I stayed in this hotel with an art group for 7 nights as we were touring Esfahan.
This place needs a total revamp...
Most of the rooms need maintenance esp. the bathrooms... Most of my friends had problems with water leakage etc..
Other issues are staff's lack of professionalism, they didn't know how to solve any problem if and when it occurred.. and there were many!! also not speaking English (or any other language other than Farsi) which is a must when you work in the hospitality and tourism sector didn't help .. so we all had trouble communicating with them!
Now I understand that April is high season in Iran but that is not an excuse for never cleaning my room during this whole period (only once after the 3rd night when I had to go and ask them to do it myself!!)
Not all the lights in the room work and the tv was dead.. as for the safety deposit box well I had an alarm going on for about 10 mn non-stop and didn't really get how to use it ..
Breakfast was minimal but that's fine ..
Wifi is only available sometimes in the lobby so was a huge dilemma!!
The only positive in this hotel was the guy who works at the reception called 'Sam' who was really helpful and solved most of our problems! He spoke perfect English and was professional and dedicated to his job! So a huge thank you to him and I really think that the least you could give this wonderful man is a huge raise!!
N.B. Just to be fair the food and ice cream at the hotel's caffé and rest. wasn't bad but watch out for the prices .. they are not the same as the what you read on the menu .. also they are super slow in delivering the food!

We stayed in the Hotel for 3 nights. A big plus is the close proximity to the center of Isfahan (10 min walking) and the friendly staff in the hotel (although with limited English speaking capabilities).
When we checked in we received a room with a window facing an inside emergency stair case with no daylight and no fresh air (room no 306). The room had 27°C and the AC was not working. After complaining, we received a room with a window facing the main street (room no 110). The windows kept noise outside. The bathroom had no shower stall, so when showering the entire room was flooded. Bedroom and bathroom were just old and run down (the door lock did not work properly). The room was also not well cleaned, especially the bathroom.
After the first night, the receptionist gave us another room (very friendly person and very helpful). This room was much larger and obviously more upscale in the past. It had a large balcony, facing the quiet backside of the hotel (room no 304). Like the other rooms it was also run down and not not very clean. However, bed sheets and towells were always clean and provided fresh daily. Room has a fridge but no safe box or mini bar.
The breakfast was poor. Coffee was nescafe, variety was very limited, hot part was fried and boiled eggs but not immediately replenished. They offered toast but no toaster, some flat bread and some rolls. Beside some tomatoes and cucumbers there was no fresh food.

We were guests of this hotel yesterday. The room had a relatively adequate space and was comfortable, but it was a little warm and the cooling of the room had a problem, the day after announcing this problem to the reception of the facility, they fixed the problem. The restaurant food was delicious and good. The atmosphere of the lobby and restaurant was unique and had excellent architecture and carvings. Overall, it was a good stay.

A peaceful and pleasant place, extremely beautiful and with great carvings, compared to Abbasi Hotel in Isfahan, this place has many carvings and works of art. Bam restaurant is tiled and has a traditional design. Iranian food such as kebab and biryani. Friendly and kind staff are. One of the staff of the restaurant offered us a dish called kofte, it was very delicious. I don't have the image of the food in this device, but I will upload it for you. Our stay in this hotel was 5 days.

Very beautiful hotel, with beautiful walls and spectacular and unique carvings. It is unique in terms of location and it is a short distance from the Zayandeh River and thirty-three bridges. From the place where the hotel is located, walking to Chaharbagh Abbasi is great and enjoyable.

We were guests of this hotel yesterday. The rooms were very clean compared to our previous visits to this hotel. The quality of the food was excellent, the taste was delicious. The environment of Bam restaurant was very nice and beautiful and the view of Zayandeh Rood was clear. If you go to the roof of the hotel at night, 33 bridges are also visible.
