This hotel is the most excellent hotel. Room was very clean and people were kind and friendly. Rooms were great ! Especially Amesha who was from reception helped a lot! She is very charming and kind. Also people working at the pool area were great ! I decided that next time I would definitely need 2 days or more !

Very nice and clean hotel. Stuff very good. Special thanks to pool worker his name is think Tirani or looks like that ) he is very polite and nice guy and pool always clean and nice we really enjoy it. Housekeeping and guy who opening door and help with luggage all are so nice.

Every thing about is good Location and easy access to public transportation 5 minutes from Deira city center by walk And very very polite and friendly team specially the young super energetic and friendly men in the restaurant for breakfast ( Islam) which makes you feel much better for the start and rest of your day Thanks Royal continental for this experience (third time within 6 month)

Amazing staff. I stayed with my family for 5 nights at Royal Continental Hotel Deira. The room they provided to me is very clean, spacious and comfortable. Housekeeping staff Mr. Chandrapal is very polite and friendly. Mr. Thilina who met in the swimming pool area provided so much information and things to do in Dubai. Thank you very much Thilina for your kind support. Mr. Ahmed (My Pakistani friend) You are an amazing guy, Your smiley face is perfect for the front office staff, Thanks for your friendly support. Houskeeping was so good especialy Mr . Gopal was so helpfull and kind. The breakfast was very good and varied . The room was very clean and the front office was very kind . The air conditions was very cool in warm weather . The pool was so clean but the water was cold a little .

Excellent service, especially Mr. Gopal who went out of the way to assist me. It made my stay at the hotel Royal Continental a pleasant one. Breakfast was really good though I paid separately for it but worth the amount.
