This equestrian resort at Dubailand features an amazing Mediterranean feel with its vast grounds, architecture and landscape. Our second much awaited visit to the Al Habtoor Polo Resort reflected another perspective than our previous quiet summer stay. With the polo season in full swing- it’s Gold Cup preparations truly brought a sporty spirit, an incredible display of horses and riders that added further to the visual delights. Extra delicious delights were the gastronomic ones offered at ‘The Grill Pit’ and the ‘Horse & Hound’. A special mention of the Chef who delivers to the fullest whether it be the grills, salads or seafood. From the Empanadas (Argentinian fill pastries), Carpaccio ( beef tenderloin), Queso de Bufala ( vegetable/ cheese grill) to the Parillada ( mixed grill) or the special Wagyu, Rib-eye, Striploin or the Salmon/Black Tiger Prawns- all were made with authentic Argentinian style so famous to horsemen. The perks here are the scenic green fields, an equestrian lounge, a shisha garden, an Arena Clubhouse and the Andulucia restaurant placed strategically in the atrium courtyard that ensures a most refreshing and invigorating stay. I visited the pool today.I was met by Sajjawal who made me very welcome.I ordered Water and Mojito. Both were served efficiently and without delay.I ordered foor at bar which was excellent. Sajjawal and Ruduffo couldn't have been more professional and attentive.5star service.

The most unhygienic hotel I have ever been to🤢! Even though I specifically told the receptionist to send someone and clean the room, they did not! The place overall needs maintenance and a better housekeeping staff. (Water leakage from toilet, door handles, light bulbs..etc). We asked for our beds to be next to each other since they didn’t have any other available room, but when we came back the beds were still in their place. Balcony was super dusty and we found a boarding pass under the bed when we moved it, from 1st of January! Have they even cleaned it since then? God knows. They didn’t replace the items we were using in the bathroom and every corner in our room was filled with spider webs! Not to mention dirty curtains and carpets.

Just perfect! staff amazing, they went above and beyond...They even packed my colleague and I a lunch everyday for work. the alarm did go off in the middle of the night, but that can happen anywhere. problem with hot water for my shower, sorted immediately! service excellent!
