Location of hotel is very close to Burjaman metro - take exit 3 and cut through the mall for the air conditioning. Lots of choices for places to eat and supermarkets nearby. Nice room , very comfortable if a little dated furniture wise, with all the usual amenities , TV, safe , kettle ,fridge, everything kept clean and in working order. Check in was smooth and efficient, staff were friendly and helpful throughout, in reception at the bar and at the pool. Pool a little small but I didn't go Dubai to swim and sunbathe. Bar was nice with good views. Generally a very nice hotel which I wouldn't hesitate to stay at again.

Hotel guys were too good in serving and helping out to reach any things. The rooms are so small and compact. Would be nice to have if any such big rooms provided. The room cleaning is also well done with no strays of waste or any such waste items.

Location: City season Towers is a good place to be in Dubai, if you are on a business trip or a vacation. Its conveniently located very close to Burjuman Exchange Metro Station, of the two Exchange Metro Stations Union and Burjuman where both the green lines and Red lines intersect. CST (City Seasons Tower) is also located in the Burjuman Mall Annexe, which gives easy access to Carrefour, the food court on top and shopping. BurJuman has a plethora of food joints catering to every cuisine in the world, especially, Indian, Pakistani, Flipino, Chinese, American steak burger joints etc.. Hotel. Travelling in Covid period, found the hotel and its rooms cleaned and sanitised regularly, provides decent accommodation. (value for money standard). All restaurants were not operational, the breakfast at the Hotel’s restaurant was mediocre, overpriced, can be totally avoided and choose one of the many restaurants in the vicinity or use online food delivery partners like Zomato, Talabat. Hotel Staff, are exceptionally friendly and overzealous to reach out to help its residents The Manager Mr.Ali, Mr.Sithhik, Ms.Linda, Ms,Geraldine, Ms. Joyce, Mr.Brij/ Ms.Usha (Housekeeping),Mr.Parosh, Mr.Fekry, Mr.Raxaul to name a few. I have booked for 3 consecutive weekend in this hotel. What I like about this hotel is the good customer service, professional in dealing with guests, attention to detail, and welcoming. I would like to commend the reception staffs, Linda, Geraldine, and a female security officer, during my check-in and check-out process for providing good customer service, the care to ask how was my stay, promoting the hotel, and welcoming with my next reservation.
I normally booked in this hotel depending on the room rates as sometimes I find it impractical especially with the current situation in which, a lot of people would want to have a place for them to work comfortably. To relax, to have that kind of peace of mind, and to feel comfortable.
It was unfortunate that the last time i booked, the shower cord was damaged and maybe it wasn't inspected properly, as it was difficult to use. Another things is, it would be great if rooms are totally looking, feeling, and smelling clean. The pool size is average and so does the gym but with my 3 consecutive reservation on a weekend, i tried to check the wet and dry sauna but as per the staff none operational.
This hotel is 5-10 minutes walk from burjuman metro station and convenient for planning your journey or trips by taking the metro. The location of the hotel is perfect for those who want to have a real street life as this place has a lot of things to offer.

My friend needed a quiet place to study but didn't like to spend the night alone, asked me to stay with her at City Seasons Hotel near Burjuman Mall. First, location is great - it's right next to the mall. My friend has not arrived yet so I went to grab a milk tea inside the mall before checking in and it was literally a two-minute walk from the Carrefour exit. The hotel staff were pretty strict with social distancing here, there was a wide table in front of the reception desk, barring guests from standing too near the staff. A bit weird but appreciated. The room was a bit smaller compared to the others I have been to but adequately furnished. Unfortunately, the water kettle on our room was broken, I had to hold the switch the entire time I was trying to boil water for coffee. Bathroom was clean though, floor was flooded with water after I showered (not very nice if like me, you hate wet bathroom floors). A shower curtain would be nice.
Staff were very helpful. They brought my food delivery upstairs (some hotels requires you to pick it up from the lobby) so Thumbs Up! for that. They did not have to as I was about to go down and pick it up myself but they offered so thank you!

I would like it was our first visit to Dubai and we were great we made the right decision. The hotel has the best location, the staffs were very helpful strafing with the reception to the housekeeping. I would like to thank Mr. Ali, Miss. Linda,,Mr. Emad, Mr Paros,Mr Jivan for the wonderful service. We will surely come back soon.

It was a grave mistake to opt this hotel. I had a fantastic experience at the neighbouring Burjuaan Arjaan by Rotana during a family holiday previously. Since I was a solo traveller this time around, thought of going for City Seasons as it was marginally cheaper by ₹ 1,000 per night and reviews were not bad. But that's where the good things end. The staff is curt and indifferent. No smiling faces at the front desk either. When I ask about a power plug adapter I hear from the receptionist "Sir, we are not in the business of electrical accessories." Is that the Dubai standard of hospitality? I mean how dumb is that of you to imagine business travellers and not expect them to charge their laptops, mobile phones and other accessories. How many million AEDs does it cost to stock 10-15 power adapter? I had a long chase that night to find out a store stocking these power adapters. More than money, it's time and energy a business traveller is short on. Mind you I had placed a request for a road-facing room right at the time of booking the hotel. Wasn't it required of the hotel room to at least let the customer know that they cannot fulfill the requiest. Another thing, not a single change in breakfast menu for the 5 days / 4 nights of my stay there. The breakfast tasted below average. I had anyway pre-booked the breakfast so had to recover the "expense". Did not feel like eating anything else at all at the hotel. Dated construction. Gloomy decor. Only positive thing about the hotel is it is adjacent to a decent mall and its proximity to Burjumaan metro station and that's where the good things end. I saw to it that I came back to the hotel as late in the night as possible as the place does not smell inviting. Book this hotel only if all other hotels in Burjumaan, Bur Dubai, ABDB area are sold out and there is a real emergency. Otherwise... Stay away.

I had a wonderful stay at city seasons. Rooms are clean and staff are friendly. Ms. Geraldine at the lobby was very helpful as well as the housekeeping staff that attentively tends to your requests. Apart from some hiccups on their room access cards which was not working multiple times, I surely recommend this hotel to my friends.

We stayed here for 2 nights and were very impressed with the quality, value for money and location of this hotel. It is only 5 minutes walk from Burjurman MRT station (station exit 3) and right in the heart of the Bur Dubai mall. Burjurman station provides access to both the red and green MRT lines. The room, (and the whole hotel) was clean and modern. Breakfast was great and reasonably priced (35AED). There was a good selection of western and middle eastern choices, as well as an omelette station. Staff were friendly and courteous. We would definitely stay here again.

I was very glad to see such an outstanding staffs who were always there to assist us whatever we need. Especially shout out to one of your young lady named Pratima from Nepal she took care of us in each and every possible way. Out stay was fantastic with great service provided by your whole team. I want to thank Pratima for her immense assistant and providing us the necessary things without hesitation. She was very focused and determined to her duty. Well hotel front office Manager Mr Mohammed Ali who is very generous and friendly with Gem character can go out of his reach to provide private limousine with reasonable rates to visit places around or out of Dubai. No doubts will work out cheaper than taxi.
Hotel does not have such free facility. Those hotel who provide such services are covered in the room hidden charges.
There are more places to choose from in the Dubai area.
