I spent 3 Amazing nights at the Royalton White Sands with my fiance and 2 year old daughter, and it is the best hotel I've stayed of the 6 i've vacationed in Jamaica. The food was excellent, numerous food types and restaurants to choose from as well as Bars. Pools and water slides for all ages and swimming ability, and the room was absolutely amazing (make sure you book a swim up suite). The employees were the ones who truly made our stay memorable and caused us to extend for an additional night. Our Housekeeper Kishan did an excellent job with our room and always took a minute of her day to play with our little one. There is this young lady that we met in the Kids club (Tall braids in her hair, I think she also wore braces "I Think") she is great with kids, you guys couldn't have chosen a better employee for that position. The top 2 employees though who I would give Gold medals for presentation, Customer service, extra mile and all rounders were Seisha and Nicola (I think that's how they pronounce their names), they both work the Front desk and both do an excellent job at it. They both checked me out/in in a speedy manner and both found the time to play with my little one and gave her treats. This caused me to always visit the Front Desk as my Daughter got to like them and always wanted to go say hi to them both. Oh! she loved the Wedding Office too as she is a lover of flowers :) Amazing place though, cant wait for next year.

Staying here for 4 nights as the location is close to Union Metro Station and another 5KM from Dubai International Airport. The receptionist is not friendly and they hold your passport in the counter if you didn't pay for deposit. When we were arguing about it, the male receptionist was rude to us and said it's their procedure! They already made copies of our passport but still want to keep our original passport! Ridiculous! When we were in the room, they gave us twin bed room instead of double bed room as per booked by us online! They said there were no availability for the booked room! Ridiculous again! The next day, i have to re-pack my luggages and brought to the new room as been told by them. We found that double room was small comparing to twin room. They provide us with towel and toilettries.. If you want hot water to make instant coffee which you buy it themselves because they didn't provide it, so, you have to call room service and they will bring the hot water flusk then you have to exchange it with the empty flusk in the room. Other than that, the bed was hard, not comfortable for us. TV was ok with 1 English channel only and WiFi was just not really working good. Honestly, i won't recommend this hotel but if you want cheap and does not mind about things there, than you go for it!

I was staying at the hotel only two nights. I feel it is very expensive and was not worth it. Room was not cleaned and some facilities was not available. Wifi connection was really slow as well. The only good thing was staff was friendlier.

This is a cheap hotel in every term. Don't dare to go there if you are with family because there are three dance bars in the hotel and loud music come from them. Also, these bars are the cheap one. you'll get a feel that you are staying in some red light area. Also, Rooms and bathrooms are very small. If you are out of money and you are a boy and just want to explore some cheap bars then only think about it.So I would not recommend anyone.

Stayed their for 3 nights as I need to stayed near by for business. Not that friendly for visitors who need to visit the guest in the hotel but its worth for the amount you paid to spent the night. Rooms are quite okay and has a television as well..
