I stayed in the hotel for one week during New Years Eve time with two other friends of mine. We chose the hotel/apartment option. The room was big and very comfortable, with a nice living area, a great bathroom and all the amenities, even extra ones, like a sewing kit and slippers for example. A very appreciated plus is the water provided every day, at least 1.5 L per person. Maybe one thing the kitchen and washing machine (that we did not use) was a bit old but still functional. It is a pity that there is a nice balcony but you have to ask permission and a key to open it. I would like to thank a lot our housekeeper Amith Anil, the room was always nicely ordered, and for being careful and welcoming. The international buffet breakfast was literally amazing! So many fresh options, from pastries, sweet and savory, made-on-request fresh pancakes and eggs, fresh fruit, classic English breakfast until indian recipes...you could have a lunch! Everything so tasty! And a special mention to Ranabir, really welcoming every time at breakfast, he was preparing us fresh masala tea and giving us advice on the city, perfect! The hotel is located close to the airport, 15 min by metro, and the location is great as it is close to metro station (500m) and close to a Main Street so easy reachable by Careem taxi (the best option to go around the city). It is not for sure in a fancy Dubai area, but the quality and all the services provided are great and the price is convenient.

This is a lovely place to stay with very friendly staff. Ideal location as the Metro station is only 5 mintues walk- access to practically all of Dubai , airport is only 10 mintues distance. The walk on the creek is only 10-15min walk.
The daily breakfast has a great variety of food and caters for all needs.
Once again a lovely place to stay.

I came back after a while and again enjoyed the hospitality and comfort. The location is so convenient, and the fully equipped kitchen allows me to savour my cuisine. I had tremendous help from the daily room cleaners, Swapnil and Linn, who were just so efficient and provided everything I needed. Thank you guys, if you do read this.
I hop in and out of Dubai frequently, and I will make this place my stay of choice.

Apartments in Flora are very spacious. Kitchen is fully equipped. Waschine machine is great supplement too when you stay longer. Open space with living room and big teracce with view on the creek is very nice. Every day a room service was perfect - team of housekeeping guys was so rigorous. Every day we returned in the clean room. All staff was very very kind and helpful - receptions, staff around receptions, outside. Breakfast had big selection of food. Very delicious is choice of fresh food - omelettes, pancakes, waffles….staff during breakfast is very friendly, helpful, kind and hospitable. They remember what we ate the day before and asked if we want the same. They try do the best and bring you what you wish. Every morning we had delicious food with perfect service and nice atmosphere. We felt like in “Michelin restaurant”. Location is great close to mall, restaurants. Parking in the hotel is free of charge.
Only negative we see in construction of 5 new buildings in front of the hotel. They are working during the night too. So its quite noisy. Sure you can take the room on the opposite side of the hotel. And we had little bit broken shower in the bathroom.
If we come back to Dubai sure we will be in Flora Creek Apartments again!

I stay in flora creek now for 7 days and I stool have another days. In fact the room service during that time was butter than my expecting specially the cleaning of the room. I’ve had such a pleasant experience here that I’ve decided to extend my stay for another month! The hotel provides excellent cleaning services, and the staff have been nothing short of amazing – always friendly and willing to help with any request. Very well maintained Apartments I should say with ample facilities. The flat is next to Deira Metro Station. Can move quickly anywhere due to this. I should specially mention Sohith Kumar from House Keeping who was indeed really helpful for all my needs. He makes sure all areas are cleen and asks promptly if anything is required. In fact all are very keen about things , Greets well and are really helpful. Not everywhere we can see this.

I had recently stayed at the Flora Creek Deluxe Hotel apartments on a long stay for 50 days. The reason I chose the Flora creek was primarily due to its proximity to the Deira commercial centre, 2 Mins walking distance to the Dubai Metro and less than 5 min walking distance to the Deira City Centre mall. The had taken the 2 room apartment which includes a bedroom and a living room. It also has a kitchen with hot plate, basic utensils, a separate place for the washing machine and another separate place for the iron board. The apartment is luxuriously spacious and at the end of 50 days, I did not feel claustrophobic which I am sure I would have if I had stayed in a single room hotel. The staff at this Hotel is extremely courteous. The house keeping staff did an excellent job and special word of appreciation for Anandu, who worked tirelessly to make sure that I was provided with a neat and clean room every time I stepped back in. The restaurant staff needs a special mention. I have seen them work through the day with a smile on their face. The are being led by an excellent leader, Mr Aviral Awasthi, Who made sure that he was personally present during the breakfast shift to handle the huge footfall during Xmas, New year and the Holiday season. Additionally, the team comprising of Saju, Eldho, Alisha, Alwin, Rixia and Joyal were seen to be extremely dedicated in their daily task.
I would also like to place on record the courteous and helpful drivers with the hotel which include Mr Suresh Varma and Fayas.
All in all I had an excellent stay and will highly recommend this deluxe apartment for anyone travelling to Dubai either with family or alone.

My stay here with my family has been nothing short of spectacular. All the staff have been super friendly and welcoming from the valets to the chefs to the housekeepers. A special Shoutout to Rohit Choudhary and his team for the extravagant cleaning services. They’re always knocking on our door asking if we need housekeeping which is delightful. Another special shout-out to the valets for never letting us carry our shopping bags or any kind of baggage from the reception all the way to our room. Another special shout-out to the chef for making me gain a few extra pounds with his marvelous breakfast buffet. Indeed Dubai hospitality is impeccable.
