My wife and I stayed here in March 2020 and we both really liked it. One point I would like to mention is that it is known locally as Telal Hotel. We told our taxi driver "Capital O 384 Telal hotel" and he was confused. The taxi ride is about 50 dirham (about $13) and is a bit out of the way but there is a metro station less than a 15 min walk. As for the room itself, it was clean and well stocked with dishes and cookware. We had a microwave 2 burner stove and mini-fridge. There is a 24 hour mini mart just across the vacant lot facing the hotel. As you can see from the pictures, there are 2 living room style chairs as a bistro set for eating. The bed is very comfy and the staff are friendly and accommodating. The pool, weight room and spas (with steam room) are on the top floor but separate for men and women. It uses a secure keycard system to access the elevator. If we go to Dubai again, we will definitely stay.…

Studio apartment on third floor. Well furnished. Attention to detail. Clean. Nice bed. Buffet Breakfast and dinner was good. Staff was friendly. We had to keep the curtains closed since the view was not good. No bathtub even though it was mentioned in the amenities. The building is in Hor Al Anz area which is not the safest of neighborhoods which we came to know from friends later on. But our stay there was quite comfortable.

Stayed here for a night, and voila very clean and accommodating staffs. The hotel is quite advance in terms of innovation can be considered a luxury hotel. They've got very good amenities as well, jacuzzi, rooftop pool, sauna, terrace and beautiful lobby. A very nice restaurant as well on the ground floor and coffee shop. 10 minutes walk to the metro station.

I stayed in a studio apartment with my wife, and they came over to clean up everyday. The temperature in the room was very cool. the water wasnt too hot though but they explained that Dubai water cooperation has a certain temperature they have to maintain... my wife really needed hot water so they provided us with options and i was really appreciative.
