The hotel has satisfied all my expectations to spend time in Dubai. The location of the hotel is an added advantage since the nearest Metro station is within a walking distance of approximately 300 meters. Miss. Kishi - the duty manager has been very supportive of our special requests and tried to provide a great service. Overall the experience was good and it definitely adds value for the money.

The best hotel in Dubai Deira. Very clean rooms, execellent customer service, enjoyed the swimming pool, conveniently located near the airport and there is free bus ride to different shopping destinations. We also booked for wild wadi water park from the hotel enjoyed. Hope will come soon. I appreciate the best customer service from duty manager Kishi.

Getting there: Getting to the hotel is very easy, as you can take the metro straight from the airport to the mall near the hotel. It’s only 3 stops away if I correctly. Once you exit the mall, it’s a short 5 minute walk to the Royal Continental.
Rooms/food: The rooms were fine. No issues aside from the bathrooms being a bit small in the cheaper rooms. Breakfast is really good as was the staff serving it.
Hotel staff/customer service: This is where the Royal Continental really shines. They have a new manager (Kishi) who went well out of her way to ensure I had a great stay. I wasn’t initially planning on staying at the Royal Continental, but due to some issues with an Airbnb I booked, I opted to stay there with my friends. When I got to the hotel, I tried to reserve a room, but nothing was available. Kishi said she would contact me if there were any cancellations. The same day, somebody cancelled and she put me in a room that was an upgrade from what I wanted, free of charge. I stayed there for one night, and then moved to a standard room for the rest of my stay. Kishi also, provided free breakfast for me due to the inconvenience of trying to get a room there.
It should be noted that Kishi didn’t do any of this because I was throwing a fit or anything. The situation was understandable and I had no problem with there being a lack of vacancy. She did it because she’s an excellent manager, and wanted to provide the best possible service.
The same can be said for the rest of the staff. Everybody that I spoke to was very helpful, and solved any issues happily and without hesitation. When I left the hotel, the entire staff that was present in the lobby gave my friend and me a warm goodbye and offered to help us with our luggage.
After having such a great experience at the Royal Continental, I will certainly be staying there again on my next trip to Dubai.
A big thanks to Kishi and the rest of the staff for making my stay at the hotel one to remember!

Checked in at 10 pm. my booking was for 2 night for a single room. Was surprised that receptionist asked me if someone else is going to share room with me. Room very clean Small bathroom No hot water for shower first night and TV was not operating. Shoes electric polisher in corridor not working

We stayed for 6 nights at the hotel, the room was spacious and clean. Islam at the restaurant was very welcoming and hospitable during our stay. It was always nice seeing him during breakfast. He made sure all the guests were attended to and was always jovial. The hotel is about 8-10mins walk to the Deira city center metro station and they have a swimming pool and game room where you can pass time. Housekeeping was very slow though, 2 times they forgot to replace our bath towels and when we asked the first time they thought we had not checked on the towel cabinet. 2nd time we did not bother asking, we had to use the face towels that were still in the room. On our last day we had to call the reception 3 times just to get a plastic bag for our wet clothes which was delivered after 35mins and they gave us the big black plastic bag that is used to store all the trash even though we had clearly mentioned to the receptionist that we only needed the normal clear plastic bag to keep our wet swimwear.

We arrived around midnight local time after having left home a little after midnight so it was an extremely long day for our family including one year old baby. The staff was super helpful with luggage and made the check in super easy. The kitchen was open late even though we didn’t need anything, but it was good to be aware of. (All we bought was two huge water bottles which was critical in addition to the two small ones provided in the room upon arrival.)
We slept so well we extended our stay another two nights and even booked a junior suite which was worth it based on price and convenience.

This hotel has a terrific location if you prefer traveling from Dubai Metro. The metro stop is hardly 12 mins walk (if you're a fast walker :)
Reception desk is really helpful, they go extra mile to cater. (Sagar and Sachin)
House keeping guy Roshan makes the room tidy and fresh whenever you ask him to, he never says no!
Nisha at the restaurant is a wonder woman, always there to assist you and guide you. So overall an amazing 8 days journey and incredible memories from Dubai are coming to an end. Would highly recommend this hotel to anyone traveling to Dubai.

Great environment, clean place, lovely staff especially Musa of house keeping and Patricia Mae at the reception. The facility is very close to the city centre mall in Deira with transport accessibility. The concierge team also quite helpful in locating and booking places to visit

I stayed at this hotel for a couple of days, I must say the hotel is absolutely clean, the moment you walk in you feel the clean ambience and helpful staff. The location of the hotel is 3 mins walk to the Deira City Centre mall, which makes it very convenient. The staff are super helpful, to mention a few, Mr.Pratham, Mr.Mohd, Mr.Sachin and the concierge team, they go out of the way to help you. Also the PCR tests are done at the hotel, Mr.Rohan who was kind and helpful. Overall a fantastic stay and will be back soon! Thank you & keep up the great work.

My second stay with the property and stayed with a deluxe room this time. Spacious, clean, and neat room. Friendly staff and calm atmosphere. Some up-gradation required for rooms once you compare hotels in Dubai in terms of Curtains & Floor carpets. All over a fantastic stay and hope to be back again this property.

Am not sure they do offer a half day rates, but I believe it will depend on the availability of rooms. But I advice you just book for the whole day, since check-in is even 2pm.
