it was a wonderfull experince. i stayed there for one week, very comfortable and quit hotel thanks for all the staff, specialy Mr. Hussien Karkadan and Mr. Loay Mohammed, they are very friendly and professional. i will come again and again and again insha' allah

I have stayed in this hotel for nearly 3 years now while I working on a project in KSA Whilst not the same standard as UK hotel the food and room are excellent the staff always courteous and will get anything fixed that may be a problem in the room like a failed light

Not convenient was smelling tobacco the room was hot and humid front desk reluctantly helped us to change the room with another one Which Had proper air condition we stayed waiting Over an hour till we got finally the room So for me never again .

I stayed at this hotel twice. First stay as an Accor member I got a warm welcome at the reception and Arabic coffe with dates! And got upgrade to a suit which was very cool! Second stay none of this! But both stays rooms are Clean, spacious and fully functioning. Rome service was good. Breakfast is great with good varieties....

I stayed for one night on business trip. The room was in a good condition but the bathroom was dark! Average hotel: nothing outstanding, nothing terrible. Staff very professional but don't eat at their restaurant: I asked for a medium-rare steak, arrived well done and for sure was not a fillet as written in the menu...
