Let me start with saying this was not our original hotel - we were meant to stay at the HIE Internet City but when we arrived in the early hours of the morning after a 14.5 hour flight found out the room we were allocated was 'under maintenance' so they transferred us to their sister property in Safa Park. Was quite disappointed about this as Safa Park was further out from where we needed to be based and the hotel would not even cover out taxi fare to get us back and forth to Internet City so I could get to the diving centre I wanted to be based near!
When we finally arrived security was skeptical of us taking the luggage trolley without being escorted, the room keys were not working and housekeeping only ever provided 1 set of towels in the room (even though there were two of us staying there). We let that slide the first time, but when they serviced the room 2 days into our stay they once again only re-stock 1 set of towels instead of two.
They charge you to use their business centre downstairs and make copies of boarding passes etc which I thought was a bit rich for a property that is not really conveniently based.
The hotel stands in a very derelict area - it's about 10 minute walk to the metro station, but not much safe crossing areas to get to it from across the road so you need to walk further down the street to the overpass. It's not really walkable to anything of significance so you either need to catch a taxi, walk a while in the heat, or else wait in a long metro line just to go one or two stops away.
Some good points were that the room was clean and comfortable and had a fair view of the Burj, and they had very fresh croissants served in the morning down at breakfast which was probably the highlight. The lobby area is quite nice as well to wait in and the room is quiet.
Overall, it's not a bad hotel if you are after something a bit more affordable in Dubai, but I personally would not be staying here again after this bad experience and poor location.

This is a nice hotel if you don’t want to spend too much money on accommodation but stay in a rather decent place. Taxis are always available to take you downtown which is only 5 to 10 minutes away. Breakfast is pretty good and the best part is that the hotel is located in a quiet neighborhood so you can get a good sleep!

We enjoyed our 3 night stay here, we found the hotel in a good quiet location with an easy 5 minute walk to the metro. The breakfast was a nice extra and changed daily, whilst not the best I've ever had there was something for everyone. We found the hotel clean but despite requesting a non smoking room we found an ashtray in the room and it smelled of smoke although having seen previous reviews I don't think this is unusual. I would recommend this hotel for anything up to 3 nights if you are not wanting all of the extras - pool etc, it is not a resort hotel but a basic hotel. We had a room for three and the third bed was a sofa bed that took up a lot of space meaning space was limited.

Me and my girlfriend had visited Dubai for the very first time, and thought Holiday Inn Safa park would be an ideal place to visit all the nearby attractions and see amazing areas around Dubai, Yes the Holiday inn is in a great location for someone who wants to visit Marina 25 min drive, Old Dubai city 25 min drive and exit 55 desert which is also 25 min drive. The parking is great too and is included with your price. The reception staff are wonderful could not complain about them. Room was always clean and always cleaned up after we have left to visit the city. So cleanliness amazing too! A little about the room - the shower room shower practically had no pressure what so ever, tiny drops of water making it difficult to take a proper shower. Building works happening from 10am not great for someone who would want to sleep for a tiny bit longer. But that would be fixed soon I believe so not a complaint. But now the worst part about making me rate this hotel as 3stars. I would expect the restaurant to have some sort of professionalism if the hotel is rated as 3*. The restaurant staff have no knowledge about the food, after asking the staff what fish they were offering, their answer was “ I don’t know “ and did not find out. After asking for ketchup 3 times I still didn’t get it and ended up having my fish and chips plain. The dinner usually had about max 3 tables open, food arrived cold as the staff member forgot to bring it. The evening waiter instead of asking if everything was alright with our meal was playing with a water bottle and throwing it around at the back of the restaurant. And the biggest thing that threw me off was the last evening of our stay when we were about to have our cake, and my girlfriend spotted mould on the food? This isn’t great as you can get seriously ill from that. Pictures shown as evidence. Seems like this is an old cake that wasn’t fridged or frozen properly at the right temperatures. The staff members also contradict each other one says we can’t have tea with our full board and the other three say we can have it. The lady in a blazer was lovely and would always meet our expectations ! The young guys working there have no knowledge and would need some training from my understanding. I really hope this review comes back to the management who can look at these issues and fix them so that the people that want to visit your hotel do not have to deal with such issues.

I stayed in Holiday Inn Express Safa Park for 10 days. That was my first time in Dubai, and i look forward to the next chance. I have searched some hotel references before fly to Dubai and I am sure I have choosed the correct hotel for my business trip stay.
I am impressed by the hospitality of all staffs during my stay. 1. Security Monitoring staff : Mr. Asish and Ammad who always have chats with me before going to work and after return to hotel 2. Front desk : Mr. Khayal (who assisted me with early check-in and check out, especially arranged room with good view), Mr. Marouf, Ms. Stephany and special to Ms. Ara (can not thank you enough in preparing my printing docs before i check out -> Maraming salamat) 3. House Keeping staffs : Ahmad, Octavia and other 2 friends. We had a nice short talk during their cleaning job) 4. Best part of this place, FnB team, the Supervisor, Udeme, and special thanks to young team from Indonesia (Rio, Edward and Ms. Abdah) who are very concerned and give the best service, greeting, cares during my grab n go breakfast, or dine-in lunch and dinner. They are very helpful to share informations about city tour near the area. I was extremely happy feels like home to meet these young people from the same country, And it has made me really feel like staying at home with families.
Breakfast served under good health protocol by queing and handled by FnB staff directly. Food was nice. Room with carpet, but limited toileteries (no toothbrush but wash gell for bathing and har shampoo) Beautiful reception area with many tidy seats. Good location, to Dubai Water canal and 30 minutes walk to Burj Khalifa. The closes mini market near to the hotel only 10 minutes walk Sub Way at the petrol station, and 15 minutes walk to W Mart at other juction.
Overall, I will always remember this moment, and i highly recommend this place for next stay. Keep the good work and success to all of the staffs and management !

One of the best hotels I stayed in Dubai regarding the value for money, we didn't feel that we are in 3 star hotel the service provided the energetic staff will make your stay. We arrived at early morning at 9:00 AM the hotel was full but front office staff allow us to do early check in by first room checked out they even upgraded our room to partial view of Burj Khalifa. Special thanks to Saber and Yanis who helped us alot, Ashish from HK did amazing for keeping our room refreshed and clean Highly recommended if you are looking for a hotel at the heart of the city

For many years this has been our preferred place due to exceptional dedicated team and location . I travelled during the pandemic period with travel not being easy. In this review particularly would like to appreciate Mariza , Gaurav and Mohammed for their excellent performance and skills.They made the trip more comfortable during these times. I would suggest that for future hotel to organise a covid test for guests who are travelling available as option to do by calling outside agency inside the hotel room itself.

The room cleaning was superb, anything asked anytime during day or night was immediately attended, specifically I remember vishal kumar, Kansas room maintenance, was top class. Mr Arun - chief makes a very good spread of breakfast, he ensures atleast one Indian dish. The front desk is very good manared, polite and very courteous, always willing to help any manner even if they were busy, overall well appreciable awesome two weeks stay experience in the month of May 2023. Stayed for 8 nights at the property after searching a lot for an accommodation within a reasonable budget. The rooms are nice and very well maintained, comfortable beds and pillows, basic amenities, water, tea, coffee, kettle, hair dryer, shampoo and iron & sewing kit upon request. Business bay metro station is 10 minute walk and the hotel is pretty close to Dubai mall. There's an Egyptian restaurant right around the corner that has good reviews but I haven't managed to try it and a 24/7 supermarket within a walking distance right near the metro station. Check in/out was very smooth. Very good Wifi in the rooms too. Breakfast is good and filling. Expect to wait a bit for a taxi but that was quite rare, normally taxis are right in front of the hotel but you can order online anyway. Given the rate, friendly service and location, I'd definitely stay here next time.

Hey, I believe late checkout might have additional cost but surely if you request the reception to store your luggage for couple of hours, they will assist you.
