The first time I stayed in this hotel was in 2011 when they upgraded me from 1 bedroom to 2 bedroom suite which has an incredible apartment size and creek view. It gave me my first and best impression of Flora Creek. So few days ago I booked a Studio apartment and again Flora did not disappoint me. The room is clean, incredible space for a studio, complete kitchenwares and appliances, and nice ambient lighting. What I love about this place is that it is quiet if you want solemnity and peace away from the noisy city. Though there was no cleaning services which I understand due to the current pandemic, but the hotel staffs are very attentive and responsive to all my requests. I would still prefer to stay here in the future.

It was a awesome and relaxing experience staying at Flora Creek Deluxe apartments even during this panedmic time !
We were welcomed wamly by Manager Mr.Tejus and team upon arrival at hotel. Thanks for providing us with an early chekin facility and it was great relief to see and experience the high standard of Covid precuaions and protocol maintained by the hotel since my family included also an infant.
Our 2 bedroom aprtment @ 12th floor had a great view of creek and BurjKhalifa and we had a delighful experience viewing New Year fireworks in 3 locations direct from our balcony. The apartment was spacious , well furnished with ample space balcony.
Since we had an infant with us , we were provided breakfast at our apartment by inroom guest services Dept. The staff was very accomodating and helpful, I would like to have a special mention and thank Mr.Sachin for his help throughout our stay.
Housekeeping was excellent and were always at service on call and helpful round the clock. Thank you Mr.Bridge for all your asistance and help during our stay which made us feel extremely comfortable .Highly appreciated.
The conceirge was always courteous and helpful to arrange deliveries to our door step.
Overall we had a very relaxing and excellent stay @ flora creek and we highly recomment it for all family travellers. We rate it as one of the best family accomodation available in Dubai

Liked - Honestly, there isn't much that I like about this hotel. Price is cheap but not value for money. Location is great as it is at the city center. But definitely not recommended as you can find other hotels in the same location and value for money / services too.
Disliked - There were no proper facilities when I stayed at this hotel.
1) Breakfast at room service only with no proper menu, and lack of understanding from the telephone operator. Even in other hotels, it was a breakfast buffet. I personally checked and verified.
2) Pools and Wellness Center were closed (despite the fact that its open all around Dubai). I personally checked and verified.
3) Room cleanliness was below par. Dirty carpets.
4) No daily room service. Imagine a one bedroom apartment living with a family for three nights and no daily room service? Even though the next door hotel was having a daily room service (I personally checked with them). This is ridiculous
5) The locking door mechanism was found defective and the technicians were fixing in my room till mid night. Imagine that living with your family.
When I met the reception, she simply said "SORRY" and with no compensation at all. The reason behind is that this hotel is/was not able to comply with the protocols / guidelines set by the Dubai Tourism Authority in order for them to allow/resume their service such as pool, breakfast buffet, etc. And I understand why. The services at this hotel were poor. Extremely poor. I am a verified user and I stayed in this hotel during 5th - 8th August 2020 for three nights. It was my worst Dubai staycation ever! NOT Recommended.

I came back after a while and again enjoyed the hospitality and comfort. The location is so convenient, and the fully equipped kitchen allows me to savour my cuisine. I had tremendous help from the daily room cleaners, Swapnil and Linn, who were just so efficient and provided everything I needed. Thank you guys, if you do read this.

Apartments in Flora are very spacious. Kitchen is fully equipped. Waschine machine is great supplement too when you stay longer. Open space with living room and big teracce with view on the creek is very nice. Every day a room service was perfect - team of housekeeping guys was so rigorous. Every day we returned in the clean room. All staff was very very kind and helpful - receptions, staff around receptions, outside.
Breakfast had big selection of food. Very delicious is choice of fresh food - omelettes, pancakes, waffles….staff during breakfast is very friendly, helpful, kind and hospitable. They remember what we ate the day before and asked if we want the same. They try do the best and bring you what you wish. Every morning we had delicious food with perfect service and nice atmosphere. We felt like in “Michelin restaurant”.
Location is great close to mall, restaurants. Parking in the hotel is free of charge.
Only negative we see in construction of 5 new buildings in front of the hotel. They are working during the night too. So its quite noisy. Sure you can take the room on the opposite side of the hotel. And we had little bit broken shower in the bathroom.
If we come back to Dubai sure we will be in Flora Creek Apartments again!

An excellent stay made even better by the helpful and friendly staff in all departments at the Flora Creek.
Accommodation was very good and serviced regularly upon request. The rooms contain all the elements required for those wishing to go self catering.
Dining facility staff were very friendly and courteous throughout the whole stay. Young Athul was a shining example of what customer service should be.
Front desk and concierge services were extremely good and provided a faultless and pain free checking in and check out service.
Having stayed at other venues in Dubai, I found this is by far my preferred location and intend to use the facilities again in the future.

Very good breakfasts. During the 3 days of our stay, the buffet was varied every day.

I had a 12 days trip with my family to Dubai. Stayed in Flora Creek. The room was having one bedroom, two bathrooms and a huge drawing and dinning place along with a fully furnished kitchen. Room has a washing machine in a separate small room. The Bfast was too good. Indian food was available all the time. It was a homely stay. And.. safety wise.. the hotel staffs took ultimate care. Location is very close to Deira City Center.. Best place.. Best location and best service..

Comfortable stay, courteous staff following are some pros :
*Hotel is located 2 minutes from metro station and 5 minutes from the city mall.
*studio apartment feels like home. kitchen appliances, cookware is provided.
*Large spread of buffet breakfast available till 11AM.
*Staff is polite, Aman and team does his job sincerely. Proper cleaning sanitization of room as per our convenience.
*Hotel tries to fulfill most of the requests. My husband's birthday decoration done by Aman and Lijo created a good ambiance and birthday vibes.
Cons:
*Hotel has increased it's price in late October, November which impacts the value for money.

*Hotel is located 2 minutes from metro station and 5 minutes from the city mall.
*studio apartment feels like home. kitchen appliances, cookware is provided.
*Large spread of buffet breakfast available till 11AM.
*Staff is polite, Aman and team does his job sincerely. Proper cleaning sanitization of room as per our convenience.
*Hotel tries to fulfill most of the requests. My husband's birthday decoration done by Aman and Lijo created a good ambiance and birthday vibes.
Cons:
*Hotel has increased it's price in late October, November which impacts the value for money.
*Breakfast has very few options for vegetarians.
