It was a great decision to stay here during our visit to Dubai, March 21-29. Everyone is helpful and very accommodating. Thank you Mr Ali, Mr Jiwen, Ms Geraldine, all the front desk staff and hotel personnel for your kindness and hospitality, for addressing some issues immediately and for going out of your way to make our stay comfortable and lovely. It was a pleasure to come home to our room smelling fresh and clean everyday after our tour. I must mention that this hotel has big rooms, right next to the Burjuman mall, Carrefour, Burjuman metro station. Nothing beats a great location and I can recommend this hotel for short or long time stay.

Very well maintained hotel, perfect location and staff they are veru polite and gives you yhe best service. The metro is also very vlose by around 3 miniutes walking distance. Thank you for the amazing experience shout out to Mr Nimesh, Mr Sithik will definitely be back here

It was a pleasant stay here in City Season Hotel. Everyone is very friendly and accomodating on anything i should ask of them. They respond things on a timely manner. I would go back here and recommend friends to stay here as my experience from checking in and out of this Hotel very smoothly. I would like to give my very special thanks to the housekeepers in 6th floor. They are very kind and accomodating much as me and my wife is very satisfied with their service for us. As the front desk staff at the lobby i would also give our special thanks for the welcome from the moment we came in Mr. Luthsun getting our luggage right away and asking for anything taxi that we need. Ms. Geraldin from checking us in despite of the busyness of that day she was still able to accomodate us and gave us all of the information we needed. I have stayed few times. Great location. Decent rooms and value for money. Got an upgrade to suite, thanks. Breakfast, would say, just above average eventhough spread is Decent. Only I wished remote for TV worked, alas, I had two tvs. Please check your electrical plugs as some of them no power. Maybe on my next visit minor inconveniences will be attended to. Go up the floors to get a great view of karama and bur dubai. Friendly staff like Sithik Nd Luthfur make your stay comfortable. Recommended for tourists and business travellers on budget attached to bur juman and one hop to metro. Great dining options nearby especially for Indian families
