Be ready for the some average rooms in the deluxe category which are not even of the the level of 3 star and staff is completely rigid and arrogant. And bis mistake you made is by booking for lunch and dinner in booking itself. They will not be sure for buffet or ala carte and if doing buffet that is still ok other wise you will receive a horrendous service in the alacarte dinner in package. They even refuse to serve curd or proper salad. Totally disappointed with the service of hotel. Tantra and others pubs are still good and co-operate here. Guys u should improve at bridge the restaurant. Fresh serving photos I have attached with consuming them for references
This used to be the hotel I always stayed at when in Ispahan. I was very much disappointed this time. This 3 star hotel has become worn out due to lack of maintenance and refurbishment. Reception had forgotten about our booking (3 rooms) and we were assigned shoe box sized rooms which I immediately refused. After complaining, we got decent sized rooms. Unfortunately quality is not there anymore especially due to a sharp cut in headcount (there used to be 2 receptionists, now there is only 1). I will never stay at this hotel again.
The part hotel is located in the city center. All places of intrest are on walking distances. The lobby is a bit disorderly and need some renovation. The desk staff is friendly and helpful. The rooms are spacious and good equipped. Beds were OK. The TV is too small. The bathroom was small en after using too wet. A resonable breakfast was served.
The room size was not what we expected from a 3* hotel but breakfast was satisfactory. Of course in Isfahan you will go out for sightseeing and hotel is only for resting so it was good for a good rest.
If you are not a very luxury tourist but look for a good 3 star hotel at Esfahan, where is also near to the centre of first attraction, Naqshe Jahan square and near to the shops and restaurants and near to the river, you almost find this hotel at 30 minutes walk fromm Naqshe Jahan via gardens and charbagh boulvard. It is 5 minutes walk from Siose pol the historical bridge and near many fast foods and restaurants and shops.
