Jumeirah Al Naseem is often lauded for its comprehensive amenities and the attentive service that enhances its luxurious and lively atmosphere. Guests enjoy modern, spacious rooms and a multitude of dining options, all within pristine, well-maintained surroundings.
While the hotel's atmosphere and cleanliness receive high praise, some travelers question the value, pointing out overpriced services and aggressive upselling. Despite occasional service inconsistencies and maintenance issues in rooms, the overall experience is frequently celebrated for its exclusivity and attention to detail.

Detailed Reviews
Stayed at the gorgeously appointed Jumeirah Al Naseem hotel in Dubai for 3 nights as a family of 4 (mum, dad, 10 year old and 3 year old). This was in late August 2019 at the peak of the summer which meant we could avail of special offers which were on their own website. The Ocean Club Superior room we booked also included free airport transfers and all day access to the Club Lounge which had an impressive choice of food items throughout the day and also meant that we could go there for breakfast instead of waiting for a table for breakfast in the main part of the hotel (The Palmery I believe) which was very busy. The Club Lounge was a long walk from our room (if you are looking to stay in a Club room and are less able/willing to walk a distance, then you might want to request a room that is closer to the Club Lounge). The room itself was a lovely size with a large bed and resort style bathroom including complimentary bathroom amenities for both kids and adults. The room also had a sofa bed with its own tv which could be separated with sliding doors which was perfect for us as a family of 4 with children. There were multiple pools onsite, plus Wild Wadi Water park was just a short buggy ride away. The luxury and beauty of the resort outshone the lure to the beach hence we only stayed a short time on the beach itself! We also took a walk around the Souk Madinat Jumeirah (which included a chemist which was handy) and took a gondola around the waterways of the other Jumeirah hotels in the complex which was a unique experience for us and definitely recommended. The staff were outstanding, they even made our son a special tea on arrival as he was still recovering from a cold from before we arrived. We were also supplied a push chair for our 3 year old after requesting this, although it had seen better days and this is one area they could definitely improve in. The staff really impressed us when we had informed them that our son had left his Nike cap in the back of the regular taxi when we returned from a day out one evening. After coming to terms that he will never see it again, the next day low and behold the cap was found and delivered to our room. We are sure that if the staff hadn't taken it upon themselves to locate the cap, it would have never been returned. I would highly recommend Jumeirah Al Naseem if you are looking for a refreshing, luxury beach resort experience with great service!

We have already visited Al Naseem several times and this year's visit was again an excellent experience. The hotel has implemented a perfect hygiene concept that is unparalleled in comparison to the European requirements. A wide range of hygiene measures have been implemented (including temperature controls, room fogging after every guest check out, Corona PCR test option in the hotel). In Al Naseem you can currently spend a completely safe and carefree holiday even during Corona times.
We have been upgraded to an Ocean Deluxe room. The rooms have a very elegant design, comfortable beds and a wonderful large bathroom as well as a wonderful view across the ocean, the hotel complex and on Burj Al Arab.
The hotel resort with its architecture and facilities (large number of pools, many restaurants and private beach) is assume and unparalleled anywhere in the world. The Jumeirah Group's slogan “Stay Different” is embodied in an impressive way by the employees in all areas every day. The service is characterized by friendliness and helpfulness of all employees and creates a luxurious experience.
We have already visited many 5 star hotels worldwide, but the well-kept hotel complex, the beautiful beach location, the level of service and the extraordinary quality of the food in a large number of restaurants make the Al Naseem the best among luxury hotels for us. The Rockfish Restaurant in particular is an extraordinary experience both for breakfast and for dinner.
Even if the service level of all employees is very good, among others we would like to highlight the Rockfish team of Karen, Magdy and Billy in particular, who gave us a warm welcome every morning and provided excellent service. At the reception we would like to thank Rubens, Yusuf and especially the concierge Denis. Most extraordinary was the helpfulness and the service thought from Simona (Director of Guest Relations), who gave us exceptional support on personal guest concerns.

Since I moved to Dubai I’ve always been amazing by the Jumeriah hotels in the madinat area. Due to their location, views, building structure and busyness around the place I’ve always said I’d love to stay there. Since the hotel is so widely popular and considered an amazing hotel it’s usually quite pricey to stay there but this summer I made it my mission to stay there. And I finally did!! It was worth every penny. I honestly cannot fault a thing. We pulled up and the valet service took our car and our bags were taken. We had an easy check in and everybody was so helpful and friendly. When we were walking towards our room we were told our bags were already inside the room. We opened the doors and honestly we were speechless. We booked the deluxe room and I can stress enough how spacious, homely, comfy and beautiful it was. Huge bathroom with a rain shower and a bath, two wardrobes, two sinks and a bench in the middle. We had a sofa, massive bed, desk and the balcony. Just everything was immaculate. Arabic welcome sweets were ready for us, they had an espresso machine and even the mini bar selection was possibly the best I’ve seen in a hotel. Our balcony was over the turtle lagoon and we nearly felt like we were at the jungle. TV was instant streaming service from your device which was amazing. We went to the pool and got beds straight away beside the pool. They served us water that was being cooled in a cooler bag. We could order any amount of water and ice. Pool was nice, busy with loads of families but it was still lovely and at a nice temperature. They then came around with free mango popsicles which we felt was a nice touch. The view of the Burj Al Arab is amazing. There is constant caddies going up and down to bring you places. We went back to the room and got read for dinner and we were offered a turn down service. We got a caddy to Pai Thai (amazing) and our driver was so nice and fully of chat. After dinner we walked in the beach. The bed was so comfortable and we had a great sleep! The next morning we ordered breakfast which came to the room and also a beautiful red rose came. We then checked out smoothly and stayed by the pool , there is a shower and changing room there also. As we were waiting for our car we got talking to Gervase who was so friendly and nice and had us laughing the whole time while our car came. Unfortunately I did not get any other names but all the staff we dealt with were super friendly and it was a nice warm and welcoming environment.

The hotel is beautiful and the location perfect. We stayed in a Gulf Ocean Suite, which was gorgeous, and perfectly located close to the beach, with amazing views. Great pools, and generally the service was good around the pool, although on a few occassions, we waited a long time for drinks to arrive (20-30 minutes).
Given the current Covid 19 situation, we stayed here based on the claims of extra precautions, and a chance to have a family vacation in the safest environment possible. Whilst there might be a large amount of extra precautions behind the scenes, I cant say that I saw a lot of proactive action happening that was clear to the customer, but I appreciate I might not see all the measures they are taking.
The hotel wasn't overly busy during the week, and you felt you could still distance yourself from others if you wanted to. We stayed for six days and overall for the first five, we enjoyed the stay, albeit we limited our experience by refraining from dining out and availing the room service instead.
We did go to Al mandar lounge for the afternoon tea, and have high praise for Alec and the team. They were the best in the hotel, and made you feel genuinely looked after and welcome.
However, I was disappointed to have to point out the staff at breakfast, that two of the chefs were wearing the face mask around their chins and not covering their face. Given all the precautions that they should be taking, it should not take me to point out this to them. They did quickly rectify the situation, and hopefully they now keep the masks on at all times whilst dealing with customers food, but not what I expected.
Then, despite having a four o'clock check confirmed, and having stayed for six days, I was dismayed to be asked to leave the hotel at twelve o'clock on the day. This was some of the worst customer service I have ever had in a luxury hotel. I have stayed with many leading brands, and never had a confirmed booking change at the end of a vacation and been evicted, having spent a large amount of money. To evict a paying customer and change their booking, no matter what their reasoning, is a big let down.
If we had not experienced such a poor treatment, we would probably be returning just because of the great location. However, there are a lot of great locations in Dubai, where I have experience far better service and appreciation of a paying guest!

Having stayed at some of the very best resorts across the world, I can confidently state that Al Naseem is one of the finest resorts I have ever visited. Of course, you pay a huge premium to stay at a resort of this level, but it still represents good value due to the quality of the decor, room size, service, food and facilities.
The standout individual for us was Sandeep, the manager at the Palmery. He arranged for pure vegetarian food throughout our stay and also catered well for my 2 year old son who has multiple allergies. Sandeep gave me his whatsapp and whatever I told him I would like to eat for breakfast and dinner he would quickly arrange. The food was amazing and we were truly blown away with the variety and taste of the vegetarian food the chefs were able to prepare, which I would rate as some of the best I have ever eaten.
We also received eggless pastries and desserts which were excellent.
I predict that Sandeep will soon rise to become general manager of this resort.
The resort could further improve the guest experience as follows:
1. Increase temperature of the pools slightly
2. Make more effort to locate families next to facilities such as pools and restaurant, especially when the resort is not at full capacity
3. The water from the shower should be softened. I was surprised to see that such hard water was coming out of the shower and was out of character for such a high end resort
Despite the above, this resort is still one of the best in the world and easily the best in Dubai.

I want to thank to all the staff of this hotel beacuse you made my stay worthwhile! At the check in the receptionist was very kind, he welcomed my family and me with the nice upgrade☺️the room with the view of the Burj al Arab. We got an ocean club room and half board package. We could choose to dine out in lot of different restaurants, a la carte. All the restaurants with the Michelin stars and with the best quality food in Dubai. Jumeriah contains 3 or 4 hotels and even though we were in al Nassem we could use all the facilities from all hotels which is amazing cause every day we could change the pool and was not boring at all. Even though our room type didn't consider entering to the Summersalt beach club the hostes was so nice and she let us join. Taking ocean club room has lot of benefits as u can enjoy complimentary tea time and snacks from 4pm to 7pm. The great thing about this hotel was that all the showers were with cold water and it was very refreshing as outside was very humid and hot. You can notice from the day first how employees are satisfied with their job and salary. They do the job with the smile on their face not the way like somebody punished them to do it. For all those people who wrote bad reviews i want to pay them to stay one night in Ritz Carton JBR and to compare service and quality. Both hotels are 5 starts but Ritz doesn't deserve even 3 starts. Old and dirty hotel with unpleasant staff.

I would like to start my review by saying that the hotel is beautiful and the deluxe sea view room is just perfect. It’s spacious and has everything you need in a hotel room.
Unfortunately, as a couple without kids looking for a calm and relaxing time our stay was disappointed. The adults pool was not open and another family pool was closed so everybody was using only one pool. With COVID around, it would be just racional to open as many pools as they have so people could maintain distance.
Not only that but the kids pool, where the kids are supposed to stay, was empty because the kids wanted to play, splash water everywhere, dive, fight in the only pool adults could go.
The hotel should have frequently room floors cleaning because an-educated guests just open their room doors and throw trash on the floor. A trash bag in our floor stayed close to our room for 9 hours!
The staff is lost about what it’s open in the resort.
And finally the worst part, the transportation between hotels. We waited for one hour and lost our reservation in a restaurant! These guys take you if they want to, it’s just ridiculous!

Beautiful hotel, service was exceptional, gorgeous rooms which were huge and extremely well equipped. We visited during October half term, so the hotel was full. The sun beds on the beach were all taken quite early in the day, but there were usually beds available by the pool. Breakfast was a bit crazy, but we never waited more than a few minutes for a table. We did need to book restaurants in advance for the evenings though. Plenty of drinking water brought to your sun bed, drinks and snacks also available, which were very pricey, but standard for Dubai. Complementary Ice lollies were brought round during the day, which my teenage kids really enjoyed. A man came round offering to clean your sunglasses, a really nice touch and he did a great job.
The choice of restaurants in the Madinat complex is phenomenal, we had booked the half board option, which enables you to visit around half the restaurants at no extra cost, but the remaining restaurants require a supplement. We were provided with a guide to explain all the costs of each restaurant.
We used the complementary shuttle bus to the Dubai Mall, from there you can use the metro to get around. We used a taxi on another occasion, which was very reasonable.
My teenage boys went to Wild Wadi, complementary access meant they could just pop in and out as they wanted.
This is an amazing hotel and I would definitely return.

We stayed in this hotel as we can have beach access (due to Covid-19 Dubai public beachs are closed). So we stayed here 1 night and were extremely well looked after.
The check in process was fluid and hygnic measures were very well put in place (pen for signature whiped before giving us, credit care and access cards whipped,...).
The rooms was beautiful, and very well decorated. We had the impression that the bathroom was like a spa. Also, Whipes and antibacterial spray were in the room.
Beach has white sand and clear water. It was so nice to relax and enjoy. There are also some good choice for eating and we were very surprised by the quality of the beach food.
Dinner was at Kayto, and we had excellent fusion food (Japanese - Perouvien). We had an excellent culinary experience and very well taken care by the French team, especially a big thanks to Alexandre, who gave an great service and food choice.
The breakfast at Rockfish was ok, not the excellent quality food (had better breakfast in other hotels), but the service and vue was very good.
Overall a big thanks for the excellent service and all the staff did a great job to make our experience unique.
We have already rebooked another night for next week 😀

Stayed 3 nights for a staycation and we certainly were not disappointed.
Reception and check in staff were efficient and welcoming .
Our room was an ocean view delux with beautiful views of the Burj al Arab , lovely comfortable room .
Breakfast was beautiful as was lunch served to our sunbed , excellent service by the beach team and all food served was accompanied by wipes and alcohol spray .
Although some facilities were still closed due to covid 19we had a great time and even stayed a extra night .
The beach is stunning with lovely warm water and sun beds so comfortable and suitably distanced for others on the beach .
On the eve before we checked out we requested a late check out , this was granted without question despite the hotel becoming very busy for Eid celebrations.
We would have no hesitation in returning for another staycation sometime and will definitely be recommending the Jumeirah al naseem and it’s wonderful staff .
Thankyou
