This was the only hotel I've been to where I was 100% comfortable about the quality of cleanliness, I wasn't even worried about sitting down on the toilet seat without covering it, the bedsheets were amazing, felt like soft clouds, our room was spotlessly cleaned every day by the time we went back up after breakfast, the workers were very smiley and polite and keen to help, although on the first day we arrived at the hotel 15mins before dinner ended and we asked the reception if we could still grab some food quick as we were quiet hungry, the man said yeah ofcours but the woman at the food court tried to kick us out so we literally grabbed a couple hot dogs and ate them standing there lol. Our room was very modern and cozy with cute slippers prepared for us, although we booked a part sea view part city view room and the balcony was facing the other hotels loading bay that was very noisy until 9pm every day, but the balcony doors were sound proof so I let them off but we couldn't really relax sitting outside...

Lovely stay at the Aloft Palm Jumeriah... We arrived early in the morning however we were notified our room may not be ready until 3pm and could also not enjoy the All Inclusive until then either... However, after a few hours we were notified by reception we could get a room and they upgraded us from a partial sea view to a full sea view which had an amazing view of the Burj Al Arab...

...The service was amazing and the rooms had full seaview with a balcony which were able to upgrade to at the point of checking in so I always could wake up to a nice view of the sea with Burj Al Arab in the background which I couldn't complain with...

...Breakfast was good and the 2 restaurants in the hotel were good and value for money...

...Another thing I didn't like is that the hotels restaurant prices and other items like cigarette or soft drinks were an absolute ripoff, I mean I get it, every hotel puts extra tax on their items just because it's there and convenient but the Aloft is at the very end of the palm and the closest little shop is 4km away so you're kinda forced to buy things from there. If you happen to miss a pre paid meal I would recommend you to rather get a taxi and go and have a nice meal in the city cause you will end up paying the same amount for a small portion of food at the hotels italian and mexican restaurant... I paid £23 for a tiny portion of french fries, smaller than McDonald's and just the same frozen deep fried fries you can get at any shop for a few pennies... In overall it was a nice stay, as the cleanliness was 10 stars and we had a good time relaxing at the hotels private beach, good value for money but they really should invest into a bigger swimming pool...

Great hotel, lovely private beach, clean rooms and even better staff... This hotel is a bit far from the city but there’s free shuttles that take you in and from there you can make your way... We included the breakfast during our stay and it was great... Greeted us with a smile and remembered our names the whole trip which added a personal touch... During breakfast he always made sure we were well taken care of and made our omelettes exactly how we liked them!... She was fighting for our rights and doing whatever if her power to help us... She was always happy to answer our questions and helped us in so many ways... We booked all our tours through the hotel travel agency, we spoke to Gaurav, who got to know us and made sure to recommend attractions he knew we’d enjoy and he did not disappoint... Along with booking he was extremely helpful in helping us with our transportation routes and helping us plan and navigate our days... He made the trip so smooth and stress free since any questions we had we asked him... The staff made our trip and was one of the reasons I had an amazing vacation... I’ve been to 6 different countries so far and this was the best service I’ve received... If I ever come back, I’d definitely stay at the Aloft...

He was the most friendly and nicest fella we met during our stay there and his omlettes were top drawer... However, the surprise was quite beg when we realized that they were going to have extremely nice table setting by the pool and before the dinner they offered us an appetizer to the room... The show was then not that good (only belly dance and DJ) and we didn’t hear any counting for seconds when the new year was approaching, We stayed for four nights and all this time the staff was very nice and the breakfast was really good... Pool area is very open and we didn't want to go to swim there... The beach nearby was absolutely great but quite challenging to swim since the water was very salty... Nice places to visit are Burj Khalifa, Aura Sky Pool, Dubai Marina, Miracle Garden...

...The hotel have a beach access @noshubeach where you can enjoy Latin Dance classes with the sunset 🌆 right in front of you...

We have just come back from a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The staff was super friendly and always ready to help... Sharon was always checking on anything we would need specially for my son, we highly appreciate all her attentions... Santos was also making sure we had everything we needed... Sylvester at the beach and his colleague at the swimming pool were always very kind to us... Last but not least we enjoyed so much our time at Luchador Mexican Restaurant, we loved the musicians and dancers , the staff was awesome, and the view from there was just breathtaking... Thank you so much to the staff of the hotel, you made our weekend really special !...

...From the great ambiance, DJ and Music, the Salsa Mini Class, the amazing view that matched the great weather, the great food especially the BBQ on a good portion and prepared by Chef Dilip a really must try! The Beach Team were always there to assist with various and really fun rides for all my daughter’s friends and they enjoyed so much plus they made sure that all are safe and well taken care of - Sylvester, Harry and Farooq were simply so kind and made the experience a real wow... We also took a room and it was beautifully designed with a personalized signed up card from the Team and a picture of my daughter... Thank you to Raymond, Bong, Martha and HK Team who took care of our room...

Great hotel, lovely private beach, clean rooms and even better staff... This hotel is a bit far from the city but there’s free shuttles that take you in and from there you can make your way... It’s worth it because you experience the relaxing beach life and city life as well... We included the breakfast during our stay and it was great... Greeted us with a smile and remembered our names the whole trip which added a personal touch... During breakfast he always made sure we were well taken care of and made our omelettes exactly how we liked them!... Along with booking he was extremely helpful in helping us with our transportation routes and helping us plan and navigate our days... If I ever come back, I’d definitely stay at the Aloft... Please make sure to check out the Mexican restaurant upstairs and get the soft shell crab tacos, they were delicious...

We stayed for 7 nights at this hotel and loved every minute of it! The views were amazing and the staff were incredibly kind and helpful... Every single member of staff ( including housekeeping) were helpful and went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable... The shuttle bus service to the different malls was really good and it helped us get to the main malls throughout the week... Thanks you Aloft for a lovely stay...

Our 6 night stay at the Aloft Palm Jumeirah was fantastic... Christine was especially sweet, welcoming, and personable, always remembering me when I called or came down for breakfast... The food served in the buffet as well as in the restaurant (Luchador) was very good... The amenities fit our needs perfectly... We never had to wait long for a taxi... Overall a great experience for our first trip to Dubai...

It’s one of the most “on the budget” Marriott hotels there and believe me, it’s a true Marriott experience... Many 5* hotels have their beaches located much further and overcrowded while this one was clean and always had space for 3 of us) • I stayed there with my parents and we had a FLAWLESS experience from the check-in till check-out... Hotel management went above and beyond accomodating our requests... Food was great with lots of options for everyone, you won’t be hungry... He is very nice yet very professional and top notch service was provided... He was taking care of us the whole stay in the bar and on the beach... • Rooms are very convenient and beds are beyond comfortable... My parents had some back issues but they state they slept like babies on these mattresses (they almost wanted to purchase one)... Twin beds and big enough for a very tall person... It’s one of the most affordable options with top notch service and best value you can find on the palm... Hotel provides you free bicycles to ride:) fun experience...

The hotel was very clean and nice with constant cleaning done on a regular basis by the staff. The staff including members like Yee and Santoosh were very nice to me and my family as they made sure that we were okay and were having a good time and were there to answer our questions... I especially liked how Santoosh allowed me to have extra cakes at dinner time on the night before leaving... In addition, the staff at reception made sure that we were able to get taxis to where we needed to go to and they made sure that they had answered our questions... The service was amazing and the rooms had full seaview with a balcony which were able to upgrade to at the point of checking in so I always could wake up to a nice view of the sea with Burj Al Arab in the background which I couldn't complain with... We also had a smooth check in and check out of the hotel...

...The service was excellent and the room was perfect. The view from our balcony can only be described as stunning... Because we arrived very late Saturday night (2am Sunday morning), the receptionist immediately arranged for us to receive full board status the following day, at no extra cost... Fortunately, you can book an Uber taxi very easily or the reception will happily arrange a taxi for you...

From the moment of first arriving to leaving for the airport the level of service was excellent. Without exception all of the staff went out of their way to make us welcome and help us enjoy our stay... The pool and exclusive beach (situated 2 mins walk across the road from the hotel) were clean,well maintained and always had sufficient beds and umbrellas for guests... The standard of fixtures and fittings in the rooms were very good and for once the pictures on the website are accurate... For people with late flights home the hotel has changing rooms with showers and towels at no extra cost...

Lovely stay at the Aloft Palm Jumeriah. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay as it was our first time in Dubai... We arrived early in the morning however we were notified our room may not be ready until 3pm and could also not enjoy the All Inclusive until then either... To enjoy our first few hours, we got to sit round the pool and had to get changed in an area on the first floor... However, after a few hours we were notified by reception we could get a room and they upgraded us from a partial sea view to a full sea view which had an amazing view of the Burj Al Arab... Huge shout out to the waiter who was working here, amazing service and welcoming every night... You only got certain drinks included with the All Inclusive however we managed fine on the soft drinks and alcohol offered... The beach was lovely as well having a private area too specifically for this hotel, so you still got to experience the beach...
