...The location is perfect, just next to the metro station and with easy access by car to all major locations in Dubai...

...Also, the hotel is located in a very useful location near Internet City Metro Station...

...The rooms have everything you need, although they are a bit outdated, like kitchen and bathroom, but the service and maintenance guys are very fast and helpful which compensate the rest...

...Cleaned the room well and brought us towels or water if it was needed... Negative: we were treated on a very strange way at the reception when we had complains, cause we got only a double bed+ 1extra bed for 4 people(2 adults+ 2children 11&12 yrs)... In the meantime we didnt get any water to our room first day(nobodies falt) and we went to reception to ask for a bottle... This after all she saw how we struggle a whole day with the room...

We stayed at Mercure hotel last march... There were stains in the sofa cushions, stains on the table... We told the reception about our room and after convincing them, they told us someone would inspect our room... Someone from the staff came to our room for inspection... After convincing him we could pick out another room... Hé showed us three other rooms, whereas two rooms were equally disgusting... The third room was a little better but still a big stain on our mirror...

...I used two bedrooms in this apartments during several months at 2022-to 2023 period... Even it Saturday.You need to use Noise cancellation at rooms or something that can’t be bothered u guests...

Nice, clean and spacious rooms... All the staff from the front office, the room attendants who make sure our trolleys are sent on time are all accomodating and nice... Shoutout to Sapon and Panmela and their supervisor Rakish for making sure all our needs at our rooms are met...

The room service was amazing thanks to Sudarshini, Irfan, and Rakesh - timely support and friendly attitude. Also the needs were met before asking hence would recommend only for room service...

...It was a nice hotel BUT, they upgraded us to 2 bedroom sweet as our 2 bedroom apartment wasn't ready yet and that was 4:00 pm, they canceled the extra charges of over 900 AED for the extra bed due to what happend and that was all fine, the emplyees on the door are helpful. However, room amenities wasn't available and weren't provided till we requested it, we even requested them to fix the wainskail but that till happend at all, when I arrived around 2:00 am they took my shopping bag and after 20 mon I started calling for it as no one brought it to my room, I called the consiage, gust relation, reception, central and even duty manager and no one is answering the phone, I went down and all of them were there, I was upset and the duty manager was cold about what happend, I took my stuff and shouted at them due to this an acceptable attitude dealing with guests, on my checkout the receptionist was rude to one guest infront of me and even he told him that "you are nervousing me", with do all respect this is not away to treat a gust...

...Hence one books the suite in the belief it has a kitchen as per the hotel photos advertised but at check in is told it does not have a kitchen...

...I booked the hotel remotely, asked a lot of questions as I immediately rented for a month... about the apartments: I live in 1BR, there is a separate kitchen with all appliances and even utensils, a separate living room with a workplace (which is very convenient), a bedroom with a large bed (very soft pillows, it's amazing), as well as a wardrobe with a place to store suitcases...

...In room dining menu can be better but there time for sending the food was very quick 10-15 minutes you get what you order...

And please if someone is calling for room service or housekeeping, please answer the phone... There are better hotels where you can get value for money...

They went above and beyond to make sure that my room was always spotless and tidy...

I have rented a serviced apartment for May 2023. The apartment is fully furnished and equipped and has everything you need... There is a metro station right on the doorstep... All of the staff are really friendly and helpful... In particular Chirag, who made the process of viewing and leasing very simple and efficient... I therefore thank Mr Mohamed Al Ateik at the front office for sorting this out for us resulting in a satisfactory and comfortable unblemished stay for 2 weeks... I would give the hotel 5 star if that suite/apartment confusion is sorted...

Excellent location, just next to train station... 2 bedroom apartments are quite spacious however the cleaning is poor... Water overflows the bath tube and it stay on the floor... Maybe because we were there in the beginning of January and the hotel was overloaded... The coffee on ground floor (Starbucks) had grumpy people working there...
