Positive things: The position, right in from of the metro station and a big supermarket. The rooftop pool with Burj al Arab view in distance. Negative things: the room stinked, the cleaning of the room, especially underneath the bed, the ceiling and the bathroom is very very poor. We have noticed a dust allergy before the arrival and you can see the photo to check if they noticed this request. Honestly not a 4 star service. Bad way to handle guest complaints. Second but last visit in this hotel. Never coming back again.

Very comfortable room, for location it's near the Metro Station and also it's easy to find food near by the hotel. Special thanks to Suresh (Reception) for always be patience and polite to help us making a resetvation (Walk-in) at that day because we have some problem regarding our bussines. He is very polite,kind, and Professional. Would be very happy to tell our story to our friends when we have a good experience to stay at your hotel. We will be back soon when we are going to Dubai

Great location, lot of eateries and grocery stores around the hotel. The room is clean, spacious, have great wifi and they are generous with pillows. The hotel’s staffs are very professional and helpful. Highly recommended!!!

Rose Park Hotel is great value for the money. Conveniently located next to public transit and walking distance to The Mall of the Emirates. Mustafa and Sharfraj were the cleaners on our floor and they were extremely attentive to my family's needs. The hotels breakfast was also very good. To the daily menu change to the natural fruit juices. I would definitely recommend staying at Rose Park Hotel. Thank you

Location is excellent. It is just opposite Mashreq Metro station in Al barsha. Hotel Staff is very professional and try to accomodate you and priortise your needs. Haydiz was extremely good in making our room. Kamal at the reception was best at offering us a good room. We were giving complimentary late checkout too- which made me so happy! There's free parking available at ground floor. I would definetely book my next stay here whenever i visit Dubai. There are alot of restaurants available of all ethnicity- be it Labnese / Pakistani/ Indian / yemeni /filipino. Gret vibe all around.

Economical hotel with good facility and great location. Location is in front of Mashereq metro station. Plenty of restaurants in nearby locations. Hotel has spa, gym, pool. Private parking facility. Overall good hotel.

The hotel has great location, just behind Mall of Emirates. It is very clean and neat, beautiful room decoration, staff is friendly and professional, welcoming atmosphere… There is a rooftop pool and gym available for the guest and shaded parking. Recommended!

I wrote a similar review on Google. Basically I booked this hotel for a long stay (17 days) without researching the location and the surrounding amenities (my mistake of course). Despite the location where there's hardly any good restaurants, I would still have tried to stay if not for the awful attitude of the staff. Firstly the gym has mostly free weights, cardio and one weights machine. There's no spotter/instructor so if you do free weights, you do at your own risk. The longer i stayed, the less interested they were in cleaning my room. Day before I had to stay outside in the night for 2hrs when i found the room not cleaned even by 7:30pm and called them to clean it. Day after it wasn't cleaned again and I just didn't want to go through that again and ignored it. I asked whether they could cancel the last week of my stay and refund me. They flat out refused saying its Agoda policy. But Agoda clearly says that refunding and cancellation fees are up to the property. Now I'm stick here for 12 more days, absolutely frustrated about investing hundreds of dollars in to this stay.…
