Nestled in a tranquil spot on the Palm, Aloft Palm Jumeirah has won the approval of many guests for its spotlessly clean and modern rooms that offer stunning views and are equipped with all the essentials. While opinions on the hotel's value for money diverge, with some guests finding it affordable and others pointing out costly extras, the overall atmosphere of modern comfort makes it a popular choice for both relaxation and celebrations. The hotel's amenities, including diverse dining options and a private beach, are frequently commended, though a few guests would prefer a larger pool and more variety in food choices. The service at Aloft Palm Jumeirah stands out, with staff earning accolades for their attentiveness and personalized care, contributing to the overall positive experience despite occasional service hiccups.

This hotel is perfectly placed on the palm .
Views across Dubai to the famous Burg Al Arab etc.
The reception staff are so friendly quick and efficient.
Top tip book a front facing sea view to get the best view.
At the moment there is some building work for the new Taj next door so front room is essentially the best .
Rooms are to a modern simple design with a wet room style shower suits me as I like modern contemporary looks.
Breakfast buffet was varied enough to satisfy us and the staff are again really there on the ball lots of help.
The white sand beach which is private to residents is a two minute walk and faces Atlantis etc so the views again are spectacular!
You can get light bites on beach all day served with a smile ! The spring rolls are warm crisp light and freshly cooked to order expect 20 mins wait worth it !
In the evening the Mexican restaurant is on top floor we’ve been twice try the short rib and the tres leches desert absolutely beautiful!
The team there are friendly , the female DJ plays the violin along to Latin vibes!
Again stunning views to Dubai at night .
If you need to shop Nahkeel mall is short taxi ride away with lots shops chemists etc .
Your only a few minutes drive to “The Pointe “ so see the fountain at night over a meal in Chicago Meatpackers.
Will be sorry to leave tomorrow.
At the price to be on the iconic palm you would be very fussy to fault this hotel at the price .
Downloaded Uber it’s a must have here don’t worry everywhere has WiFi so you can connect in malls etc to book your return to hotel as roaming fees are expensive.

Unfortunately I just finished my stay at this hotel.
We had sea view rooms and was the best choice, the view from room is amazing, even from the bed.
Room is big and clear and the bed is very comfortable. You have iron and ironing board in the room, hairdryer, 2 bottles of water every day, tea and coffee.
The beach is very close and you have a beach bar with free water and other drinks for buy. The beach bar is opens a bit late at 11-11:30 in the morning and is open until 6 p.m. Towels available free of charge at the beach and pool also.
We had half board and you can choose every day if you want breakfast + lunch or breakfast +dinner. Very helpful if you want to visit the city. Breakfast is very good but the lunch and dinner don't have many choices. You have just water for lunch and dinner and fresh juice and water at breakfast .
We use the shuttle some days to go at the Marina Mall, they have also shuttle for Jumeirah Beach, Atlantis Adventures, Mall of Emirates and Dubai Outlet Mall.
The taxi have good prices and you find it very easy, in the front of the hotel or you can ask the reception.
Thank to the staff for everything, I hope to come there again very soon

I was in room 816 and enjoyed the New Years Eve celebration at the hotel. If staying on NYE, be prepared to purchase the mandatory NYE party ticket. I attended the Glow Party at the pool area. The food was ok, nothing to brag about and the drinks were good. We had to add shots to all our drinks because they weren't very strong. The hotel offers free shuttles various times of the day so be sure to inquire. The location is at the end of the palm so be prepared to spend 20-30 minutes getting off the island. The room was very modern and was nice. Note, they don't provide you with face clothes to wash your face so you have to use hand towels.

We had a brilliant stay at the aloft on the Palm Dubai. It is a lovely hotel very clean & spotless.
Nothing is touch trouble for all the staff.
From checking in to checking out you was made to feel like one of the family.
Special mention to the following staff who we think went above and beyond to make our holiday so special.
Ranjana who always made our tea and coffee at breakfast lovely lady so helpful, she never forgot what we had.
Kapoor the pool bar man he keept our drinks coming never a problem bringing them to our poolside table. Ferhat he cooked the eggs in the mornings and always remember what we had and how we liked them, he also had them ready for us lovely man. Kennedy bartender always so helpful from sorting out our drinks to ordering our food at the alacart menu at the poolside bar
And lastly Charlene & Sarocha they made our last night they are so friendly they even made us a little card wishing us a safe journey home.
And these were just some of the staff. Who are beautiful inside and out.
Housekeeping was wonderful they cleaned our room every day and gave us fresh towels and bottles of water each day.
We went down to the beach a couple of days which I have no words what a great place the water was so warm which we wasn't expecting,
The beach bar was lovely
I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone and everyone and will definitely be going back at some point

Visited the place on Anniversary, booked direct through hotel. They provided a complementary slice of cake and towel art.

We took half board. For dinner they had a limited menu with choice of one starter, one main and one dessert.

Starter and main was excellent, dessert was disappointing. Would recommend burger for main as it was tasty dont know about other stuff.

Breakfast was good , they had packed few items on plate which you can grab (small piece of chese and salamis) and fruit salad , You can ask omelette of your choice with 2 sausage , potatoes pieces fried.

Excellent view.

Small pool.

Rug in the room was dirty.

Beach close by.

Construction beside the building.

Sanitizer on the 10th floor near the lift was empty at evening time.

There grab and go options suggested they had sandwiches but when i asked they said it is not available.

Asked for coffee at grab and go they said machine is not working.

Atmosphere was kind of sad probably due to covid and us being there on a weekday.

Nothing much at walking distance except beach and sort of Corniche.

They have a rooftop Mexican themed restaurant and bar which we didint visit.

Staff were good , no complains

I have been to their other properties and they are much better in my opinion

Ready to find the answers to your questions...? Great location, magnificent views, friendly staff. We were celebrating my husband's birthday, I mentioned it at the time of booking under special requests...and the hotel provided a small delicious and fresh cake with a "Happy Birthday" beautifully handwritten on the plate. We arrived ahead of check-in time and left our luggage in reception to explore the area. Check-in staff (no name tag, African or Caribbean?) was friendly, efficient, answered all of our questions, gave us directions to the beach area (you need them) and reassured me that the room was nice (it was) We went to see the swimming pool and didn't stay as there were a lot of families with kids, but had a chat with the pool bar staff and he gave us info about timings, happy hour and offers. The beach is located outside the hotel not to the Burj Al Arab side, that side is only for walking. At the beach the attendant will provide you with towels and disinfect your chosen beach chairs. "No Shu" Beach Bar has a simple menu, which is good enough. Staff we talked to was from Nepal. Clean sand and clear water, soooo relaxing...The tide goes up before noon (mind your flip flops, they might float away) and goes down early evening. We watched the sunset, and walked along the beach. Water sports are available if that's your thing. Back at the hotel we grabbed a bite to eat at "East and Seaboard Eatery" same place were breakfast is served. The staff who took our order was from Uzbekistan and was very accomodating to my requests. We went up to the Mexican restaurant just to have a look, is nicely decorated and had the same amazing view as our room. Day or night, you would like what you see. Breakfast was ok but if you are a coffee aficionado you'll have to go across the street to the "Barista's Corner". We had time to spent the morning at the Beach again before check-out. Overall the place is perfect for a staycation, a special ocassion celebration, it caters to the needs of any travelers type.

We opted for convenience to have a staycation in Dubai and choose, Aloft Palm Jumeirah and we were very pleasantly surprised. From the moment we arrived we where provided with interconnecting rooms which was brilliant when traveling as a group. All the facilities really surprised us and we never left the hotel during the stay as we booked a full board deal and the pool was really chilled and quiet. Very good variety of food and we loved the Mexican bar on the roof which served the best Pina Coladas we have ever tasted!!! a very special shout out to a waiter called Yousef who went over and beyond what you would usually expect from waiting staff, every day he went out of his way to make sure that were ok and is a real asset to the hotel should really be promoted to a more senior role or manager as he has a natural flair for customer service. When we fancy a change of scenery and downtime I would highly recommend Aloft Palm Jumeirah

First time to Dubai! we had researched and friends had said drinks can be very expensive in Dubai even though I don't drink!

So we narrowed it down to 3 AI hotels and after consultation with a friend that had knowledge of the area he recommended this one!

We arrived at around 10am. Checkin was 3pm. I asked if we could check in as we had paid for the 6th night but were leaving at 11pm that night so were checking out earlier. Reception were very welcoming and helpful. They allowed us to have breakfast whilst we were waiting for a room! We were given a seaview room with a balcony. Definitely worth the breathtaking view of the Dubai skyline

The hotel is very modern with a quirky feel! There were enough beds which were very comfy! There was sun all day if you wanted it! Umbrellas were the best I have ever seen to provide you with the shade if needbe. The pool is in the shade of the building in the afternoon but the beach is only across the way! Towels are provided.Music provided in the background too at the pool area.

It is a smaller hotel, food was great, tasty and hot and I am fussy! Relaxed dining style. Ferhat the chef was the best! Always smiling service with a smile!

Ranjana the host was also very friendly and efficient. Always remembered our room number!

The bar staff, Lalit, Biraj and Jagat were the best! my friend made use of the AI as she liked wine and beer throughout the day. Layca was our evening server who always remembered our drinks! we came back one evening at 10pm and she brought them over without us even asking as she pointed out the AI ended at that time which we weren't aware of!

We tried to book the Mexican restaurant on the last night but on Fridays you can't so we didn't get to try that on the top floor!

There are free shuttle buses to take you to some local sites like Dubai Marina Mall. It is a bit far out but we would jump on the metro from there to get to places. Taxis are cheap here in Dubai so taxi back in the evening.

There is a shuttle that takes you to the outlet mall for the day on Fridays and Saturdays as an all day trip however we didn't go.

Also a bar with a massive screen for sporting events. Evenings seemed quiet but we went out mostly straight after dinner on the 730pm shuttle!

Lovely relaxing break! Thanks to all the staff! They are an asset to your brand! Will definitely return!

From the moment of first arriving to leaving for the airport the level of service was excellent. Without exception all of the staff went out of their way to make us welcome and help us enjoy our stay.
The pool and exclusive beach (situated 2 mins walk across the road from the hotel) were clean, well maintained and always had sufficient beds and umbrellas for guests.
The standard of fixtures and fittings in the rooms were very good and for once the pictures on the website are accurate.
For people with late flights home the hotel has changing rooms with showers and towels at no extra cost.
We used it as a base for some half day excursions and the rest of it as a beach holiday. As such the location was superb.
However….its postion on the tip of the Palm is not to everyones taste. There are no shops or independent bars and the trip from the hotel to downtown Dubai is about 40 kms!
Cab fares are quite reasonable given the distance involved with airport to hotel about £30 with downtown about £20 from the hotel.
