I had an amazing week long stay at Al Khoory Atrium Hotel. The hotel has a welcoming lounge with a front desk, a cafeteria and a lovely indian restaurant called Spices. The cafeteria serves a variety of desserts, fresh fruits and ice cream. The "Spices" restaurant besides serving a variety of tasteful dishes prepared by Chef Dungar, has a warm, colorful yet peaceful ambience. All the hotel staff are very polite, well mannered & friendly. Cleanliness is highlighted across all areas & aspects of the hotel. The rooms are spacious, with user friendly layouts, well equipped for a comfortable stay and tourists can choose their room on the side of a nearby mosque or otherwise. Daily housekeeping, a travel desk, spa facilities, gym & a swimming pool are some of the additional highlights of this hotel. I would highly recommend this hotel to solo tourists and would definitely book a stay here again in the future.

A lot of people complain about the dampness in the rooms, it's from the air conditioning, we turned it off, opened the window and it's gone. We paid $57 extra to check in two hours early and checked into a room with a dirty floor, plus there was a window to the street, not the atrium. Lives, fortunately, have not been seen. We had a very comfortable stay at the Al Khoory Atrium. The hotel is approximately 10 mins from the metro which is ideal. The room is clean, very spacious and comfortable.

We were here with my family for a week from March 3 to 9, 2024. The hotel staff was very kind, the maid cleaned nicely every day, everyone at the reception was willing to give advice. We had a buffet breakfast and a three-course dinner with a choice of three dishes. Especially Mr. Shiv in the restaurant did his job excellently. The rooftop pool is heated. Hotel quiet and clean and close to Dubai Mall. Plenty of grocery stores and local cuisine nearby. And also the metro is close by in 10 minutes walk. Good location. 10 minutes by metro to Dubai Marina and 15 minutes to Burj Khalifa. We used both the metro (price 6 Dirhams for one ride) and also often local RTA Taxis which are also at a very reasonable price, which are often in front of the hotel. We highly recommend this hotel.

I am so overwhelmed and full of gratitude whilst writing this review because I recall how I ended up staying here. It was a stressful situation as most of the hotels were fully booked and I had to manage finding a place for two days until my other place was maintained. I am so thankful to Mr Adnan who personally looked into my booking and sorted out a room for me literally in the last minute. He was so kind enough to not charge me extra for the club room that he gave me and still booked me on the discounted rates. It's very rare to come across managers and hoteliers in Dubai to help you out like this especially during the peak tourist season. I will always remember him for the kindness that he shared with me. It speaks alot about how he is as a person and also as a manager. If you're having an issue - he is your person!
Naima has been the sweetest with me whilst I was waiting for my booking confirmation and formalities. She had a brief chat with me and I sensed she is a very empathic person by the way she understood how stressed I was. She also made efforts to talk me through it and calm me down.
I had a very brief stay but Imran (evening shift) was very welcoming with all the queries that I have had. My room was cleaned by Francis and he seemed a very sweet, hardworking man. I had a peaceful good night sleep after a long time because of the quiet aircon and fluffy pillows. I wish I could take one pillow with me!
Not to forget - Khin, Honey & Umer who were very efficient and were ever welcoming with everything. They made my check out process much easier.
Last but not the least - I was very happy with Ayline (apologies if I spelled it wrong, but that's what I remember). She works with the private taxi kiosk in the hotel. Although I was not using her service but she still offered me assistance with my Hala booking and waited with me till I got in. I have rarely come across sweet and selfless people like her in a hub like Dubai. But I do think this gesture of hers has left a good mark in my mind and I will recommend using her service.

The staff are friendly and think along. The rooms were clean and the cleaner was very friendly. Bottles of water were replenished daily in the room. The beds are very comfortable and the air conditioning in the room works well.
The location of the hotel was perfect. It is close to the metro station (10 min walk) which has a good connection to all nearby attractions. Also at 10-15min walk is the Mail of the Emirates, here is also plenty to find. In the street of the hotel itself are also more than enough tasty restaurants. A taxi is also often there within a few minutes.
In addition, the hotel has a lovely rooftop swimming pool (including towels that can be picked up there) and sports/spa facilities.
We had booked breakfast at our stay. The breakfast was tasty and there was plenty of choice. From hot meals to baguettes with cheese. The stay at Al Koory was pleasant and good. The housekeeping staff especially Sunita, Muhamed were very polite, cordial and providing all the necessities to conduct my official work from hotel especially when the complete dubai experienced heavy down pour last week. When we stayed , people taking board included had the buffet for breakfast and for dinner. I’m sorry I didn’t see lunch.
