What impressed me the most was the wonderful staff members, especially a young lady called Rihanna! she went out of my way to assist me in - e.g. - finding a nice dinner place, finding my way around the city, helped me with urgent...

The hotel was well-positioned, equi-distanced from Naghsh Jahan Square and the Khaju Bridge, a quick 10-minute stroll in either direction. Both the square and the bridge are best viewed in the light of early morning and sunset and it makes sense to walk to either, given the size of the crowds. The dining room of the hotel is on the...

This hotel is really well located, smart, and the staff really want to please. But it was unbearably stuffy due to totally ineffective air conditioning, and the wifi didn't work in the rooms. Having to sit in the lobby to get any sort of signal just isn't good enough for a modern 4* hotel, and the stuffiness resulted in several...

I stayed in this hotel with my friends in March. The hotel is a little bit expensive and declared as a 4* star hotel while it is a 2* star hotel because of its services.
