If you're looking for a family and friendly environment to stay in town, this is the best place that I can recommend. Staffs here are very hospitable. They make you feel that you're at your own home. Rooms are nice and clean, very comfortable to stay. You can get and expect more than how much you're paying for, just like staying in a luxary hotel in Vegas but just paying for 50 bucks. For couples, friends, business, soloist and families to stay, this is highly recommended for you. All in all, very high quality hotel for very afforable price.

I stayed two weekends in a row to attend expo 2020.
Very friendly and professional staff, good breakfast and considering Expo the price hike from usual is reasonable.
The issue faced that would bump two stars off my rating to a maximum of 3 is the cleanliness. I was very particular during check in to set me up with a clean room, being the clean freak I am. During my first stay, I had minor comments that are acceptable and not worth mentioning. However in the second stay, although the room was clean but I was disappointed with the bathroom (shower floor had surface cracks (just aesthetically looked horrible) and there were little but noticeable mold on some of the edges. The staff was very professional and the duty manager offered to clean it or relocate me to another room immediately.
Sorry for the long review, despite my unfortunate incident I mentioned, I would still highly recommend the hotel with a note to its management to take the guest comments during check in serious to customize the stay to their preferences.

02 Rooms stay from 27/05/2021 to 29/05/2021 This time we stayed with 02 of our friends for 02 nights. As usual from the arrival to the departure we experienced nothing but your exceptional services. In fact your entire team should be appreciated for delivering exceptional services to all your guests. Although I would like to mention few of the names of the super stars among your team. Mr.Jamil manages the entire team with his friendly and professional expertise. Ms.Angel, Ms.Yusra and Mr.Reda were very friendly and helpful from the front office. Ms.Mary, Mr.Zafran, Mr.Newell and Mr.Asani took care of us with their personalized service at breakfast and lunch as if we were some visitors at their own house. Then Mr.Karan of housekeeping kept our rooms very tidy and pleasant during the stay. So once more you have proved that Holiday Inn Express Dubai, Jumeirah is our home away from home. Thank you all. The location of the hotel is specific, pay attention to that. The hotel itself is nice and exceeded my expectations - the room is stylish clean and comfortable, there is a breakfast and its enough to have a good first meal of the day
All the team really do their best. It gains respect and it is very pleasent. Its not that easy slmetimes as I guess, but guys are always polite and professional - they will bring you the falk if you didnt find it personally, will find new beach towels from anywhere if the reception is out of it, help with thousand of other issues and ask if you feel happy enough after all
Mada and Jeevana are the cleaning superheroes, recetion and breakfast teams are also very helpful and pleasent to deal with.

Had a great time staying at the hotel in Dubai. Mr Jeevan and Madhu were amazing and kept the room clean and neat every day we went out for sightseeing. The location of the hotel is an added advantage since it's close to proximity to all metros and bus stops. As someone who recently stayed at the Holiday Inn Express Jumeirah, I have to say I was quite disappointed with my experience. I was traveling with my baby, and I found that the hotel was not at all baby-friendly. They did not provide milk or even the option to warm milk for my baby, and when I asked for assistance, I was met with a lack of empathy and understanding.
Furthermore, the beds were incredibly small and uncomfortable, and the room itself was cramped and claustrophobic. I found it difficult to relax and unwind in such a small space.
Additionally, the hotel's location was not ideal. There was no metro station nearby, and taxis were expensive, which made getting around the city a hassle. Furthermore, the hotel did not provide complimentary tea or coffee from the vending machine, which I found to be quite stingy.
Finally, I was disappointed to find that the hotel did not provide ice and glasses in the room. Instead, I had to go to the bar and request ice and a tall glass, which was an inconvenience.
Overall, my stay at the Holiday Inn Express Jumeirah was not pleasant, and I would not recommend it to others.
