light, room are big but not clean, bathroom is also dirty

While the lobby looks nice and clean the rooms are very dated and unclean. Room had some kind of whirring noise that continued through the whole night. I don’t know what machine but it was loud enough to keep u awake. The master bathroom sink was clogged, toilet seat was broken and put together by glue, master bathroom shower faucet was broken and inoperable and the second bathroom shower leaked onto the bathroom floor. We only had one night stay planned and was very happy about that. I hope to hear from the management about this and hope they may changes. Unfortunately some of the issues do t seen be new and very there even on pictures back to 2014.

Yet again, another disaster! Had booked this hotel apartment for my friends, owing to the low prices it attracted on the booking sites.. I should have done a little more ground study before actually committing to book this apartment. It is nothing like the pictures they have posted on the websites. The reception staff is awfully incompetent to meet the requests of the guests and their turnaround time is unacceptable! The hallway is narrow and not recommended for claustrophobic people. The rooms are congested and very dull. The lights are not sufficient to brighten up the room as well. The AC is horrible and needs a lot of tweaking to set up an appropriate temperature. I wonder where they got that free paint to color up the room - it had such a negative vibe!! Myself being just a visitor, felt suffocated and unwell spending little time inside the room. I can only feel for my friends as they have to spend another 5 nights at this horrible place! Absolutely not recommended!!!! if you're looking for a spacious airy apartment to spend quality time inside.…

Good hotel , good location , good breakfadt especially of you are indian. Breakfast room gets conjusted during breakfast time.
