I decided to book Rose Park Hotel for a couple of days last weekend as it had a great price and its location was really appealing which is directly in front of Mashreq Bank Metro station. I arrived at the hotel and parked there with ease as the parking floor is really wide and secure. The receptionist welcomed me with a big smile and gave me a very nice room on the 3rd floor. The room was very modern & spacious which I didn't expect at all, so I was happy with it & it had everything I would ask for. Nice bed, very clean bathroom, relaxing sofa, and the TV had all the channels that anybody would need. Room service was very precise and the staff were so kind. I also used the in-room dining service which is offered by "Zahrat Abeer Restaurant", a Lebanese restaurant. Their delivery to the room was so fast & served hot. The food quality was stunning and I knew at that moment that this is one of the hidden gem restaurants in Dubai, totally worth it!!! The location of course is just perfect. Located next to Dubai metro station & 3 minutes away from Mall of the Emirates, and a 10-min drive to either Dubai Marina or Downtown Dubai. Overall, it was one of the great stays I've had and I will come back in the future.

This was the first trip alone with my 13 year old daughter so had been a little nervous. I was apprehensive when we arrived in the early hours of the morning and the receptionist seemed unable to locate the booking however we were shown to a specious twin room that was light, clean and airy. Good facilities, hand wash and lotion, shampoo and body wash as well as a range of toiletries. Tea, coffee, milk and water and a fridge which we stocked with juice, cereal and fruit from the supermarket a few doors down. We did not have breakfast in our booking but the golden fork serves a buffet breakfast for 40 aed. It’s a bit curious, so French toast, pancakes, pasta, steamed veg (cauliflower, carrots, etc), Arabic bread, toast, houmous, chicken sausage and egg. Not for my daughters taste so we stuck with coco pops in the room!

The roof pool is great, never busy and has a good view of Burj al Arab and Burj Khalifa. Clean towels available and free to use. The hotel is directly opposite the mashreq metro terminal which is fantastic if you wish to get around and it is so cheap! We went to jumeirah, the marina, harbour, Burj khalifa, the creek, the souks, Dubai mall, mall of the Emirates all easily accessible. There is a range of restaurants within a few minutes walk and all reasonably prices. Fantastic spot if you like to do more than lay in the sun.

I’m quite sceptical of reviewing a place as being 5* but the customer service I received from here was outstanding. I had left my belongings in a taxi. The hotel help me retrieve my belongings very quickly and painlessly. It’s usually in times of need that you find out what makes a place so great. Aktar was amazing. Every member of staff smiled at you everyday and greeted you. The hotel is situated perfectly opposite the Sharaf DG metro station which makes getting around mega cheap and easy. However, peak time on the metro starts at 4pm and doesn’t finish up until 9pm. This is because after work in Dubai everyone goes out. Back to the hotel itself, the hotel is always clean and well kept. The rooms are spacious and designed in a contemporary fashion. I’d definitely stay at the hotel, just for the central location. Being in Al Barsha means that you’re never too far from anywhere else in Dubai, so you save lots of money on travel if you want to explore the city. The one thing that I would request management to do is to keep the steam room on. Having to wait for it to be switched on is slightly annoying, specially if you have lots to do that day.

I arrived on my check in day about 6am. (The day before my birthday) I stayed SIX nights. The front desk person stated there was no rooms at the time. Understandable. I sat in the lobby with my duffle bag. He told me I needed to go to another room because people were going to be coming down for breakfast. Never heard of a paying customer not being able to sit in the lobby. I was so tired from my over night flight I followed a bell boy to another room. The front desk agent put me in the prayer room where it’s just their prayer rug and a black bench. It was so uncomfortable No chair nothing. Two hours later, the security guard comes in to pray and tells me maybe I should double check again. When I went back out I saw others sitting in the lobby with their bags. I asked another agent if a room was available he said yes and gave it to me right away. Check in was done so i thought. At this point my back is killing me because I was so uncomfortable I was better off staying at the airport to late morning. Then the same agent that put me in prayer room says something to the agent checking me in in a different language and then asks me for a $200 deposit in cash. I’m like ok put it on the card. (I never checked in a hotel where the security is asked in cash it’s always on your card) he said they can’t accept it on the card because they can’t issue refunds and it was ok if I didn’t have it. Which to me was another insult. I told him I didn’t have cash but I had cards he can put it on he said it’s ok. 7 days later, on my check out date I get a call at 9 something AM asking me when I was checking out (check out is at noon). I have stayed at so many hotels never have I been called prior to check out time. The location was convenient for the metro but the i professionalism and racism I experienced I would never recommend this hotel to anyone. And I stayed a FULL week. What a disgrace! No one even offered to help or any resolution.

Dear Guest, Thank you for your recent stay at Rose Park Hotel, Dubai and appreciate spending your valuable time to share your feedback. As we have detailed investigated your concerns, our team is well trained to handle and understand the guest situation, hence the team member assisted you to take rest in the prayer room till your room was being prepared, since your arrive just around 0600hrs, the security team member was only taking her round to ensure everything is in order and she did not inform you to vacate from there. You room was being prepared on a priority basis, even though the check in time is a 1400hrs and early check in is subject to availability and incurs early check in charges you were given the room before 0830hrs free of charge. Upon check in we request your for incidental charges for AED 200, that is refundable upon check out, if not cash we do accept credit cards as well and there is also an option the pay cash as you go in the outlet, which is not very convenient for the guest hence we take the deposit and guest can charge any restaurant/laundry/SPA directly to the room. The credit card block amount usually takes around 7-14 working days to release. Our check out procedures does not allow any team member to call the guest at 0900hrs for check out as can be assured. On your birthday we also provided a complimentary birthday set up in the room as a gesture from the hotel. During your stay at any point you did not notify all of this to any concern manager or front office, even upon check out we did approach you as we felt that you were not happy about some concerns as you refused to speak to anyone and asked for the manager’s card and left the premises. If at all you would have given us a chance to speak we would ensure to change your views and experience about Rose Park Hotel. Please accept my sincere apologies. The entire team strongly believes that it is only through comments like yours that will give us the opportunity to improve and becomes the best. Your detailed feedback will definitely assist us in achieving the goal we set forth for our property. Thank you again for your comments and specially for having taken the time to experience the hotel. Kind Regards Syed-Front Office Manager

Biggest rooms for the price we took the interconnecting rooms and it was practically a suite by any standard.the interconnecting rooms have a third full bathroom which is very rare .the bathrooms are filled with toiletries more than I've ever seen and the best part of this hotel is the acces to the metro which is literally in front the front door as in 5 metres away.the lobby entrance is tiny and cars cannot.pull up in front of the entrance to drop off or pick up that is the only drawback other than that the staff are amazing and friendly and the service is world class.
The rooms are spic and span and the bedding was crips an fresh even the basement parking was spotlessly clean as if this hotel was built last month.

The management although not seen on my stay clearly have this establishment controlled like a well oiled machine .

Oh yes there are three really good restaurants attached to the building a Turkish a Lebanese and a seafood all right there.

Great location, for seeing the sights of Dubai. The hotel is right next to the metro station (Mashreq). And also is close by to Mall of the Emirates, where you can catch buses to the more remote parts of the city.
The hotel was of a good standard, has a nice gym and spa, and a decent rooftop pool (though be warned the hotel is right on the Sheik Zayed road, so can be noisy).
Most important for me is the staff team. Rose Park have some truly wonderful members on their team, and on reception I received excellent service especially from Aaron, but also am grateful to the input received from Gelina, Oleti, Muzafar, and illyas. Housekeeping, very professional and diligent, and my thanks go to Abdul Raheem, Bayzid and Sadiq. I guess all hotels now are looking to be greener, but was lovely to know that should I not need my bed linen and towels to be replaced that I merely had to leave a card on the bed/towels on hooks and the team would just come in and spruce the room up.

Stayed for 3 nights last week. The room is very nice, comfortable and cozy. It has a strong Wifi connection and the ambience is very nice and pleasing. The staffs are very well accommodating with the request note we had written during the house keeping and when we came back our request has been accommodated. Well done. Location is situated perfectly opposite the metro station and strategically ideal for travelers. My only 2-point suggestions are (1) to make the TVs as smart TVs so that we could easily connect using our devices (2) Place a humidifier with fresh fragrance at the floor hallways :) Shout-out to Mr. David Palanca for awesome referral & reservation.

I wrote a similar review on Google.
Basically I booked this hotel for a long stay (17 days) without researching the location and the surrounding amenities (my mistake of course). Despite the location where there's hardly any good restaurants, I would still have tried to stay if not for the awful attitude of the staff.
Firstly the gym has mostly free weights, cardio and one weights machine. There's no spotter/instructor so if you do free weights, you do at your own risk.
The longer i stayed, the less interested they were in cleaning my room. Day before I had to stay outside in the night for 2hrs when i found the room not cleaned even by 7:30pm and called them to clean it. Day after it wasn't cleaned again and I just didn't want to go through that again and ignored it.
I asked whether they could cancel the last week of my stay and refund me. They flat out refused saying its Agoda policy. But Agoda clearly says that refunding and cancellation fees are up to the property. Now I'm stick here for 12 more days, absolutely frustrated about investing hundreds of dollars in to this stay.

We stayed for 7 days during our vacation in Dubai and truly it was a pleasant experience. We had booked Delux King room, it was clean, spacious and well maintained. Breakfast was served in their restaurant, Bombay Cafe and spread were good. Staff were courteous and they even arranged custom breakfast items apart from what was available as part of the spread.
This hotel has luxurious amenities such as Sauna, Steam bath along with other regular amenities such as pool and gym.
The highlight of this hotel is, proximity to the metro station, Sharaf DG metro station is stone's throw away from the hotel. Apart from the metro, this hotel is well connected by bus service and Taxi. Though we could not utilize, the hotel themselves have shuttle service to Mall Emirates, Dubai Mall, and Dubai Marina.
Overall we enjoyed our stay and definitely consider again during our next visit.

I was really disappointed with my stay here. It was my second visit and standards have slipped massively from the year before. I've lived in Dubai for a few years and have never experienced what I did here on this visit.
The food from Golden Fork restaurant in the hotel was awful. It was extremely oily, when I asked them to change it, I was told there was no oil used at all. When I showed it to the staff, they had nothing to say as you could clearly see half a bowl of oil! Ridiculous.
When I stayed here last year, the food was fresh and there was a lot to choose from. The menu now is overpriced and inedible.
The room overall wasn't great either, some items particularly the sofa was stained and smelt horrible. It had a strong, stale smell. It definitely hasn't been cleaned since being in that room and I didn't use the sofa at all. The bathroom clearly wasn't cleaned well either as it had a lingering bad smell.
For a 4 star hotel, I would expect standards to be much higher. The reception staff are helpful where they can be but most do not understand requests over the phone so this was frustrating at times. I told them I wouldn't stay here again based on this experience and they told me many other guests have said the same recently. It's extremely disappointing as the hotel was completely different last year hence why I chose to stay here again.

The Metro runs from 5am to 12pm weekdays and 5am to 1am weekends. In Dubai Thursday and Friday are weekend. Yes you can leave luggage at Dubai Airport I think it's AED 30 for 12 hours. If your staying for a few days get the Red Tickets which is like a disposable card but if your staying for long you can get the silver card and if you want to travel First Class then get the Gold Card. Hope this helps have a nice trip.

Hi, do you have free airport transfer?
Answer from Syed M
Dear Guest, The easiest mode of transport from Dubai Airport Terminal 1 & Terminal 3 is via the Dubai metro red line if you are travelling with light baggage; however for more details on seats, baggage and timings please refer to the RTA website. Alternatively if you prefer a personalized chauffeur driven car at your service we do offer it at a competitive price of AED 240 for 8 person approx. 73$ that includes, meet and greet at the airport, hassle free baggage assistance, free Wi-Fi and complimentary water bottles To book the airport transfers please send an email to us. Thank You.
