Very pleasant stay. It was my second time in TRYP by Wyndham. The hotel offered early check-in at 9 AM for 150 dirhams. The room was nice and clean. The bed was comfortable and cleaned every day. The bathroom is quite small, it is the only disadvantage. The bath is rather deep, I would prefer a walk-in shower. There was a bottle of water every day. I appreciate a large variety of food and drink for breakfast. The staff are guest friendly and helpful. I will certainly come back.

The hotel is in a good location where it's easy to go around both using the hotel's own shuttle bus, the metro (10 minutes walking distance) or car/taxi. The staff is great and very accomodating (kudos Ashwin). We were in a VYP room and that includes two soft drinks a day at the hotel bar, which was nice. The breakfast had a lot of variety. The view from the upper floors is nice. A nice surprise was the possibility of using Netflix through the TV.
The pool/pool area could be bigger, considering how big is the hotel. Due to its position it gets sunlight only in the morning. You can't open the windows in the room, and we would've prefered fresh air instead of having the AC cooling and ventilating all the time. Our room happend to be on the side of the Mosque and even in the 25th floor we woke up every night to the 5 o'clock prayer. If you are a light sleeper bring your earplugs with you.

I spent 16 nights at tryp by Wyndham after changing from a hotel nearby. Although both hotels considered in the same area, but tryp has a unique location were you find everything you need in reach and that's the reason I moved there. 10/10 for location.
Standard room is cozy and modern with a good city view. It Has a good TV with Smart functions allowing Netflix and YouTube and cable channels. 9/10
Room service is excellent and room cleaning is always on time and leaving room in a perfect state just like you checking in. 10/10

The room was fine but, in keeping with the strutting pretense of Dubai, the meals were far too expensive. Hotels in Dubai pay their staff less that 25% of the salaries paid in Europe and the input costs for the food ingredients are vastly cheaper as well. However the meal charges are higher than for meals in Europe.
No UHT milk, only 2 single-serve powered creamers in a room for three. Avoid Dubai or bring your won milk, a bit of cheese, and few apples and go out and buy some fresh bread on the street. You'll save lots of money.

I had high expectations because of the good reviews I read. I got very interested with the rates for VIP room package which includes access to VIP Lounge, where we intended to do a business meeting. We reached 3:00pm and waited for 1 hour before we were processed for check-in, again had to wait because our room according to the staff is not yet available (at 4:00pm!), while 2:00pm is their check in time and charges were deducted at 2:40pm. We had to cancel and speak to the GM before we were finally given a room. He was kind enough to offer us some coffee while we wait.
The VIP Lounge was nice but were lacking basic things when we came, like water and tissues, and nobody was there to ask too. Took a while to get them. We loved the room but the TV’s remote was not working so had to call again for help. The pool was clean but we didnt get a chance to swim as it closes at 8:00pm. Breakfast was ok, other than the omelet we had to ask for other hot food items like sausage, ham and potatoes (they were not on display and we got to know only after asking if they have sausages), waffles and pastries are good.
We went for gym before checking out and we found it bit crowded considering the size. Upon reaching the room we had to immediately sanitize our clothers and throw our last masks for precaution. I called for 2 masks but the guest services guy said they “actually don’t provide” but I insisted we need for protection and he said to collect from reception. I said I dont suppose its ok to roam around without mask (lift to go 27 floors down, lobby and alleys to cross before reaching reception). We ended up covering our face instead with tissues and upon check out I told the duty manager of the incident...he just repeated the same reason. And when I said it is not right, he offered to give me but I refused as it is already useless since I am already going to the car where I have spare masks too.

The best hotel in the Barsha Heights area, despite an ongoing pandemic, staff was well trained in precautionary measures, room sanitised prior arrival, and made the stay feel very safe, property is modern with great space and amenities. I special mention to the front desk and restaurant staff, very helpful, friendly and quick to respond to any questions.
The food at the restaurant Local is absolutely great, I would highly recommend the wings as appetisers, steak or fish and chips as mains, and the definitely the tiramisu for dessert
Would highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for an awesome experience in Dubai.

My Stay Dates: 2nd December - 5th December 2020 Room Number: 1206
This is my second time staying at this property and still, the hotel never fails to impress me when it comes to their hospitality.
I was greeted by Yvonne at the Reception Desk where she also arranged my check in procedures but since I have a room preference, I waited for 45mins before my room was completed. Rolinda assisted me on my requests that are missing in my room, (bath robes, slippers, some toiletries) she handled my requests as prompt as she could be. Also, there are some technical issues on my first hour at the room, as one outlet is not working, good thing that Bandara from the Engineering team quickly fixed everything.
Since we are facing a pandemic situation and like most of other hotels, breakfast is being served differently. The foods are displayed on a long buffet area but the staff will serve the food to your plate. While this is an effective way to protect other guests and their staff, this also makes the queue a bit longer since there are only 2-3 staff serving the food. I suggest to have your breakfast before 9am to avoid long queues. Also, the potatoes, sausage and bacon are not displayed on the table, which I only knew on my last day at the hotel. Hamadi and Navnath prepared some of my foods. Hamadi offered me the potatoes, sausages and bacon that are not displayed on the breakfast menu. He is so courteous as well.
Previously, I stayed on one of their VYP Rooms and now I tried their TRYP Room, there are no much difference when it comes to the room size, the major differences I think is the soundbar and Nespresso machine, and VYP rooms are located in the top most floor of the hotel. Jane who is my daily housekeeper, cleans and sanitize my rooms and she cater to all my request on how she'll clean my room. Good job to her.
Overall, my stay at Tryp by Wyndham Dubai is fantastic, and their hotel staff are the main reason to come back. Again, Kindly extend my reviews and how grateful I am to Yvonne, Rolinda, Bandara, Navnath, especially to Jane and Hamadi who made my 2nd stay wonderful.
And still, Tryp by Wyndham Dubai will be one of my options on my next long weekend staycation in Dubai. Kudos to the team.

It’s my first time to stay here at TRYP by Wyndham the room was nice but it’s seem they didn’t clean the room since it get lockdown from last year cause it’s very dirty and dusty even the cups are dirty, the kettle there is a rust inside, even the drawers are broken good thing I don’t have kids with me, if there is he or she might get hurt. The local restaurant the ambiance it’s nice and cozy, breakfast they don’t have much selection of food , we even try there Arabic theme night don’t have much selection of food as well and it’s not value for money, service staff very attentive and eye to details. For room service OMG 10 AED they charging for a cup of ice, it’s better you buy it outside there is a shop near by anyway and it’s only 3AED you have 1 big pack of ice cube.

We stayed here whilst competing at Ironman 70.3 so we prioritised function over form. That said, we were pleasantly surprised by the hotel and the staff were helpful and friendly throughout our stay. The room was spacious and the breakfast was good.
We had issues in our room with the TV and hot water. We only reported the hot water and the staff took immediate action to resolve the issue, although it was still not very hot.
The hotel's location means you'll likely be getting taxis/Ubers to most places but these were always readily available. We did not use the free shuttle bus services but they are also available to take guests to nearby places of interest including beaches.
Our biggest issue with the hotel was the lifts. There are at least 20 rooms per floor spread over 20+ floors and 5 lifts to cover them all. You could wait for a long time only for a full lift to arrive. It was something you could see all guests getting frustrated about.

The spacious balcony was one of the main criteria in choosing the hotel. Therefore we booked a Premium King Suite in TRYP by Wyndham with reasonable price and flexible cancellation terms - without any prepayment requirement. Thanks to extremely helpful staff at front desk we've got the room to the high floor with the beautiful view. Location is very good, Palm Jumeirah is easy reachable by hotel transfer (FOC), taxi or metro. 24/7 supermarket and different restaurants are just a few steps from the hotel. Breakfast was enjoyable, staff friendly and professional, Front desk and cleaning team are doing great job. It was a great stay, simply the best by value.

I was there in May. Only aware of the transfer to the Beach Club. The metro is about an 8 minite walk and from there you can travel direct to Dubai Mall and Mall of the Emirates, the latter is closer.
There are more places to choose from in the Dubai area.
