Loved everything about this hotel! From the food, to its location in city walk, to the staff!! From the sweet housekeeping staff to the bell boys to the receptionists especially Aisha and Adham!! They made sure we had the best experience on this trip and their help made a world of a change to our experience. We have recommended this hotel to our friends and would definitely come back!

La Villa Hotel and Suites City Walk Dubai offers a unique blend of luxury and convenience, with its prime location and impressive infrastructure. However, my recent stay was marred by cleanliness issues, delayed room cleaning, and a limited breakfast spread. Pros: Great Location: The hotel's prime location is undeniably a major plus. It provides easy access to the city's attractions and offers convenience to guests. Good Infrastructure: The hotel boasts impressive architecture and amenities, creating a pleasant ambiance for visitors. Cons: Unclean, Dusty, and Fungus-Infested Rooms: The cleanliness of the rooms was a significant letdown. Dust and fungus were evident on the furniture and in the bathroom, which affected our comfort and raised hygiene concerns. Delayed Room Cleaning: Room cleaning services were inconsistent and often neglected unless guests requested them, which should not be the case in a hotel of this standard. Limited Breakfast Spread: The breakfast options left much to be desired. The spread was quite limited. Verdict: At the room rates that La Villa Hotel and Suites City Walk Dubai charges, there are far better options available in Dubai. I will not be returning.…

The hotel was placed in a very good location called city walk which was full of restaurants and coffeeshops as well as shopping center and not much far from Dubai mall and Burj Alkhalifa, We stayed there for 3 nights with family to make it a memorable reunion. The breakfast was good with variety of meals and more important the responsible and hospitable staff who were very welcoming and cooperative. The reception clerks were also fast and helpful and very attentive. The pool was great with a nice view to Burj Alkhalfa and the bar nearby was ready to serve with hot and cold beverages to enjoy.

Having the opportunity to stay in such a friendly hotel in a big city is a godsend. The hotel combines the advantages of a large hotel with the advantages of a family hotel. Nothing is too much.
