What a trip!
We checked into the Atlantis for a 4 night stay, half board.
Upon arrival, our bags got taken from up and said they would be put in our room upon check in time.
We checked in and were given Waterpark tickets as we couldn’t enter our room until 15:00. Check in was pretty smooth and was given refreshments.

When we could check in, our room keys were handed over to us and yes, our luggage was in the room ready and waiting. I had paid for an arrangement to be done as it was my partners birthday. ‘Happy Birthday’ was on the bed in rose petals, with a towel animal which was the cutest, with a cake and card! This was so pretty.

Our room was amazing. Looked over the aquarium, Atlantis Royale, Atlantis Balloon, in the skyline you could see the Burj Al Arab and Burj Khalifa, it was perfect.
The room itself was amazing. Big comfy bed and pillows. Lots of storage. TV, mini bar, iron, safe. Big bathroom with free standing bath and amenities.
The perfect touch was we were turned down every night, slippers at the side of the bed. Glass and water on the bedside table. Pillows and duvet ready. We were even given little gems to go on our chargers. And they tied up the bathroom.

With the hotel stay you get the aquarium tickets included, the aquarium is amazing. Lots of different fish and more to see. Rheymaria at the aquarium spoke to us reguarding a few of the animals which were in the aquarium, showing us skeletons and pieces of the animal, which we could touch and hold. She really made the time to speak to us.

There are many dining options to choose from night. Whether you choose the buffet option, half board dining option which included a 3 course meal including soft drink or you could pay a supplement charge for some restaurant. We did a mixture of all 3 over our stay.
Definitely recommend Seafire for a romantic steak night. En Fuego is amazing for its atmosphere and the decorations inside. This is South American themed.
We also visited The Shore for a tex mex theme, this was one of our favourites.
We liked to eat at Saffron for breakfast. It was light and airy. Had a nice feel to it.

A few bars to drink at in the evening. We visited Arabian Terrace, this was a lovely, quiet vibe.

There is also a cafe located on the G floor of the hotel which sells pastries and sandwiches, with a view of the aquarium.
If you like a milkshake and ice cream, head to Cold Stone. The milkshakes are unreal!!!

The beach and pool are both amazing. Lots of sun beds at both, with a towel ready on your bed. You can order food and drink on the app or press the buzzer and the waiter/waitress will take your order from the bed. There are many water fountains located at the beach, pool and water park.
Watersports are available. Unfortunately it was too hot for us and we didn’t make use of this.

The water park is just amazing. Lockers and towel are available, lockers at a small charge should you wish to rent one. Aqua socks come as complimentary. Photographers around the pools and slides to capture special moments. There is a golf cart which goes around the park if you get too hot walking. Lots of food outlets.

Lots of shops on site. From designer brands to food and keep sakes. There is a little market also on the ground floor for keepsakes, perfume/aftershave. Jewellery.

The monorail can be reached from the hotel. It was really cheap for us to get to the Nakheel Mall and they run every 10-15 minutes. You also get good views of the palm whilst onboard.

We got engaged whilst out in Dubai, and the hotel was amazing.
We were given a box with chocolate strawberries, macaroons and chocolates in the room with a cake.
Each restaurant we went to they celebrated our engagement with a cake. They really make it special for us.

I would go back tomorrow if I could. It was the most amazing experience which I didn’t want to end. I hope to be back in the future.

Thank you Atlantis The Palm

From the moment we were collected from the airport and transported to Atlantis in the luxurious Escalade, we could not fault this family vacation.
Having booked a 2 room Imperial Suite, we were met by Mohammed H at the Hotel entrance and escorted through to the concierge lounge. The entrance and main foyer are spectacular with large glass water themed sculptures. The Atlantis themed decor is a bit hit and miss at times and it could be said that it lacks the opulence that you could except for a top end Dubai resort.

We could not fault the Imperial Club service with concierge Jed & Shristee bending over backwards to ensure everything ran smoothly with our room and requirements. The Imperial Club lounge is well worth the extra cost with a wide range of food available for the buffet breakfast(7am-11am). Add to this afternoon tea, good enough to substitute for lunch and a two hour Happy Hour with free drinks and a selection of snacks are a real bonus. We must thank Shelton, Michael, & Allan for providing excellent service throughout our week.

The 2 bed room Imperial Terrace room was spacious with its own dinner table, lounge chairs and separate powder room. The main bathroom with feature free standing bath, double basin, toilet and shower was perfect. Add to this a proper walk in robe, a large terrace with 2 lounges and another table overlooking the palm.

The resort itself is huge with shops, aquarium, abundant eating options and of course the water park, that was better than we expected. We attended the water park on three occasions across the week, noting that the best times are early in the morning when we had no queues.

Overall a great family resort that was made even better by the service provided by all staff, especially those mentioned above.

We spent 5 nights here and from the minute we stepped in to the hotel we were amazed by the staff, every single one of them were amazing. We checked in and was instantly upgraded to a newly refurbished room we also was offered half board at a discounted rate which we took, When we stepped into the room everything about it was 5 star the view was beautiful the room it’s self was out of this world. During our stay it was my husbands birthday we came back from a day in the water park to find a birthday cake and card from the hotel. We hadn’t told the staff but the maid had seen the birthday cards. On the front desk a lovely gentleman also helped me arranged dinner in the Burj khalifa, ringing the manager personally and telling him he was sending over 2 very special guest. I can’t wait to re visit soon.

Decided to have a staycation at the Atlantis during the pandemic. Having a 1 year old child we were extremely picky as to which hotel to choose in order to remain safe. After reading many reviews we decided on The Atlantis as there were a lot of positive reviews with regards to how the hotel was managing social distancing.

Unfortunately, we were extremely disappointed due to an event that occurred shortly after checking in. To make things worse we had a bad experience in one of Dubai’s best restaurants there. I won’t describe the events because after some complaints Cristina, one of the Resort’s Assistant Managers, was extremely helpful and really went out of her way to make things better and help us feel settled. But because of what had happened and how upset we were I’m giving this review a 3 star.

Due to the pandemic only the beach and Lost Chambers Aquarium were open, the water park and swimming pools were closed. It wasn’t too much of an issue for us as we did enjoy relaxing on the beach. Our son really enjoyed the aquarium.

We had booked 2 deluxe rooms, and at check-in we upgraded to a 1 bedroom suite with a connecting room. Definitely worth paying for if you want the extra space with a big balcony. The rooms came with access to the Imperial Lounge which was very comfortable. The staff in the lounge were extremely friendly and helpful, and the complementary food was lovely. There is also a dedicated beach for those that have access to Imperial Lounge, but the hotel wasn’t busy so we didn’t see the need to go there other then once to see how it was.

Social distancing was very well handled throughout the hotel. Every staff member was wearing a mask all of the time. There were hand sanitizers next to every entrance and the lifts, and face masks were available wherever you were. We definitely felt safe, even with a 1 year old that wasn’t wearing a mask.

We didn’t want to leave with such a bad experience so we extended for a third night and I’m glad we did. We finally managed to relax and enjoy the stay without feeling annoyed, thanks to Cristina. Now that the pool and water park are open we’ll be spending another night there, hopefully the next review will be a 5 star.

We booked 4-day staycation @atlantisthepalm We felt safe stay there. Hotel took all measurements and precautions, from room cleaning, dining to water park/ swimming pool. It is a bit weird that everybody wears a mask, however in this special time, we still had fun and relaxed at Imperial Club during our stay.

Room is spacious and comfortable. Each room provides the Sanitizer kit whivh includes masks gloves Sanitizer and wipes.

Since it is Eid holiday, it is a bit crowded in the hotel, however we did not wait too long for breakfast every day either in the main restaurant or imperial club lounge. The main restaurant has more food choices though.

Swimming pool is also big and functional, it has baby/kids pool, but not much shades though. Beach towels are all separately sealed, every guest can get it easily at the entrance of the pool.

Hand Sanitizer, tissues are everywhere in the hotel property.

We also booked massage at Shuiqi spa centre. It is amazing experience, with the ambience and the quality of the massages. Highly recommended.

Just returned home from a great visit at Atlantis in Dubai. We had a Terrace Suite and it was very large, the bathroom and tub were amazing. The staff were incredible all around, they brought up two rollaway beds for the kids within 10 minutes of us calling to ask for them. We made great use of the club room and their afternoon tea and evening drinks. The breakfast (not in the club but included) was incredible! We had just left the ShangriLa and I was bemoaning losing their delicious breakfast and the Atlantis one was even better, and it had a chocolate fondue fountain that the kids were very impressed by. The kids weren't huge fans of the kids club but loved the drop off kids play area that was included when you eat at Wavehouse. The water park was great, we found it funny how the people who work there tried to warn us off rides because the "lines were so long, 30 to 45 minutes" as annual pass holders at Disney World those are barely even lines to us :) We also took advantage of the hour exclusively to hotel quests when there were no lines at all. Lastly on the morning we left I left my cell phone in the room and didn't realize till we were at the airport. They were incredible and found my phone and drove it to the airport and it made it in the nick of time before the flight. It was a great experience! I personally think the hotel looks better than the one in the Bahamas but I've never stayed at that one, just visited it twice on different cruises.

We had the best 7 night stay at this iconic hotel, customer service from everyone we came across was nothing short of impeccable throughout our stay.
Habib who brought our luggage to our room was one of the kindest souls I’ve ever come across and Carol Anne in concierge was superb at locating our transportation to the airport what a gem she was when panic began to set in.

The food was incredible in all the eateries that we tried and there is a huge selection of places included if you are on half board and a supplement can be paid to try some of the high end foodie places if you wish to . The chef’s work so hard at keeping everything topped up and making sure each station is kept hygienic . The waiting on staff do a superb job and always have a smile on their faces despite at times having to deal with some terribly arrogant people who could do with lessons in being kind.

The rooms are of a high standard and are kept spotlessly clean. My son loved the towel art that a room attendant made for him.We had a Lovely relaxing room on the 16th floor overlooking the Arabian Sea.It was just what was needed at the end of a hectic day.

The lost chambers aquarium was breathtaking we tried to visit each day of our 7 night stay with 65,000 marine creatures there was always something different to see .

Aqua adventure we all absolutely loved if you want relaxation there are plenty of places to chill,if you want slide thrills there are plenty to be had. There was nothing lazy about the lazy river so much fun to be had by all age groups. We would more often than not go in the afternoon the queues would lessen off about 5 meaning you were able to ride the big slides more than just the once.

This was our first visit to Atlantis the Palm Dubai and won’t be our last.
Thank you to you all for making a perfect vacation.

I booked a 2 night stay for a family of 4 (2 boys aged 11 and 13). After being in lockdown for over 3 months it was time to take the boys on a staycation. From the moment we arrived everything was fantastically organised and clean. Our bags were sanitised and delivered to our room, in the room there was a sanitising kit containing masks, gloves and hand wipes. The room was spotlessly clean with fantastic views across the palm. We went half board and was able to eat in a good choice of restaurants including Bread Street Kitchen. All the restaurants provided bags for you to put masks in whilst eating. The food was delicious, staff were helpful and polite. The beach was spotless and not too crowded. The pool opened the first morning and was busy but staff were fantastic at helping to control crowds and maintain social distancing. Thank you to all the staff at Atlantis for a memorable stay.

I don’t think there are many more iconic hotels than Atlantis. The waterpark is not open 7 days a week - choose your day carefully. The rooms have been recently refurbed and are really lovely. We had an ocean view with 2 double beds. They made the sofa bed up for us so our kids could have a bed each and there was no extra charge. Check in was quick and efficient and we were in the waterpark by 11am. For the half board option you need to make reservations. Kaleidoscope got very busy for breakfast! I have to say it was the nicest buffet breakfast of the summer IMO. However if you’re concerned about keeping the full 1.5 to 2m distance between you and others this buffet might not be for you. Everyone seemed to be wearing masks and the staff served the buffet rather than helping yourself but people were in close proximity a lot of the time around the buffet area and when waiting to be seated. Ronda Locatelli was the option for dinner - no supplement. Bread Street Kitchen is a 50 per person supplement but no extra for the kids. Nobu is a 300 supplement. Bread Street was service amazing and the sanitising and safety measures were the best I’ve seen. The service in the whole hotel is brilliant other than a couple of incidents with 1 specific security guard telling my 11 year old daughter she was inappropriately dressed even though she was wearing a long sleeve one piece swim suit. We asked for the policy to be clarified as it was the first time we learned of it and when it was clear she wasn’t in breach of it (adults in bikinis/no shirts are quite rightly a no no in the lobby) we complained. The front desk and head of security assured us that she was perfectly appropriately dressed and that children passing between the rooms and pool / waterpark in swimwear were fine to do so. I would take your own towels or other suitable cover ups for between the park and the room for kids as you can’t use waterpark the towels and it will avoid upset & embarrassment. We still haven't heard back from the hotel who said they would conduct an investigation. Access to the Aquarium was included and we did the Fish Tales ‘back of house’ guided tour. Nolan one of the marine educators took us around and was excellent. I don’t visit zoos and I am not a fan of aquariums either but the tour was very interesting and the conservation efforts and care of the animals is really impressive. We saw the fish hospital and feeding etc and we all really enjoyed it.

Do not be fooled by their advertisement of a "luxury resort" I will lay down reasons why this is similar to a fish market, we came in December and booked 3 rooms with to celebrate a birthday. We literally have to queue in line to check in that almost took an hour to complete, asking for a room to be closed together seems impossible and very inconsiderate despite having little kids with us, rude receptionist, an unhelpful manager who justifies why we can't be on close together. A cake promised that never arrived, when we asked for it we receive a slice of cake good for 2 people, a big joke! Not even a 3-star hotel will offer that. Bags take forever to be delivered when reaching the room one is missing and took another hour to get sorted out. You can hear people across the next room early morning! Breakfast another queue for around 20 minutes before getting seated and the staffs are dismissive. To get your access to the park, another massive line, no tubes available and we have to ask for assistance only to be directed to another location. Its a mess! The only thing positive that we had apart from checking out is the Wavehouse restaurant, great ambiance and good food! So for those who wanted to celebrate special occasions, go somewhere else to get the value of what you paid!

Dubai, and atlantis are extremely safe.. more safe then most places in the world. You have absolutely nothing to worry about security wise, the Middle East conflict has nothing at all to do with Dubai.
