Very cute and new hotel. My only real gripe is that on hotels.com it says they provide a shuttle to the airport which is why I booked them. Well- no such thing exists. We had to order an uber as we were entirely out of cash. On a positive note it was still very close so not a big loss. We were only here for half a night as our flight was at 4:30 in the morning and it had everything we needed but a longer stay for a couple would be tough in the room we had. It’s tiny and the bathroom is separated, so you have the sink in the main room, then the shower on one side and the toiler behind a door on the other. It’s a little weird as you seriously can’t make any “bathroom noises” because of the layout. With that said, service was good, and everything was clean and new and fresh. For a short stay great, for longer I would either chose something else or maybe get an upgraded room. The price was out of this world great so if you’re on a budget this is fantastic.

I had a Wonderful Family Staycation with my Family at @formhoteldubai @formhoteldubai is the only Hotel in the Middle East within The Design Hotel Collection. This lovely Hotel has Chic rooms with a rooftop pool, 3 restaurants, a boutique & a gym This ⭐⭐⭐⭐ property features timeless design elements , spacious modern rooms & custom- designed furniture by contemporary artists , every space at @formhoteldubai is designed to linger in your mind much longer than expected.
We stayed in an Ideal King Size Room which was quite spacious and cosy for Us . My Kids enjoyed a Dip in the pool it was so much fun and refreshing for them . We loved our Continental Breakfast at LONG HILL BRASSERIE that is all day dining restaurant with lovely indoor seating and outdoor seating with beautiful green surroundings. I highly recommend @formhoteldubai for a luxurious and comfortable stay to all . The staff is so helpful and cooperative. The Hotel is so neat and tidy with sanitized floors . @formhoteldubai is situated in the amidst of a Beautiful, traditional boat building neighborhood and minutes away from Dubai Mall 300 m from Al Jadaf Metro Station @formhoteldubai is easily accessible .

Overall, my hotel stay was pleasant. Since I took an overnight flight and arrived at Dubai at 6am, I made room reservations for the previous night as well. I sent an email to inform Form Hotel of my late arrival, to my surprise, I received the hotel’s reply in 1 or 2 hours which was really quick.
The room was decent and facilities inside the room was adequate for me. Considering the hotel size was small, the buffet line for breakfast was not very long but again, adequate. Tastes of the food served were generally good and the buffet had some variation daily. It was a nice arrangement for me as I stayed for 4 nights.
The room price was quite low at the time I booked, I guess it was because the hotel located at a relatively remote area. However the hotel was only 2 minutes away from the metro station and it took me 30 minutes to travel to the airport by metro, which was rather convenient.
Hotel staff were generally polite and friendly. Considering the room price, location, facilities and service, I recommend this hotel to leisure travelers who do not mind staying a bit away from the city center.

The rooms were OK, minimalist so very basic. The hotel itself is mainly rooms with no service. The biggest common area is the lobby which is over crowded and very small.
From the street it might be quick to miss simply because it's between a major construction area, with towers under construction on not sides. As well it has a dirt Rocky Street entrance. Impossible to roll bags on.
The breakfast as well is quite basic, but if your a coffee person or like to use plates best go somewhere else. The breakfast service team consists of 2 waiters, this for nearly 150 plus morning guests in an overly crowded dining hall. Many of the guests complained on the same, I skipped my morning coffee ritual and went else where in the city. The hotel does offer good coffee in the room. I tried it later on after I left. The cups in the room smelt horrible so I didn't risk it.
I did need a business center to jump in the computer but a last the hotel does not have one despite being ranked as a 4 star hotel. When I asked about it the Lebanese manager mentioned they didn't need one? They did offer an empty room for their "Co-Lab Concept" which was useless, being a empty room with chairs.
All in All I wasn't very impressed. Price wise I believe there a far many other options that provide better value and location. On the other if in Aljadaf this could be an option for many. But I don't see my self returning.

The special care was taken about the cleanliness of the rooms therefore there is no curtains nor carpets in the rooms, which are the main causes of the allergies in the hotels. When you're used to stay with Marriott SPG Group you'll be shocked when this particular hotel is going to tell you that they don't have or do a lot of things. Such as: (a) we don't do welcome gifts for Marriott BonVoy Titanium Elite Members, or (b) no welcome drinks, (b) no discount on food and beverages (c) no additional water, just 2 bottles as per housekeeping instructions, and this hotel is a dry hotel as well. They should have mentioned that online that this hotel is against the consumption of alcoholic beverages. The room itself was all right, a lot of boutique state of the art design, luckily this hotel has recognized the complimentary breakfast for Marriott BonVoy Titanium Elite Members, however, their breakfast was just acceptable, glad I only stayed two nights, for coffee and tea, you will be charged extra. I won't consider staying in this hotel anymore.

At FORM Hotel, guests earn 10 points for every 1$ spent , free breakfast , room upgrade and late checkout based on availability, we provide 2 bottles of water per room, and we never charge for refill or extra request of bottles. I spent one month in Form Hotel Al Jadaf and I really felt at home. Staff was over welcoming, friendly and caring for every single request I had and always made sure to make me feel at home. I really liked the design of the room which was modern yet contemporary with a wide window overlooking the city that makes the room really spacious. The location of the hotel was so convenient, 2 min away from the metro station and 7 min away from Burj Khalifa and Business Bay the centre of the city. I highly recommend this hotel for short or long stayers!

This hotel is among the best with its price in Dubai. It is very clean and comforting especially in the rooms which are efficiently designed. The location is very close to metro station. They have very good food and breakfast. The breakfast could be better though. Don't forget to try the beef hamburger. The pool is relatively small and is not deeper than 1.5 meters so no diving but has a good view. The area around the hotel, although contains good city view in some directions, is hugely under construction. The Windows totally filter the sound though. Room service and staff are acceptable however they need to be informed sometimes to make the room or provide room services such as charging the shampoo and so on. It is recommended for an economic trip but for people who have no problem with traveling in the city using public transport. Otherwise you have to pay for taxi regularly. But if you are looking for a fancy place you may want to find another place.

Let me start by telling you that the staff of this hotel are really kind and helpful. Always attentive to the customer's needs. Cleanliness and impeccable services. Continental breakfast served at the table (buffet services have been eliminated with the pandemic) Tastefully decorated and minimalist rooms but for the time spent in a hotel room they are adequate. Optimal position, from the airport about twenty minutes by taxi and then the Metro stop (green line) at 300 meters allows you to reach everything in the city. Cost of the 22 DH day ticket, this is also interesting for the next Expo. Exceptional value for money I absolutely recommend this hotel.

The hotel is located close to Al Jadaf metro station, and not more than 10 minutes from Dubai International Airport. The hotel is clean and well designed. The staff is friendly and really helpful with everything big and small. Breakfast i splendid and we found also that other visitors with special demands or needs where helped out by the staff and kitchen. Our room was cleaned every day and it was really quiet. We used the pool area and enjoyed our hours in the sun with a really friendly lifeguard.

As a chain from design hotels, this hotel is all about modern simple design. Covered mainly with vertical stripes of wood along with building blocks. The staff is professional and the room service is quick apart from housekeeping which could take sometime. The amenities are very well located and clean, thanks to Akama who looks after the pool and is very welcoming and helpful. The gym is tidy with a nice view. The rooftop pool area has a good view and sunloungers to get some vitamin d from the sun. The hotel has 2 3 levels of basement parking as well.

I think it will be a folding bed. We had one in our triple and it was comfortable. Albeit there was virtually no space in the room with the extra single sized folding bed.
