Don't worry about getting your car back in time, just plan for 1-3 minutes and they will bring your car to you... Like everyone in guest services they say attention to details and at night, they will ask if you still plan on going out to know how far in the garage to park your car... Concierge bellhop services were fantastic, they will bring your luggage up and will ask to call if you need anything... All the Frontline staff were fantastic from checkin to checkout... They went above and beyond, helped print documents as needed and were warm and friendly... If you are nice you might even get the "warm cookies" they were delightful... The room attendant Marie left us a wonderful note... Muzaffar Patel was our own personal assistant and he was great... A warm shout-out to Selene who was pm helpful and sweet to our kids... We arrived early and front office were amazing... They gave us water and arranged an early check in for us... Maybe the hotel could consider nut free cookie in the future... It was a shame that the swimming pool was closed for maintenance as the children wanted a swim... There was an alternative pool to use at a sister hotel, but the bus shuttle times were infrequent so wasn’t suitable for us... One the first day we were only given 2 bottles of water in room for 4 of us but on the second day we were given 8 bottles... They left some deserts/sweets and a card during turn down service which was a nice touch... The beds were comfy and room was clean... The pillows were a little flat for my liking but suitable for the kids... The bath tub is very big and kids loved it... You do need a room card to work the lift and ours stoped working on the 2nd day but front desk managed to replace our cards promptly and checked we were ok in the lift before we went up to room.Breakfast had a good choice of food and drink... The location is very good for visiting Dubai mall... We tried a few of the restaurants/take away in the area and got discount when we mentioned we were staying at the hotel... The water areas outside of hotel get lit up at night and it was nice to go for a stroll after eating...

Mr. Usman and the IPS team will take your car and his team will provide you with excellent service... Like everyone in guest services they say attention to details and at night, they will ask if you still plan on going out to know how far in the garage to park your car... Concierge bellhop services were fantastic, they will bring your luggage up and will ask to call if you need anything... They went above and beyond, helped print documents as needed and were warm and friendly... If you are nice you might even get the "warm cookies" they were delightful... The room attendant Marie left us a wonderful note... He also accommodated my request for a late checkout... If you can afford it,, give a minimum of 5 dirhams or more as tips to appreciate them... They will not ask for or expect it, but it goes a long way...

...A lovely welcome smile from the reception desk staff and a lovely warm cookie to start our holiday 😀. A lovely smile and greeting from Ashish , Prince and the full team at My Square in the morning during breakfast hours made our day... The staff always came to see if we required anything and if everything was ok and thanks to the chefs for the lovely selection of dishes every morning... Location is perfect just 10 minutes walking distance from the famous Dubai Mall and if you interested in visiting the Mall of the Emirates there is a free shuttle service to and from the mall... Once you stay here you will want to come and stay again the next time you visit DXB # 707...

Excellent value for money hotel. Very well located and with great service... Will definitely stay here for our next trip to Dubai!... The tours and travel desk is also very good and I would like to leave our thanks to Usman of Rayna Tours for being so helpful and providing good travel advice and services... We booked our car to go to Abu Dhabi through Rayna Tours and it was very conveniente as the car car pick-up and drop-off can be done at the hotel...

During our 6-night stay here in mid-September 2022, we appreciated the warmth and hospitality of the staff, which made our vacation relaxing. Our breakfast buffets were fantastic and they have a nice poolside area with open bar with Happy Hours early in the evening & Sheesha options as well... The location is also good, around 2.5 kms to Burj Khalifa and Dubai Mall (though still takes 10-12 mins drive)...
